        Generative Adversarial Network를 이용한 카툰 원화의 라인 드로잉 추출

        최근 웹툰이나 애니메이션을 3D 콘텐츠로 제작하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 3D 콘텐츠 제작에서 모델링은 반드시 필요하지만 시간이 오래 걸리는 작업이다. 드로잉 기반 모델링을 사용하여 2D 카툰 원화에서 3D 모델을 생성하기 위해서는 라인 드로잉이 필요하다. 하지만 2D 카툰원화는 3D 모델의 기하학적 특성이 표현되지 않고 카툰원화의 제작 기법이 다양하여 일관성 있게 라인 드로잉 추출이 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 generative adversarial network (GAN) 모델을 사용하여 2D 카툰 원화에서 3D 모델의 기하학적 특성을 나타내는 라인 드로잉을 추출하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 실험한다. Recently, 3D contents used in various fields have been attracting people s attention due to the development of virtual reality and augmented reality technology. In order to produce 3D contents, it is necessary to model the objects as vertices. However, high-quality modeling is time-consuming and costly. In order to convert a 2D character into a 3D model, it is necessary to express it as line drawings through feature line extraction. The extraction of consistent line drawings from 2D cartoon cartoons is difficult because the styles and techniques differ depending on the designer who produces them. Therefore, it is necessary to extract the line drawings that show the geometrical characteristics well in 2D cartoon shapes of various styles. This study proposes a method of automatically extracting line drawings. The 2D Cartoon shading image and line drawings are learned by using adversarial network model, which is artificial intelligence technology and outputs 2D cartoon artwork of various styles. Experimental results show the proposed method in this research can be obtained as a result of the line drawings representing the geometric characteristics when a 2D cartoon painting as input.

        혈관성 치매와 알츠하이머형 치매의 단어 유창성 비교

        본 연구는 혈관성 치매 환자들(VD)과 알츠하이머형 치매 환자들(DAT)의 단어 유창성을 비교하여 단어 유창성 검사에서 요구되는 인지과정인 군집화와 전환에 두 치매 집단이 어떤 결함을 지니고 있는지를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 치매 집단은 치매의 초기 단계에 속하는 37명의 VD와 44명의 DAT로 구성되었고 66명의 정상 노인(NE)이 통제집단으로 참여하였다. 대상자들에게는 의미(동물)와 음소(ㄱ,ㅇ,ㅅ) 유창성 검사를 실시하였고, 각 검사에서 4개의 점수(정반응 수, 군집 크기, 전환 수 및 오류 수)를 산출하였다. 그 결과, VD와 DAT는 모두 치매의 초기부터 단어 유창성 검사에서 정상노인들보다 현저하게 낮은 수행을 나타내지만 군집화와 전환의 결함 여부 및 결함이 나타나는 시점은 서로 다르다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 이 결과가 VD와 DAT의 변별에 어떤 함의를 가지는지 논의하였다. The present study was conducted to examine the deficits of clustering and switching processes on the semantic and phonemic fluencies in 57 vascular dementia(VD), 44 Dementia of the Alzheimer’s Type(DAT), and 66 normal elderly(NE). All the patients were in very mild to mild level of dementia (CDR≤1.0). The subjects were given the tests of phonemic(ㄱ, ㅇ, ㅅ) and semantic fluency(animals). The following 4 types of scores were obtained from each test: (a) total number of words generated, excluding errors; (b) mean clustering size; (c) number of switches; and (d) number of errors (repetitions and intrusion). The results found that both VD and DAT, even at the early stages of dementia, showed significantly lower performance on the verbal fluency test than the NE did. The types and timing of deficits in clustering and switching processed between two dementia groups. We discussed their implications on the differentiation between VD and DAT.

        피질하 혈관성 치매 환자에서 협착성 뇌혈관 병변의 의의 : 자기공명 혈관조영술과 양전자방출단층촬영을 이용한 연구 MR Angiography and ^(18)FDG-PET Study

        Background and Objective:Subcortical vascular dementia (SVD) incorporates small vessel disease as the primary vascular etiology, represents in MRI by lacunar infarct and deep white matter lesions. In clinical practice, a number of SVD patients present with various vascular risk factors for large artery disease (LAD) i.e., old age, hypertension, and diabetes. However the current diagnostic criteria for SVD did not include angiographic findings as a key feature. Therefore we tried to find out the frequency of large artery disease in SVD and to elucidate whether the presence of LAD affects clinico-radiological manifestations of SVD. Methods:Thirty three patients fulfilling 'Research criteria for SVD' by Erkinjuntti from 17 study centers were recruited. Of these 33 patients, 21 who underwent comprehensive neuropsychological test battery, MRI ^(18)FDG-PET, and MR angiography were classified into two subgroups according to the patterns of MRI abnormality:white matter dominant (WM) type (n=5) and multiple lacunar (LC) type (n=16). Clinical and neuropsychological profile and ^(18)FDG-PET findings of 21 SVD patients with and without LAD were compared. Results: Twelve (57%) of 21 SVD patients had mild stenotic lesions in intracranial large arteries:4 in middle cerebral artery, 8 in posterior cerebral artery, and 4 in vertebrobasilarj artery. There were no differences in vascular risk factors, characteristics of cognitive dysfunctions, and ^(18)FDG-PET findings between SVD with and without LAD. Conclusions:Our results showed that the presence of mild degree of large artery stenosis did not affect the clinical., neuropsychological profile and cerebral metabolism in PET. Therefore, the current 'Research criteria for SVaD' by Erkinjuntti could be used to diagnose SVD as a homogenous clinical group regardless of angiographic abnormalities.

        뇌졸중 후 발생한 괴잉성욕에 대한 Cimetidine의 치료효과 : 증례보고

        Most studies have agreed that there is a considerable decline in sexual activity following stroke. but the hypersexuality after stroke as a relatively isolated behavioral abnormality has been less frequently reported Hypersexuality has no proven treatment, although reports have described reductions in hypersexual behavior did not response to three medications were not uncommonly observed in clinical practice A 65-year-old right-handed male presented with acute left hemipararesis. His MRI showed a right middle cerebral artery infarct involving the temporal, parietal regions and the basal ganglia. Four weeks after stroke he showed abnormal behavior, such as incessantly holding and hugging the nursing staff without assent, but no increased orality or change in eating habits But several weeks after taking cimetidine. a histamine H₂-receptor antagonist. his sexual behavior showed a marked improvement This case demonstrates that cimetidine as a non-hormonal anti-androgenic effect decreased libido and hypersexual behavior without serious side effects in patients with cognitive decline after stroke Further studies that obviously define the response and long-term side effects of cimetidine are needed to confirm our observations.

      • 엘리트체육의 현황과 과제

        The purpose of this study is to show what problems there are in the administrative process and actual condition of elite physical education. An investigation is made into its actual starts based on the data released by the central government in 1997 and the educational statute of 1998. And the interview with people concerned is held to discuss and suggest some measures to improve the identified problems. Those measures can be summarized into the followings: 1. For obtaining a larger number of sports talents, each student shall train a sports event at extracurricular activities, and sports talents shall be found and fostered as early as possible in this way. A comprehensive and scientific mangement should be applied to sports talent, and many more excellent physical education teacher shall be secured to give instruction profesionally and systematically. 2. What must be considered first to remove excssive concentration on specific sports events is having a new understanding of elite physical education through school education, strengthening its basis, discovering talented students early, and managing them professionally. To step up technological developement in fostering researchers and physical directors who will take complete charge of it. 3. The training mmethod and education for sports talents shall be developed appropriately and efficiently. The ways to minimize learning deficit and raise the rate of entrance into a higher-grade school shall be studied. For students who don't go on to college, some scheme shall be prepared for them to join a business team or grow up as a superior physical director. 4. School physical education facilities shall be prepared appropriately to be suitable for school physical education. Based on the opinions from physical deucation experts, a school shall be equipped with a playground, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. There must be financial resources to achieve this, and the prepared facilities shall be managed efficiently and systematically. This study is conducted to identify the urgent problems and explore active, efficient improvement measures against them so as to bring a promising future to elite physical education. The elite physical education will fully fulfill its role and superior athletes will be cultivated, if those tasks is achieved gradually.
