이 연구는 성인기의 사랑에 관한 연구의 기초가 된 개념 및 유형 분류의 이론, 사랑의 발달적 기원으로서의 애착관계와 사랑, 사랑의 성차와 성격과의 관련성, 성인기 동안의 사랑요소 및 유형의 발달적 변화에 대해 알아보기 위해 주로 국내외 선행연구들을 고찰하였다. 성인기의 사랑에 관한 경험적 연구들에서 밝혀진 사실들을 종합하여 보면 아동기에 안정애착을 가졌던 사람이 사랑의 세 가지 요인에서 모두 높은 점수를 보이고 사랑유형에 있어서는 우애적 사랑, 열정적 사랑, 이타적 사랑을 더 많이 하는 경향을 보이나 애착경험과 사랑유형의 관계는 다소 비일관적인 결과도 나타나고 있다. 사랑에 있어 성차도 나타났는데 남성은 과업지향적이고 여성은 관계지향적으로 보는 기존의 성역할고정관념과는 오히려 불일치하는 결과를 보여주었다. 사랑의 구성요소에 따른 특성과 유형은 성격 및 자아존중감과도 관련이 있었으나 그 중 사랑유형과의 관계는 다소 비일관적인 경향을 나타냈다. 시간에 따른 사랑의 변화는 관계가 지속될수록 친밀감과 헌신이 중요한 요인임을 보여주며 특히 이러한 사실은 한국사회에서 부부관계의 성격을 이해하는데 실마리를 제공한다. This study reviews the empirical research on the love in adulthood to understand the developmental transition of the pattern and components, specifically the relationship of attachment between love, personality traits and love, sex differences in love. As a result, this review identifies the characteristics and pattern of love in adulthood has close relations with the attachment experiences in childhood. Sex differences in love is appeared, but inconsistent with sex-role stereotypes. Also, components of love are related to one's personality and self-esteem, but the relations of patterns of love with personality and self-esteem show inconsistent results. The change of love components during adulthood shows that intimacy and commitment rather than passion are important factors to maintain the marital relationships. Especially, commitment is a remarkable factor increased by marital years in Korean couples. This result has implications to understand the Korean couples' marital relationships.
아동 후기에서 청소년기에 이르는 성역할발달에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify intrapsychic processes of self socialization in sex role development during late childhood and adolescence. For this purpose I investigated the sex-role stereotypes, sex-role ideology, sex-role identity, and self- esteem of 6th, 8th, and 10th graders and examined the causal relationships among these sex-role variables. Data were gathered through questionnaires administered twice with an interval of three months. The methods of analysis were one-way ANOVA, χ², and multiple regression. The results showed, (1) Adolescents` sex-role stereotypes had significant relationships with sex typing. Subjects with low scores on sex-role stereotypes were more likely to show opposite sex typing. (2) Sex-role ideologies had significant relationships with sex typing. As Subjects agreed more with egalitarianism, they were more likely to exhibit opposite sex typing. (3) Adolescents` sex typing had significant relationships with their self-esteem. The androgynous group exhibited the highest scores on self-esteem. (4) Path analysis from the multiple regression analysis indicated different processes between sexes in sex-role development. In the boys` sex-role development, it was found that only masculinity contributed to self-esteem. Girls` masculinity also contributed most to self-esteem, but other sex-role variables such as femininity and sex-role stereotypes made some contributions to girls` self-esteem.
공기업의 여성고용실태와 평등고용촉직방안에 관한 연구 -대구지역을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to investigate the work condition of female workers and to identify barriers to a more gender equitable working environment in 13 public corporations located in Daegu Area. The survey data from 300 male and female workers and interviews with managerial staffs in those organizations were analyzed by using SPSS 8.0 program. The results of this study suggested that many organization have some gender-specific policies in place. There are, however, barriers toward more gender equitable organization such as recruitment, and promotion of female staff, and addresses related issues pertaining to quality of the work place, especially the advancement of women in senior management cadres. There is an absence of incentive structures for the facilitation of programming efforts strategy for achieving gender balance of incentive structures for the facilitation of programming efforts strategy for achieving gender balance in its work force. Female workers are less likely to have job satisfaction and to experience promotion but more likely to recognize sex discrimination. The results showed that female workers already achieved higher education and longer work period. There for blocks of institutional cultures need be targeted for change toward providing managerial and training programs for women workers, as well as supporting women worker`s excessive responsibility of both of a caretaker and a worker
푸드아트테라피와 놀이치료의 융합-통합놀이치료기법을 중심으로

This study aims to expand and deepen Food Art Therapy, and to develop an attempt to graft play therapy theory and techniques into FAT. This study utilizes the theory and techniques of flexible sequential play therapy (FSPT) and Gestalt Play Therapy among the techniques of integrative play therapy, focusing on the four-step counseling process of FAT and expanding the step-by-step sessions to form a 15-session program. This is an exploratory attempt to suggest activity topics and food art play activities according to each stage session. This program aims to reveal and heal the wounds of the heart that are deep inside the client. This program strengthens the client s self, improves coping ability, explores inner wounds, and leads to self-integration and growth through self-understanding and self-acceptance. Therefore, it is meaningful as a crisis intervention program for children or adolescents who have been abused, and for clients with symptoms of PTSD, and it needs to be verified academically in the future.
