Candida albicans is a dimorphic yeast which is responsible for 70 percent to 80 percent of all candidial infection, and is the most common cause of superficial and systemic candidiasis. Invasive candidiasis occurs under certain circumstances such as immunosuppression, prolonged hospitalization, and previous antibiotics use. We report a case of candidiasis with a unusual presentation of subcutaneous abscess. A 54 year-old woman came to our clinic with painful erythematous swelling plaques and nodules on the face and arms. She was hospitalized with generalized edema and weakness of both leg. She had a history of herbal medication for 1 year and was finally diagnosed with iatrogenic Cushing syndrome in department of the endocrinology. Biopsy of the lesion revealed chronic inflammation in dermis and subcutis and budding yeasts with pseudohyphae were shown in Gomoris Methenamine silver stain. And Candida albicans was identified by fungus culture. The purpose of this study is to introduce the effective and logical approaches for estimating acquisition costs using analogy method. In order to apply analogy method, proper factors or rates to compare with similar systems have to be defined. However, it is often difficult to acquire these rates from historical data of similar weapon systems. In this study, we suggested a more accurate model for estimating acquisition costs by including domestic research & development cost and foreign purchase price. To find out the appropriate development cost of the target systems or sub-assembly level, we introduced a cost adjustment coefficient using PRICE model. PRICE, a computer-aided parametric cost analysis tool, analyzes and shows the development, production, operation, and support costs for a particular weapon system. Secondly, we suggested another way to estimate reasonable purchase price using regression analysis with recognized leading price-drive variables such as specifications and performances. Finally, we applied the proposed method to an actual missile cost analysis project, and showed the result. The proposed method was proven to be useful in estimating the acquisition cost and purchase price.

광역지방자치단체에서의 민주시민교육의 법제화: 쟁점 분석과 독일 사례 참조를 통한 개선방안 제안

민주시민교육을 위한 보편적 법률의 제정이 오랫동안 공방을 거듭해오며 지연되고 있는 가운데 광역 및 기초자치단체가 연이어 각각 자치법규 제정을 통해 민주시민교육을 위한 근거를 마련해오고 있다. 이 논문은 자치단체, 특히 시・도 민주시민교육조례의 제정 과정 및 조례에 대한 분석을 통해 상위 법률이 부재한 자치법규의 불완전성과 제약, 민주시민교육 실행기관의 설치 및 독립성, 민주시민교육의 중립성 등에 관련된 쟁점들을 분석한다. 나아가 독일에서의 연방 정치교육과 주 정치교육의 법제, 실행기관, 독립성과 초정파성의 유지를 위한 제도적 장치 등을 참조하여 우리나라 민주시민교육의 법제화 및 실행의 개선방안을 제안한다. 구체적으로 민주시민교육이 법률적 근거를 가져야 함을 강변함과 아울러 현행 자치법규는 민주시민교육 실행(담당)기관의 독립성과 전문성을 강화하고, 민주시민교육의 초정파성(비정파성이 아니라)을 확보 및 유지하며, 민주시민교육의 거버넌스를 활성화하는 방향으로 수정・보완되어야 함을 제시한다.

상용 해석 소프트웨어를 이용한 접촉문제의 효과적 해석 및 최적 지지점 설계

본 논문에서는 자중이 작용하는 적층판의 변위를 최소화하는 지지봉의 개수와 위치의 최적화를 다루고 있다. 자중이 작용하는 적층판의 해석 수행 시 적층판과 지지봉, 적층판들 사이에 접촉이 발생한다. 이러한 접촉문제는 상용 해석 소프트웨어의 접촉 요소를 사용하면 쉽게 접근 할 수 있으나 상용 해석 소프트웨어는 여러 가지 접촉 상황을 모두 고려해야 하므로 효율이 떨어지며, 특정 접촉문제에서는 아주 긴 해석 시간을 요구한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상용 해석 소프트웨어의 접촉해석 기능 대신 선형해석 기능만을 사용하되 접촉면에 존재하는 요소들의 관계를 접촉 조건을 이용한 관계식으로 정의하여 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 상용 해석소프트웨어에서 제공하는 접촉해석과 동일한 결과를 도출하는데 약 30배에 해당하는 시간을 절감하였다. 그리고 이러한 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 지지봉의 개수와 위치에 관한 최적화를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 지지봉의 개수를 40% 절감하였고 그에 따른 지지봉의 최적 위치를 찾을 수 있었다. In this study, an optimum support design problem is considered to minimize displacement of stacked plates under self weight condition. During the displacement analysis, several kinds of contact arise between the plates themselves and support bar. These can be easily considered if commercial analysis software, which provides capability to solve the contact problem, is used. It is found, however, that the computing time is extraordinarily long due possibly to the generality of the software and also to the ignorance of the control parameters used in the software. In this paper, the contact condition is imposed directly by the authors, while the software is used only to solve the ordinary displacement analysis problem. In this way, the computing time is decreased remarkably by more than 30 times, while yielding the same accurate results. Optimization is conducted based on this efficient analysis method to find minimum number of supporting bars using the response surface algorithm.

단체이익과 공익의 통합을 위한 규범적 논의: 헤겔 국가론에서의 단체의 자치행정과 직능대표제가 주는 현재적 의미

>이 글의 목적은 단체의 특수적 이익과 국가의 보편적 공익의 통합을 위한 헤겔의 규범적 논의를 검토하고 그 현재적 의미를 규명하는데 있다. 헤겔은 국가에서 개인들의 특수이익이 실현되어야 한다고 본다. 이를 위해 개인들은 시민사회에서 자신들의 이익을 단체를 통해 공동의 특수이익으로 조직화해야 한다. 헤겔은 국가의 인정과 감독 하에 이뤄지는, 시민사회에서의 단체들의 자치행정을 옹호한다. 여기서 단체는 무엇보다 직업별 단체들을 지칭하지만 교회와 같은 공동체와 지방 및 도시 자치단체를 포괄하기도 한다. 단체이익과 공익의 통합은 전자가 후자로 수렴됨으로써 성취된다. 그러나 그것은 개인들이 국가의 보편이익을 자신들의 목적으로 추구하는 것을 요구한다. 헤겔은 직능대표로 구성되는 의회를 주창하지만 대표자들은 피대표자들의 이익에 구속되지 않고 공익을 지향하는 자유 대표제에 근거해야 한다고 역설한다. 헤겔이 특히 직업단체의 자치행정을 통해 시민사회의 문제를 시민사회의 단체로 하여금 스스로 해결하도록 한 것은 단체의 자율과 국가의 감독을 조화시키는 정부의 통치방식으로서 시사하는 바가 크다. 상원 및 하원 모두 직능대표들로 구성되는 직능의회는 오늘날 현실적이지 못하다. 그러나 직능별 이익대표성을 정당 및 의회 내로 보다 제도화할 수 있는 메커니즘을 개발하는 것은 절실한 문제이다. 그리고 지역대표제를 근간으로 하더라도 대표자들을 피대표자들의 이익표출에 구속시키지 않는 자유 대표제를 현실화하는 것은 공익 형성을 위한 의회정치에서 매우 중요하다. 단체의 특수이익은 국가의 보편적 공익으로 통합되어야 한다. 그러나 그것은 공익을 목적으로 추구하는 규범적 관점을 요구한다.
