Gallium nitride (GaN), wide bandgap semiconductor, has attracted much attention because they are projected to have much better performance than silicon. In this paper, effects of design parameters change of GaN power static induction transistor (SIT) on the electrical characteristics (breakdown voltage, on resistance) were analyzed by computer simulation. According to the analyzed results, the optimization was performed to get power GaN SIT that has 600 V class breakdown voltage. As a result, we could get optimized 600 V class power GaN SIT that has higher breakdown voltage and lower On resistance with a thin (a several micro-meters) thickness of the channel layer.
Nano-ZnO/Laponite/PVA 광촉매 흡착볼의 메틸렌블루 제거효율 평가

광촉매인 나노크기의 산화아연(ZnO)과 흡착기능의 지지체인 Laponite, 결합제인 poly vinyl alcohol (PVA)를 혼합하여 붕산(boric acid)과 가교반응(crosslinking)을 통해 흡착과 광분해가 동시에 발생하며 회수가 불필요한 nano-ZnO/Laponite/PVA(ZLP) 광촉매 흡착볼을 개발하였다. ZLP 광촉매 흡착볼 제작을 위한 최적의 배합비는 Nano-ZnO:Laponite:PVA:deionized water의 구성비가 3:1:1:16 (by weight)으로 도출되었으며, PVA가 붕산과의 가교결합을 통해서 다층의 망(mesh network)과 막(film)을 형성하여 Laponite의 팽윤과 ZnO의 탈리 현상을 억제하는 것으로 사료된다. 수중안정성을 개선하고 비표면적을 높이기 위한 최적의 건조방법은 microwave를 활용하는 방법이며, SEM과 TEM의 분석을 통해 다양한 크기(55~500μm)의 공극(pore)이 분포하며 ZnO의 균질한 분포를 확인할 수가 있었다. 메틸렌블루 광분해 특성은 반응 초기(40분)에는 Laponite와 메틸렌블루의 이온결합에 따른 흡착제거가 주요 제거 기작이며, 메틸렌블루의 흡착이 포화상태에 도달 후 광분해를 통한 제거가 발생함을 확인하여 흡착과 광분해가 동시에 발생하여 수중에 용해된 메틸렌 블루를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 짧은 시간에 흡착과 광분해가 동시에 진행되어 난분해성 오염물질을 효과적으로 제거하는 광촉매 흡착볼의 제작이 가능하며, 나노물질의 탈리로 인해 발생하는 환경 및 수용체에 미치는 위해성도 최소화 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In order to overcome drawbacks (i.e., filtration and recovery) of conventional powder type photocatalysts, nano- ZnO/Laponite/PVA (ZLP) photocatalyzed adsorption balls were developed by using in situ mixing of nanoscale ZnO as a photocatalyst, and Laponite as both adsorbent and supporting media in deionized water, followed by the poly vinyl alcohol polymerization with boric acid. The optimum mixing ratio of nano-ZnO:Laponite:PVA:deionized water was found to be 3:1:1:16 (by weight), and the mesh and film produced by PVA polymerization with boric acid might inhibit both swelling of Laponite and detachment of nanoscale ZnO from ZLP balls. Drying ZLP balls with microwave (600 watt) was found to produce ZLP balls with stable structure in water, and various sizes (55~500 μm) of pore were found to be distributed based on SEM and TEM results. In the initial period of reaction (i. e., 40 min), adsorption through ionic interaction between methylene blue and Laponite was the main removal mechanism. After the saturation of methylene blue to available adsorption sites for Laponite, the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue occurred. The effective removal of methylene blue was attributed to adsorption and photocatalytic degradation. Based on the results from this study, synthesized ZLP photocatalyzed adsorption balls were expected to remove recalcitrant organic compounds effectively through both adsorption and photocatalytic degradation, and the risks of environmental receptors caused by detachment of nanoscale photocatalysts can be reduced.

자연스러운 가상현실 제작을 위해서는 정확한 카메라 보정(camera calibration) 과정이 필수적인 선결 조건으로 요구된다. 그러나 기존의 영상처리에 의한 카메라 보정 방식은 특징점 추출에서의 에러 발생과 여러 장의 영상을 촬영해야 하는 등의 단점으로 줌렌즈 카메라 보정에는 사용되기 힘들었다. 본 논문에서는 카메라보정 객체의 모델에 기반하여 카메라 파라미터를 최적화하는 방법으로 카메라 보정을 구현하였다. 최적화 방법으로는 경사기반 방식에 비해 국부최적점에 강인한 것으로 알려진 유전자알고리즘(genetic algorithm)을 사용하였다. 카메라 보정 객체에 낮은 공간주파수 성분을 보강하고, 목적함수에 영상의 밝기 정보를 포함하며, 유전자알고리즘을 사용함으로써 초기치가 최적점에서 멀리 떨어져있는 경우에도 수렴이 가능함을 실험적으로 확인하였다.
여대생의 외모에 대한 사회문화적 압력이 외모관리행동 및 체중조절에 미치는 영향

This study aims to provide basic data to find ways for the right appearance management bahavior and weight control behavior, by investigating influences on appearance management behavior and weight control behavior according to sociocultural pressure of appearance, targeting female college students majoring in art, music physical education. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on 540 female college students majoring in art, music and physical education in 3 universities - K, C and K. Universities - located in Seoul and Gyeonggy Province, Korea; using the purposive sampling of the non-probability sampling, samples were extracted. A total of 540 questionnaires were distributed, and 530 copies of the 540 collected were used for this study. Because, some of the answers were omitted. The frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were carried out for the collected questionnaires, using the SPSS 21.0 Version statistic program. The independent sample correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were also carried out. The following are the results obtained based on the research methods and procedures as above: First, as for the effects of sociocultural pressure of appearance of female college students majoring in art, music and physical education on the weight control bahavior, it had a significant influence on the dietary therapy and exercise. Second, Specifically, family influence and friend influence of the sociocultural pressure affected the dietary therapy; media influence affected the dietary therapy and exercise therapy.
이중 이온주입 공정을 이용한 트렌치 필드링 설계 최적화 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

The dual ion-implantation trench edge termination techniques were investigated and optimized using a two-dimensional device simulator. By trenching the field ring site which would be dual implanted, a better blocking capability can be obtained. The results show that the p-n junction with dual implanted junction field-ring can accomplish nearly 20% increase of breakdown voltage in comparison with the conventional trench field-rings. The fabrication is relatively difficult. But the trench etched field ring with dual ion-implantation is surpassed for breakdown voltage and consume same area and extensive device simulations as well as qualitative analysis confirm these conclusions.
기준신호 보상회로를 이용한 더블 샘플링 방식의 비냉각형 볼로미터 검출회로 설계에 관한 연구

A bolometer sensor used in an infrared thermal imaging system has many advantages on the process because it does not need a separate cooling system and its manufacturing is easy. However the sensitivity of the bolometer is low and the fixed pattern noise(FPN) is large, because the bolometer sensor is made by micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS). These problems can be fixed-by using the high performance readout integrated circuit(ROIC) with noise reduction techniques. In this paper, we propose differential delta sampling circuit to remove the mismatch noise of ROIC itself, the FPN of the bolometer. And for reduction of FPN noise, the reference signal compensation circuit which compensate the reference signal by using on-resistance of MOS transistor was proposed.
