The total MeOH extracts of 149 herbal medicines were screened far angiotensin ll receptor antagonistic activity using rat liver membrane fraction. Four medicinal plants- Atractylodes japonica, Evodia officinalis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Machilus thunbergii showed strong angiotensin ll antagonistic activity.

센서 네트웨크에서 센서 노드는 고장이나 전력 손실 등과 같은 다양한 원인에 의해 오작동 및 부정확한 데이터 전송의 가능성을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 센서 노드의 오류는 전체 네트워크의 신뢰성 있는 서비스에 지장을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 노드 자체의 동작 오류를 줄이는 방안으로 다중센서를 사용한 센서 노드의 고장 진단과 데이터 처리 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 센서 노드에 다수의 센서를 사용하여 측정하고, 각 센서의 값을 비교하여 이상 유무를 판별하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터만을 전송하는 방식이다. 이 알고리즘은 센서의 수가 많아지는 단점이 있지만, 간단한 연산으로 센서 이상을 검출할 수 있는 방법이기 때문에 높은 신뢰도가 중요한 응용 분야에는 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The possible erroneous output data of the sensor nodes can cause the performance limit or the degradation of the reliability in the whole wireless sensor networks(WSN). In this paper, we propose a new sensor node scheme with multiple sensors and a new fault diagnostic algorithm. The algorithm can increase the reliability of the whole WSNs by utilizing measurements of the multiple sensors on the node and by determining the validity of the date by comparing the value of each sensor. It can increase the cost and complexity of the node, but is suitable for the area where the high reliability is critical.

센서 노드는 제한된 에너지를 가지고 동작한다. 대부분의 경우에, 에너지가 고간된 배터리를 교체하거나 재충전하는 것은 바람직하지 않거나 불가능하다. 따라서 MAC프로토콜 디자인에서 에너지 소모를 줄이는 것은 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 하지만, 센서 응용이 지연에 민감할 경우, 지연이 매우 중요한 요소이고, 이 지연은 에너지 소비와 트레이드오프하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 에너지 소모를 줄이고, 낮은 지연을 얻을 수 있는 MAC프로토콜을 제안한다. 이 프로토콜은 DSMAC을 기반으로, 동적으로 경로 사이의 상대적인 buffer의 패킷의 양에 따라서 duty cycle를 변경하게 된다. sensor node work limited energy. It is undesirable or impossible to replace the batteries that are depleted of energy because of characteristics of the sensor network. Due to the specific energy constrained environment, MAC design for sensor networks generally has to take energy consumption as one of its primary concerns. But in sensor networks, latency has been a key factor affecting the applicability of sensor networks to some delay-sensitive applications. Therefore, we propose MAC protocols based DSMAC in this paper. Which is able to dynamically change the sleeping and duty cycle of sensors is adjusted to adapt to packet amounts in buffer. Proposed MAC has energy efficiency and low latency, compared DSMAC.

MT 2511-5 was purified as a inhibitor of phospholipase C(PLC) from culture broth of a Streptomyces sp. NO. 2511-5. It was identified as scopafungin, 36-membered marcrolide by physicochemical and spectroscopic data. Its IC50 was 30mcM against phospholipase C and it also showed inhibitory activity against some fungi.

MT 51005 as a potent inhibitor of phospholipase C(PLC) was purified from the culture broth of a fungal strain No. 51005 isolated from soil. It was identified as a benzaldehyde derivative, anguillosporal. by the physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Anguillosporal showed the inhibitory activity against purified PLC with an IC50 of 13mcg/ml. And it also inhibited the formation of inositol phosphates(IPt) in platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)-stimulated NIH3T3gamma1 cells with an IC50 of 0.8mcg/ml.

Far reducing medical radiation exposure and managing patient doses, Entrance surface doses(ESDs) were measured at Diagnostic Radiology Department in ASAN medical center, also we determined and compared with the Diagnostic Reference Level(DRL) of some other countries. ESDs were measured far the most common types of X-ray procedures, such as chest PA, lumbar spine AP, lumbar spine lateral, Pelvis AP, Skull PA. ESDs were measured by Glass dosimeter and Unfors Xi meter. Those were applied collimation center of phantom's entrance skin surface. The results of ESDs were compared Glass dosimeter with Unfors Xi meter. Those were measured within 5% statistical difference. It seemed well agreement at two devices. In most cases ESDs measured far the different types of X ray procedures were found to be lower than the DRL of IAEA, but ESDs on chest PA, lumbar spine AP, lumbar spine lateral, Pelvis AP, Skull PA were proximity ar excesses at DRL of advanced country. Through this study, we need an investigation and improvement at present diagnostic radiology exam system. Also, radiologists make an effort to reduce patient dose and having a technical skill.
