중학교 영어 학습자를 위한 게이미피케이션 기반 영어 읽기 학습 어플리케이션 및 수업 모형 개발

This study aims to develop a gamification-based English reading learning application and teaching model for Korean middle school EFL learners to improve their English reading comprehension, motivation, and self-efficacy. This application was designed based on eight elements of game design (points, levels, badges, leaderboards, rewards, progress bars, storylines, and feedback). Each game design element is utilized to (a) improve EFL learners’ motivation and self-efficacy in English reading and (b) promote the use of English reading strategies. The English reading strategies are provided differently according to pre-, while-, and post-reading stages to improve EFL learners’ English reading comprehension. Moreover, this study also suggests how to use this newly developed application effectively in an English reading classroom. This study is meaningful in that it systematically not only presents an innovative method for Korean EFL learners’ English reading comprehension, motivation, and self-efficacy but also proposes an English reading teaching model with each English reading strategy through gamification in the field of English teaching and learning. In particular, a gamification-based English reading learning application allows Korean middle school EFL learners to be engaged and motivated in English reading. More detailed discussions and suggestions are given for English teachers and further potential research directions.

Recently, great attention has been shown to the question of condensation risk of multi-residential houses. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport recently announced the standard for preventing the condensation of wall, window system, door in multi-residential houses in Korea. The purpose of this study is to proceed with the condensation risk of the window system performance evaluation based on mentioned standard of Korea. For this study was to perform the simulation and applied to the actual selection of window-system multi-residential houses and change variables. Variable is Low-e coating and cavity-space(total 6-alteration). One of the method that estimates the Temperature Difference Ratio(TDR). Partially, this paper presents a study to investigate the difference between the KS F 2295 and the mentioned standard. The results indicate that both of two methods deliver meaningful information to DM (Desicion Maker). In the paper, pros andcons of two methods are discussed. As a simulation tool, Physibel-Trisco by Physibel in belgium. Consequently, this study is to examine evaluation of inside suface condensation risk in window system throught Low-e coating and type of cavity space.

The use of BIM-based energy performance assessment during the design stages is believed to be essential to achieve energy-conscious green buildings. Interoperability between BIM-based design tools and energy performance analysis tools enables information exchange between different applications. BIM-based simulation models are used to evualate various design alternatives and achieve energy conscious green design. However, BIM interoperability is still controversial in design phase of a building project. This paper presents a detailed investigation and comparative study of the differences between data-centric interoperability and process-driven interoperability approaches. The authors elaborate on aforementioned two approaches, summarize their consequences, and present a real application of the DAI (Design Analysis Integration) prototype to a building in the conceptual design stage. The selected building is a library building with a floor area 8,000㎡. Three design alternatives of the building in a conceptual design stage were studied. In order to analyze interoperability results between BIM-based CAD applications and building energy analysis tools, Revit Architecture and EnergyPlus were selected. In particular, the authors developed an automatic data translation from gbXML to IDF in MATLAB GUI (Graphical User Interface). This paper shows that meaningful information can be delivered to DM(Decision Maker) based on the process-driven interoperability using BIM.
기초자치단체의 사회복지시설 민간위탁 자치법규 내용에 관한 분석

본 연구는 사회복지시설 민간위탁과 관련하여 최근 학계와 현장에서 활발한 논의가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있는 시점에서 서울특별시 자치구의 사회복지시설 민간위탁에 관한 자치법규를 비교 · 분석하여 향후 타기초자치단체에 제 · 개정될 자치법규의 발전적 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 분석자료는 2015년 5월 1일을 기준으로 자치법규정보시스템을 활용하여 서울특별시 자치구에서 제정한 자치법규를 수집하였으며, 최항순(2003)이 제시한 민간위탁 단계에 따라 조항의 존재여부와 내용구성 등에 관하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 첫째, 수탁자 모집단계에서 모집공고나 적용시설 유형의 명확성, 위탁기간의 이원화, 둘째, 수탁자 선정단계에서 수탁자 선정기준과 위원회의 위원장 선출방식의 개선, 셋째, 행정기관의 관리감독에 관한 조항, 넷째, 재위탁 단계에서 위탁사무에 관한 평가와 심의에 관한 조항의 전반적 보완과 더불어 투명한 평가가 이루어질 수 있는 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 함을 제안하였다. In this study, as recently there is active discussion in academia and relevant industries relating to delegation of social welfare facilities to the private sector, self-regulations relating to such delegation by Seoul was analyzed for systematic supply of social welfare service and find ways to improve self-regulations that will be enacted or amended by local governments. The data was collected from self-regulations of Seoul based on the self-regulation information system as of May 1, 2015, and analyzed according to the steps of delegation to the private sector proposed by Hyangsun Choi, in terms of presence of clauses and contents. Based on the analysis, the study prosed: first, clarity in description of application criteria and relevant facilities and dual system of the delegation agencies; second, improvement in criteria for selecting the delegation agencies and the head of committee; third, clauses related to supervision of an administrative agency; fourth, overall improvement of clauses related to evaluation nd review of delegation and institutional arrangement for more transparent evaluation.

There are main issues of defect type that condensation, concrete crack and noise in apartment buildings. Especially, according to the Apartment Defect Dispute Mediation Committee in Korea (ADDMC) at Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport in Korea (MLIT), condensation defects are great importance (14 percent) on whole number of reported cases of faults from 2015 in Korea. Most condensation defects have many different causes that take a toll on the resident"s life and space. So it is very important to early detection and repair. For preventing the condensation in apartment buildings, there are building codes in Korea such as "Standard of Method and Judgment for Apartment defect of investigation, Repair cost Estimate". This research aims to study on the improvement of preventing the condensation aforementioned korea standard. Types and characteristics (opaque wall, windows, doors) of cause of occurrence and existing state condensation defect is analyzed from evaluation of real application 100 case in 2015 ADDMC data.
