Dissemination has been concerned much less than research & development and demonstration so far. However, dissemination has just been one of the innovative technology that can improve the competitive power of the company and nation in global and knowledge-based economy recently. Clearly technology transfer and dissemination are the subject attracting larger interest in various fields, such as academic and industrial field, and policy planners, etc. Specially, new environment of the technology infra which have been formed according to the IT development requires new stimulus as well as the model in organizing the current technology transfer mediator This research covers results of the survey and analysis we had made about the energy conservation technology in order to investigate the present situation and the activation plan for energy conservation technology transfer and induction to our country.

Traditional inventory models assume that demand is constant, insensitive to either the stock level or the shortage level. However, marketing researchers and practitioners have long recognized the demand of many retail items is proportional to the amount of inventory displayed. This is based on the common real-life observation that great product availability tends to stimulate more sales. This paper considers the inventory model for an item with a stock-level dependent demand rate under the quantity discount. For the inventory system presented, a mathematical model and solution methodology are developed. And a numeric example is presented.

Supplier selection and evaluation is an important problem to a small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Futhermore, the supplier selection and evaluation is a complex multi-person, multi-criteria decision problem. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) can be a very useful decision making process to help people set priorities and make the best decision when both qualitative and quantitative aspects of a decision need to be considered. This paper presents a AHP-based model for supplier selection and evaluation based on types of production and supplier chain. The use of the proposed model indicates that it can be applied to improve the group decision making in selection a best supplier.

The market demand is elastic for customer service. Because the level of customer service provided by logistics system has an effect on customers' purchase decisions, hence on the market demand. Considering the effect of customer service on demand, this study develops the market area which each distribution center will serve. Market demand is supposed exponential and normal distribution under diamond market shape and rectilinear distance norm. The market demand at a particular area is affected by the level of customer service that distribution center provides, and the relationship between the market demand and the level of customer service is represented with a mathematical function.
