BIM 교육을 위한 u-Learning System 구축방안

Recently, construction industry has adopted BIM very rapidly. However, adoption of BIM or 3D drawing means a lot of time and labors are needed to develop the 3D model, also all participants in the project have to familiar with 3D tools. Internationally, adequate BIM training is recognized as the most challenging area, but in domestic BIM education is rely on BIM tool vendor’s instruction education or related seminar. This research suggest the case study of the development of the 1st private BIM u-learning system in Korea, analyzing the structure of overall system and services at present, current issues, and development plan.

While the construction industry in Korea has grown internationally competitive in overseas markets, architectural design & engineering(A/E) have recently been losing to foreign in areas such as super tall building even in the domestic market, and urgently need more competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to develop the global A/E firm model for preparing globalization strategy of A/E firms in Korea. Suggested global A/E firm model can be summarized as vision & strategy development by means of studying the in and out A/E industry circumstances and strategy, and business organizational system development by component business model method. The derived model can be used as a guideline by a firm in creating a business management strategy for expanding to the super tall building design market in and out of korea, and also applied to benchmarking tool for its business and organizational structure.
CBM을 활용한 건설사업관리시스템 모듈별 BIM 적용성 분석

Recently, the enactment of a construction industry promotional law encourages the increasing application of construction management to the Korean construction industry. Furthermore, given the large size and high complexity of major projects, use cases of PMIS(project management information system) are increasing rapidly with the application of BIM (building information modeling) to project lifecycles. The objective of this study is to suggest the order of priority of BIM application to PMIS component modules through an analysis of the CBM (component business model) of PMIS, investigation of IFC (industry foundation class) / BIM data connection, and analysis of the BIM applicability - expectation matrix to the PMIS. The results of this study show that BIM can be applied to components such as design management, cost management, and project administration mainly in the construction stage. This results of this study would be helpful to decision makers developing BIM-based PMIS applications.
전통 목조건축의 개방형 BIM 분류체계 및 분류코드 개발

This paper aims at developing and applying open-BIM tailored to Korea’ traditional wooden architecture under the following process: a) adoption and application of the correlation between Korea’s traditional wooden architecture into open-BIM classification scheme, b) development of classification system and code suitable for Korea’s traditional wooden architecture and c) assessment of its validity. The sample used for the assessment of the classification code is Bongjeong Temple of Korea. The results verify that under the developed system application into the traditional wooden architecture, the majority of previous impediments to BIM application are removed, thus putting forward the future research direction for advancement along with the current status of research.

In construction projects, optimizing material selection is crucial, as over half of the construction cost is allocated to materials. To achieve this, an integrated material information system becomes essential. Creating an efficient material list requires significant investment in manpower and time to register and manage diverse material information. This study introduces a system developed through deep learning-based intelligent material extraction. The system builds a database of building material information from real projects, utilizing a classifier trained with standard construction codes using the FastText method and LSTM model. Through experiments on 40 buildings, the system demonstrated an 86% accuracy rate. The resulting building material information serves as a foundational resource for future applications such as artificial intelligence-based automation of design economic evaluation and design safety assessment.
클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 모바일 BIM 애플리케이션 적용성 분석

As a futuristic construction model, building information model (BIM) based project management system (PMIS) and mobile BIM simulator apps have been showing visible sign. However, researches on the BIM based 3D simulator using mobile device are hard to find result from limitation of mobile device (slow speed at huge 3D file, display size, and etc.) and undefined standard of business processes. Therefore, this research aims at studying application of mobile BIM apps based on cloud computing. Total 8 BIM cloud apps were selected and analyzed in the 5 application feasibility characteristics (speed, view, inquiry, markup, and usability). This research would be essential phase to construct BIM based mobile project management system using cloud computing in the future.
SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF MIDAS TESTS USING THE SPACE CODE

The nodalization sensitivity analysis for the ECC(Emergency Core Cooling) bypass phenomena was performed using the SPACE(Safety and Performance Analysis CodE) thermal hydraulic analysis computer code. The results of MIDAS(Multi-dimensional Investigation in Downcomer Annulus Simulation) test were used. The MIDAS test was conducted by the KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute) for the performance evaluation of the ECC bypass phenomenon in the DVI(Direct Vessel Injection) system. The main aim of this study is to examine the sensitivity of the SPACE code results to the number of thermal hydraulic channels used to model the annulus region in the MIDAS experiment. The sensitivity study involves three nodalization cases (4, 6, and 12 channels) and the result show that the effect of nodalization on the bypass fraction for the MIDAS high steam flow rate tests is minimal. For computational efficiency, a 4 channels representation is recommended for the SPACE code nodalization. For the low steam flow rate tests, the SPACE code over-predicts the bypass fraction irrespective of the nodalization scheme. The over-prediction at low steam flow may be attributed to the difficulty to accurately represent the three dimensional flow pattern in the vicinity of the broken cold leg using a one-dimensional code.

There are two methods to treating onychomycosis. They are oral therapy and topical therapy. In this study we investigated the topical therapy. Penetration enhancer is necessary for effective topical dose of nail. KOH, NaOH and NaBH4 that have a potentiality as a penetration enhancer were dissolved in distilled water at 3% w/v concentration. And then nails are treated with penetration enhancers. The nail swelling rate(%) is calculated by using the nail weight of before and after experiment. The nails treated with penetration enhancer are fully dried and then we observed the surface of nails by using SEM and AFM. The three potential penetration enhancers showed high nail swelling rate and the surface of nails was more lifted than non-treating group or control group. So three penetration enhancers as enhancing the drug penetration are excellent.
