최근, 건설산업에서 BIM은 다양한 분야에서 주목 받고 있다. 그러나 프로젝트 시작단계인 건축설계분야에서는 효과적인 적용방법이 준비되어 있지 않고 여전히 모델링 방법조차 혼란스러운 상황이다. 대규모 건축설계사무소는 자체 비용과 인력을 투자하면서 각자의 BIM 적용 기법을 개발하고 있다. 특히 조달청의 BIM 발주에 참여하여 많은 시행착오를 경험하고, 노하우를 축적하고 있으나, 반면 중소규모 건축설계사무소는 이러한 상황에 참여하지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 BIM 개발 여력이 부족한 중소규모 건축설계사무소를 위한 실용적인 BIM 도입 방법으로 BIM 템플릿을 개발하고자 한다. 국내 건축설계분야에서의 BIM 연구동향과 설계 실무자의 의견을 수집하고 국내외 BIM 템플릿 개발사례를 분석하여 BIM 템플릿 프로토타입을 개발하고자 하였다. 첫 번째 개발목표는 근린생활시설의 인허가도면작성을 지원하는 템플릿이다. 처음부터 모든 프로젝트 조건을 만족시킬 수는 없으므로 건축설계 분야에서 가장 많이 필요로 하는 부분부터 BIM 템플릿을 적용한다면 BIM 적용 가능성과 기회가 증가할 것으로 기대한다. Recently, BIM has attracted attention in various fields of the construction industry. However, the architectural design field, which is the starting stage of the construction project, is not prepared for an effective way of BIM application and even the modeling method is not established yet. Large-sized architectural design firms have been developing their own technique of BIM application by investing costs and labor. Especially, as participating in BIM order by PPS, they are experiencing a lot of trial and error and accumulating know-how. In contrast, small and medium-sized architectural design firms are not involved in this situation yet. The aim of this study is to develop BIM template as a practical way to adopt BIM for small and medium-sized architectural design firms which cannot afford to apply BIM. Through BIM research trends in architectural design field, opinions of practitioners, and case analysis of BIM template, the prototype of BIM template has been developed. The first development goal is the template to create drawings for permission of neighborhood facilities. Therefore, if BIM template is applied from the most needed part in the architectural design field, it is expected to increase the possibilities and opportunities of effective BIM application.

Presently, BIM adoption in the AEC industry has increased by Public Procurement Service requiring BIM-based projects. Not only ordering organizations and construction companies but architectural design firms have attempted BIM adoption. However, small and medium-sized architectural design firms are alienated in introducing BIM. The barriers of BIM adoption are the absence of standard, guideline and BIM library. BIM templates which can lead BIM standard are expected to support the effective adoption of BIM-based design in architectural design firms. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop BIM template as a way of practical BIM adoption.
에너지 소비특성에 따른 도시 유형화 및 유형별 특성 분석

The population growth and economic development has contributed to a significant increase in energy consumptions in Korea. It is therefore urgent for local governments to develop effective policies and measures to reduce their energy consumptions. However, there has been a lack of empirical research in analyzing different energy consumption patterns at the local government level . Against this backdrop, the study aims to assess the energy consumption structures of 230 local governments in Korea by classifying them into groups based on their energy consumption patterns in four sectors, namely industry, transportation, household·commercial, and public sector, using a cluster analysis. The cluster analysis classified the local governments into three groups: one with high energy consumption in the household and commercial sector, the second one with high energy consumption in the industrial sector, and the last one with relatively equal proportion of energy consumption in each sector. The results from the statistical analysis indicated that the effects of socio-economic characteristics of cities on energy consumption are heterogeneous across the groups, implying the need to take different policy approaches for each group in order to manage the energy issue in an effective way.
한옥의 보급을 위한 BIM 통합설계프로세스의 적용에 관한 기초적 연구

Han-ok has recently gained in popularity based on the recent trend of maintaining and expanding Korean traditional culture. In order to supply and industrialize modernized Han-ok, it is necessary to set-up the standardized information system and design process for Han-ok. Moreover, architectural design process has been changed from 2D-based to BIM-based in recent year. BIM-based design process can support high utility and efficiency in architectural design as it provides visualized detail data by utilizing environmental and energy performance analysis as well as 3D modeling. Therefore, the aim of this study is to figure out adaptability and efficiency of Han-ok and BIM-based design process, by suggesting a case study through modeling applied to BIMbased design process and environmental analysis in the pre-design.
