파모인산베르베린의 생체내(生體內) 이용률(利用率)에 관한 연구(硏究) (I)

Berberine is one of alkaloids extracted from Phellodendri Cortex or Coptidis Rhizoma and has extensively used as an antibacterial and antidiarrheal drug. In order to increase the bioavailability of berberine preparation, berberine pamoate was synthesized and investigated on its usage in vitro and in vivo. Berberine was more rapidly extracted from herbal plants by hot water extraction method than soxhlet extraction method. Berberine pamoate was easily synthesized from berberine hydrochloride and potassium pamoate solution and identified using the infrared spectrum. Quantitative analysis of berberine was possible in methanol solution by fluorometric determination. The dissolution rate of berberine pamoate was more decreased than that of berberine hydrochloride in simulated gastric fluid and simulated intestinal fluid. The remaining proportion of berberine pamoate in the small intestine of rat was maintained at high concentration for a long time as compared with that of berberine hydrochloride.

In this paper, we construct the Schr¨odinger-Weil representation of the Jacobi group associated with a positive definite symmetric real matrix of degree m and find covariant maps for the Schr¨odinger-Weil representation.

For a fixed positive integer g, we let Pg = {Y ∈ R(g,g) | Y = tY > 0 } be the open convex cone in the Euclidean space Rg(g+1)/2. Then the general linear group GL(g, R) acts naturally on Pg by A⋆Y = AY tA (A ∈ GL(g, R), Y ∈ Pg). We introduce a notion of polarized real tori. We show that the open cone Pg parametrizes principally polarized real tori of dimension g and that the Minkowski modular space Tg = GL(g, Z)\Pg may be regarded as a moduli space of principally polarized real tori of dimension g. We also study smooth line bundles on a polarized real torus by relating them to holomorphic line bundles on its associated polarized real abelian variety.
철-니켈-크롬 三成分系에서 X-線 螢光의 매트릭스 效果에 관한 硏究

In general, the concentration of constituents can be more accurately measured in x-ray fluorescence analysis of Fe-Ni-Cr alloy by reducing and correcting the matrix effect with standard ingot samples. Because of the difficult the treatment at a high temperature in preparing the ingot samples of various concentrations, several standard specimens were prepared by mixing the powders of the metallic oxides in certain proportions and pressing them with a costant pressure. With the metallic oxide specimens thus obtained, different matrix coefficients were calculate from the intensities of the strength of the x-ray fluorescence and the concentration of the substances. It is found that effects of Fe and Cr on Ni are absorption rich and effects of Fe and Ni on Cr are enhancement rich, whereas Ni enhances Fe Fluorescence but Cr absorves Fe K${\alpha}$ line. And the x-ray fluorescence intensities were compared and analyzed between the metallic oxides and the ingot samples. X-선 형광분광 분석에서 매트릭스 효과를 줄이거나 보정을 해야만 보다 정확한 분석원소의 함량을 구할 수 있다. 매트릭스 계수를 구하기 위하여 표준물질을 이용해야 하는데, 괴상시편(ingot)을 임의의 성분함량별로 제작하려면 고온의 열처리로 어려움이 많으므로 금속산화물의 미세한 분말을 각 성분 함량비로 혼합해서 일정 압력을 가해서 시편을 만들었다. 이 시편의 X-선 형광세기와 농도로서 매트릭스 계수를 구해서 미지물질의 성분함량을 구하였다. 그 결과 Ni에 대해서 Fe와 Cr은 흡수 효과가 우세하고 Cr에 대해서 Fe와 Ni는 증강 효과가 우세하였으며 Fe에 대해서 Ni는 증강 효과가 강하고, Cr은 흡수 효과가 강했다. 그리고 또 이 금속산화물과 괴상시편에서 얻은 X-선 형광세기를 비교 검토하였다.

Replication-independent incorporation of variant histone H3.3 has a profound impact on chromatin function and numerous cellular processes, including the differentiation of muscle cells. The histone chaperone HIRA and H3.3 have essential roles in MyoD regulation during myoblast differentiation. However, the precise mechanism that determines the onset of H3.3 deposition in response to differentiation signals is unclear. Here we show that HIRA is phosphorylated by Akt kinase, an important signaling modulator in muscle cells. By generating a phosphospecific antibody, we found that a significant amount of HIRA was phosphorylated in myoblasts. The phosphorylation level of HIRA and the occupancy of phosphorylated protein on muscle genes gradually decreased during cellular differentiation. Remarkably, the forced expression of the phosphomimic form of HIRA resulted in reduced H3.3 deposition and suppressed the activation of muscle genes in myotubes. Our data show that HIRA phosphorylation limits the expression of myogenic genes, while the dephosphorylation of HIRA is required for proficient H3.3 deposition and gene activation, demonstrating that the phosphorylation switch is exploited to modulate HIRA/H3.3-mediated muscle gene regulation during myogenesis.
