        IN VITRO 배양시 목초의 지질 및 검화물이 반추위 미생물 증식과 발효성상에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effect of grass lipids as ether extracts from orchardgrass hay on nutrient digestion, fermentation and microbial growth in the rumen, an in vitro incubation trial was carried out using residues of orchardgrass hay from which lipid fraction was removed by ether extraction. Two and a half grams(2.5g) of samples added with 3 and 6% grass lipids and saponified lipids were incubated anaerobically at 39℃ for 12 and 24 h. A mixture of artificial saliva (100㎖) and rumen fluid (100㎖) collected from the rumen of fistulated wethers was used for the incubation trial. Dry matter (DM) disappearance decreased when 6% lipids was added as compared to control. The tendency of decrease in DM disappearance did not recover by the addition of saponified lipids. Disappearance of neutral detergent fiver (NDF) decreased with lipids at 6% level. The addition of 3% saponified lipids showed a tendency to improve NDF disappearance, but not with 6% level. Microbial nitrogen (N) was not affected by the addition of lipids after incubation, except decreased at 12 h when 6% saponified lipids was added. However, microbial N per DM disappeared increased in both treatments with 6% grass lipids and saponified lipids irrespective of the incubation time at 12 and 24 h. Addition of lipids and saponified lipids gave no effect on ammoniacal and water-soluble N, and total volatile fatty acids and its molar proportion among treatments, except increased to ammoniacal N at 12 h when 6% was added.

        사료내 식물성 Phytase 첨가가 산란계의 생산성 및 인 이용성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 식물성 phytase 처리수준이 산란계의 생산성에 미치는 영향 및 인 이용률에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 실시하였다. NRC 사양표준의 유효 인 요구량을 충족시킨 대조구와 무기태인 사용량을 50%로 제한한 처리구로 나누고, 각각의 처리구에 식물성 phytase를 각각 0.05%, 0.1% 및 0.2% 첨가하였다. 58주령의 갈색 산란계(ISA-Brown) 240수를 공시하여 총 6주간 사양실험을 실시하였고 산란종계를 이용하여 인 및 질소의 이용성을 측정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 50% 무기태인 수준에서 식물성 phytase의 첨가에 따른 일당증체량, 산란율의 저하는 나타나지 않았다. 2. 50% 무기태인 수준에서 식물성 phytase 0.05% 첨가수준에서 일시적으로 난각질 저하 현상이 나타났으나 0.1% 이상 첨가수준에서는 난각질의 변화가 관찰되지 않았다. 3. 효소의 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 P 배설량의 감소와 P 이용률이 개선되었다(P<0.05). 4. 식물성 phytase 첨가는 산란계의 성적 저하없이 사료내 무기태인의 사용량을 줄일 수 있음이 시사되었다. Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of plant phytase(Phytazyme^R) in corn-soybean meal based diets on utilization of phytase-bound phosphorus in laying hens and evaluate nitrogen(N) digestibility and phosphorus(P) availability in breeders. In he experiment one, three levels of the Phytazyme^R(0.05, 0.1, and 0.2% of diet) were added to diets containing a half of control TCP level(0.96%) for 4 wks. Feed consumption, egg production rate, egg weight and eggshell quality were recorded weekly. At the end of experiment, 8 birds per treatment were sacrificed, liver weight were weighed and right tibiae were removed for determination of P content. The second experiment was conducted to evaluate the P availability and nitrogen digestibility in breeders fed same diets for 2 wks. Feed and excreta were collected to determine the P and N contents for the last three days of experiment two. Addition of Phytazyme^R resulted in no effects on feed intake, egg product rate, egg weight and egg shell quality. P excretion decreased and its availability enhanced as phytase supplementation increased in diets. Dietary supplementation of Phytayme ^R above 0.1% level in corn-soybean meal based diets did not have an adverse effect on production and decreased level of phosphorus in excreta.
