성공적인 보육시설 운영 리더십의 탐색

본 연구는 성공적인 보육시설의 운영과 질적 수준을 향상하기 하기 위한 방안으로서 보육시설 운영 요인 중 성공과 장애의 요인으로 나누어 보육시설장의 운영 리더십을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 방법을 사용하여 국공립과 민간 보육시설장 29명을 5-6명씩 총 6집단을 대상으로 보육시설 운영의 성공과 장애요인에 대한 면담을 실시하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제에 따라 얻어진 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육시설 운영의 성공요인으로 보육시설장의 확고한 철학, 자기 개발에 대한 투자, 사랑의 교사, 좋은 지역과 장소, 사업 마인드가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육시설을 운영하는데 장애 요인으로는 부모의 불신하는 태도, 낮은 사회적 인식, 국가 차원의 적극적 지원 부족, 과도한 업무량, 과도한 경쟁체제라고 하였다. 셋째, 보육시설 운영을 성공적으로 이루도록 하는데 있어서 희망사항으로는 넉넉한 공간 확보, 아동 보육료와 종사자 급여의 자율 책정, 국가의 충분한 지원금 등으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 보육시설 운영의 성패 요인 탐색은 현 보육시설 운영의 문제점과 발전방안을 모색할 수 있는 토대가 되었다. 보육시설장이 성공적인 운영형태를 이루기 위해서는 바람직한 보육관 정립과 보육시설 운영에 효과적인 리더십을 발휘할 때 가능한 것이다. 그러므로 성공적인 보육시설장의 운영 리더십의 실천은 보육시설의 성공적인 운영을 이루고 보육의 질을 향상하게 할 것이다. 주제어 : 보육, 운영 리더십, 보육시설장

보육시설장이 바라보는 보육시설 운영과정에서의 보육 본질의 의미

본 연구는 보육시설장이 보육시설 운영과정에서 바라보는 보육 본질의 의미를 탐색, 고찰해 봄으로서 보육의 정체성을 확인하고, 이에 따라 질적 수준을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국공립과 민간 보육시설장 29명을 대상으로 5-6명씩 총 6집단을 구성하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 방법을 사용하였다. 보육 시설장이 바라보는 운영과정에서의 보육 본질의 의미를 살펴보면, 첫째, 보육은 사랑을 기반으로 한 일상적 양육과 아동의 신체적 보호라고 나타났다. 둘째, 보육은 교육의 역할과 기능을 담당한다고 인석하였지만, 교육의 내용과 방법에 대해서는 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 가정 지원에 대한 의미는 부모에게 필요한 아동양육에 대한 정보와 부모교육 제공, 부모역할의 협력기능 제공, 부모역할 및 개인문제 상담과 치료 등으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육은 아동양육과 가정지원뿐만 아니라 그 지역사회의 자원을 활용하고 지역사회를 위해 봉사해야 한다는 의미가 나타났다. 다섯째, 보육은 보육시설 종사자의 복지도 포함하는 것으로 나타나 종사자 복지에 대한 중요성을 지적하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out an alternative to improve the quality of child care by examining the child care center director's perception and practice of the essence of child care of managing the child care center. For that purpose, this study used method of focus group interview to 29 public and private child care center directors. The subjects of the study were divided into six groups of between 5 and 6 people. Their view on essence of the child care, the motive of running a child care center, success factors and failure factors of child care center management, and the leadership role of child care center management were looked out through the interview. The result of the interview was analyzed. The result of the analysis are as follows. First, child care should be based on love and upbringing and physical protection of children should be preliminary purpose. The childcare center director recognized the general meaning of child care as a figure of caring of a genial mother. Second, although the child care center directors were aware of the educational function of child care, there were difference in the contents and methods of the educational functions. Character education and sociality education were emphasized as the contents of education. Third, it was recognized that support for parents and family members of children is required. Practice of support for family was presented in forms of providing information on child upbringing and education of parents, replacing the functions of parents, offering counselling and therapy about the role of parents and individual problems. Forth, it was presented that the child caring should utilize the resource of the local community and serve for the community along with the child upbringing and family support. Fifth, it was recognized that support for the child care giver.

보육시설 운영 리더십의 동기와 지속에 대한 의미 탐색

본 연구는 보육시설장이 보육시설을 운영하는 과정에서 경험한 동기적 측면과 지속적 측면의 의미를 탐색하여 보육시설장의 운영 철학과 방향에 대한 이해와 함께 보육 기능의 실천적 의미를 확인하며 보육의 현주소와 발전방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보육시설 운영 리더십의 원동력의 요소인 보육시설을 처음 운영하게 된 동기, 지속하게 하는 이유, 그리고 행복과 보람의 근거를 통해 보육시설 운영 리더십의 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국공립과 민간보육시설장 29명을 대상으로 5-6명씩 총 6집단을 구성하여 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 방법을 사용하였다. 그리고 보육시설 운영의 원동력에 대한 보육시설장이 갖고 있는 의미를 탐색하기 위하여 보육시설 운영의 동기와 보람에 대한 그 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구문제에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육시설을 처음 운영하고자 한 동기는 아이들과 함께하는 일의 즐거움, 맞벌이 부모의 행복 지원, 학원사업에서의 업종전환, 여성으로서 쉽게 시작할 수 있는 일, 경제적 수익성 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육시설 운영을 지속하는 이유는 헌신과 사명감, 명예, 제일 잘 할 수 있는 일, 울며 겨자 먹기 식으로 어쩔 수 없기 때문에 운영한다는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운영자로서의 행복과 보람의 근거에 대해서는 해맑은 아이들의 모습과 성장 발달을 볼 때, 가정 형편에 따른 혜택 문제를 해결할 때, 상담과 조언 등을 통해 가정 문제 등의 갈등 요소가 해결되었을 때, 부모의 따뜻한 격려와 신뢰를 받을 때, 직원의 높은 만족도와 능력의 향상을 통해 보육시설장은 운영에 대한 행복과 보람을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out an alternative to improve the quality of child care by examining the child care center director`s perception of the motive of running and the reason continuing on the leadership of managing the child care center. For that purpose, this study used method of focus group interview to 29 public and private child care center directors. The subjects of this study were divided into six groups of between 5 and 6 people. Their view on the motive of running a child care center management, and the leadership role of child care center management were looked out through the interview. The result of the interview was analyzed. The result of the analysis are as follows. First, for the question about the dominant reason of running a child care center, the dominant answer was fondness of children followed by being majored in child caring, for the happiness of working parents, conversion of business, choice of new career. Second, for the question about the reason continuing the child care center, the dominant reply was commitment and duty followed by honor and fulfillment, choice of major, not having other choices. Third, the subjects of the study also replied that they feel the happiness and fulfillment when they watch the innocent children growing up, when they solve family problems of the children, when they provide warm encourage and faith to the parents and when high rate of job satisfaction of employees appears.

한국 여자 프로 골퍼들의 성공과 그 이면

본 연구는 KLPGA와 LPGA 투어 선수들이 은퇴 이후 삶에 대하여 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 그 차이와 원인에 대하여 심층적으로 이해하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자들은 KLPGA나 LPGA 경력이 4년 이상 된 한국선수 4명과 미국 선수 5명으로 선정하였으며, 현재 KLPGA나 LPGA에서 활동하고 있거나 은퇴한 선수들이다. 심층면담 후 KLPGA와 LPGA 투어 선수들의 골프 시작 이후의 삶에 대한 현상학적 분석결과는 다음과 같다. KLPGA와 LPGA 선수들 간의 주된 차이는 교육으로 나타났다. 미국에서는 학생 선수로서 조기 교육에서부터 대학 교육에 이르기까지 공부하는 선수를 육성하는 반면 한국 골프 선수들은 선수학생으로서 철저히 운동에만 집중된 교육을 받고 있다. 이러한 교육 체계의 차이는 KLPGA와 LPGA 투어 이후 선수들의 삶에 대한 생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 KLPGA 투어 선수들이 은퇴 후 직면하는 어려움이나 문제들은 어린 시절부터 학교 교육에서 소외 되고 골프 훈련에만 치중 된 삶과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 따라서 KLPGA 투어 선수들의 은퇴 후 삶과 관련된 문제를 해결하기 위해 학생 선수들이 학업에 뒤처지지 않고 운동과 학습을 병행 할 수 있는 교육 제도가 마련되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to discover the reasons of Korean female professional golfers` success on LPGA tour and the sacrifices came with that success. The lives of Korean and American LPGA tour players have been living on since they started to play golf. In order to understand players` thoughts deeper and better, the qualitative research was conducted. The major differences between them were education they have received and opinions they have about their lives once they leave LPGA tour. While athlete-student concept was spread and circulated in Korea, student-athlete concept was embraced and progressed in America from early education and even till college education. The majority of the problems and difficulties Korean LPGA players faced after they retired were closely linked with early school education. One of the solutions will be enhancing early education for all student-athletes by making mandatory for student-athletes to fulfill their obligations as students first.

대체교사의 자아탄력성과 교사전문성 인식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향
