N/A Purpose: This study was to identify the effectiveness of coping program of need profile difference, which was implemented by nursing students for 10 days at G University hospital in J City. Method: A Quasi-experimental research one group pretest-post test design was used in this study. The Subjects were 46 nursing students students(each 23 experimental and control group) who had been practiced in Psychiatric ward of G University Hospital. The instrument of this study was the Stiles & Snow`s the Session Evaluation Questionare(SEQ, 1984, 1989). The data were collected from May 6th. 2003 to June 8th. 2003 in Experimental group, from June 3th. 2004 to June 26th. 2004 in control group. And the data analyzed with descriptive statistics, χ² -test and paired t-test and t-test. Results: `The changed score of smoothness in experimental group participated in the coping program of need profile difference was higher than that of control group` was supported(t=2.49, p=.017). `The changed score of depth in experimental group participated in the coping program of need profile difference was higher than that of control group` was not supported(t=1.75, p=.087). The changed score of positivity in experimental group participated in the coping program of need profile difference was higher than that of control group` was supported(t=2.79, p=.008). The score changed of arousal in experimental group participated in the coping program of need profile difference was higher than that of control group` was not supported(t= .94, p=.34S). The total changed score of counseling effectiveness in experimental group participated in the coping program of need profile difference was higher than that of control group` was supported(t=2.88, p=.006). Conclusion: As a result of this study, coping program of need profile difference has a positive effect on perceptive counseling effectiveness of nursing students. Thus coping program of need profile difference could be considered an useful nursing intervention program for the nursing students & psychiatric patients. And we recommend that nursing students should be trained with coping program of need profile difference during psychiatric ward practice.

Purpose: This study was done to explore the correlation among mobile phone overuse, mental health and school adaptation, and to identify factors related mobile phone overuse. Methods: A questionnaire was filled out by 943 elementary school students from 3rd to 6th grade in the cities of Busan and Ulsan. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 12.0 program were used to analyze the collected data. Results: Mobile phone overuse in the elementary school students was positively correlated with mental health, and negatively correlated with school adaptation. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed the factors as school grade, gender, depression, anxiety, learning adaptation, adaptation to friends and adaptation rules significantly accounted for 23% of the variance for mobile phone overuse. The most significant factor influencing overuse of mobile phone was school grade. Conclusion: These results suggest that early screening and intervention programs for students with low mental health and low school adjustment would be helpful in preventing future mobile phone overuse.
독서치료를 적용한 역량증진 프로그램이 간호대학생의 역량에미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 독서치료를 적용한 역량증진 프로그램이 간호대학생의 역량에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위해 시행 되었다. 연구 설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후설계의 유사 실험 연구이고, 참여자는 24명의 간호대학생 중 실험군 10명, 대조군 14명이었다. 이 프로그램은 실험군을 대상으로 주 1회 90∼120분 10주(9회기) 동안 시행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로 그램을 이용하여, χ2 test, t-test 및 two-way ANOVA 등으로 검정하였다. 연구 결과, 본 프로그램에 참여한 실험군과 참여하지 않은 대조군은 전체 역량 점수에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다(F=10.62, p=.001).그리고 역량의 구성 요소 중 기본 역량(F=8.74, p=.001)과 실천 역량 (F=8.58, p=.001) 점수는 차이가 있었으나, 결과 역량인 시민성 역량(F=.229, p=.797)은 차이가 없었다. 따라서 독서치료를 적용한 역량증진 프로그램은 간호대학생의 역량(기본역량과 실천역량) 증가에 효과가 있는 것으로 파악 되었다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 역량을 높이기 위한 방안으로 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Bibliotherapy Program for competency enhancement in nursing students. A quasi-experimental design was employed in this study. Participants for the study were 24 nursing students, 10 in the experimental group and 14 in the control group. This Program was conducted on the experimental group once a week for 90~120minutes/session during 10weeks(9session). Data were analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN. 21.0 program with χ2 test, t-test and two-way ANOVA. As a result, Participants in the bibliotherapy reported significantly different in total competency(F=10.62, p=.001) scores from those in the control group. Components of competence were significant differences in the Basic competencies(F=8.74, p= .001) and Practical competencies(F=8.58, p=.001) scores, but the Results competence in citizenship competency(F=.229, p=0.797), there was no significant difference. This Program was effective in increasing competency(basic competencies and practical competencies) for nursing students. Therefore, this approach is recommended as enhance the competency strategy for nursing students.

본 연구는 암 병동에 근무하는 간호사의 공감피로 경험의 의미와 본질을 이해하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 암 병동 근무기간이 최소 6개월 이상인 11명을 대상으로 하였다. 심층면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였으며, Giorgi의 현상학 적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 신체적으로 힘듦, 환자의 상황에 갇힌 마음, 암이라는 병 앞에서 무너짐, 되새겨지는 환자 관련 기억, 변화된 자신의 모습을 발견함, 회복의 길을 찾아감의 6개의 범주로 도출되었다. This study was conducted to understand the meaning and nature of the compassion fatigue experiences among nurses working in oncology wards. The participants in this study were 11 nurses who worked for at least 6 months in oncology wards. The data were collected using in-depth interviews and analyzed using the phenomenological method by Giorgi. Six categories of the meaning of compassion fatigue were derived as follows; physically difficulty, emotion is control of patient's condition, collapsing in front of cancer patients, reminding of patient-related memory, finding a changed attitude, and searching for how to recover.
