노출 시간 계획 분석을 통한 다중 홀로그램 기록 및 재생

본 논문에서는 균일한 다중 홀로그램을 얻기 위한 몇 가지 노출 시간 계획을 분석하고 실험을 통해 $LiNbO_3$:Fe(0.015wt%) 결정에 기록된 홀로그램의 회절 효율을 측정하였다. 높은 각도 분해능을 갖는 시스템 (최소 각도 : $0.0028^{\circ}$)을 이용하여 두 입사빔의 세기비와 최소 단위의 다중화 각도가 정밀하게 조사되었다. 초기 기록시간, 전체 노출시간, 그리고 시간상수를 고려하여 100개의 회절분포(0.014 ${\pm}$ 0.005%)를 측정하였으며, 330개의 아날로그 영상을 동일한 장소에 기록하였다. 또한 공간 다중화를 통해 총 500개 이상의 홀로그램이 재생되었다. In this paper, we analyze several exposure time schedules to obtain uniform multiple hologram and measure the diffraction efficiencies of holograms stored in $LiNbO_3$:Fe(0.015wt%) crystal through experiments. The minimum angular selectivity and the intensity ration of two incident beams are investigated precisely by the high resolution system(minimum angle : $0.0028^{\circ}$). Considering initial recording time, total exposure time and time constants, the efficiency distribution(0.014 ${\pm}$ 0.005%) of 100 holograms is measured and the 330 analog images are recorded in the same place. Also, total 500 holograms are retrieved by spatial multiplexing.
섬유/의류 산업의 FTA 대응전략 (한-미, 한-중 FTA를 중심으로)

There is an expanding global network of free trade agreements (FTA). High-quality, comprehensive free trade agreements play an important role to support global trade liberalization and are explicitly allowed under the World Trade Organization (WTO) rules. An FTA is an international treaty that removes barriers to trade and facilitates stronger trade and commercial ties that contribute to increased economic integration between participating countries. Korea benefits from the global FTA trend; however it has started and developed FTA negotiations later than other countries. Current FTA agreements exist with Chile, Singapore, EFTA, ASIAN, India, EU, Peru, USA, Turkey, Australia, and Canada; in addition, there are ongoing negotiations with China, Colombia, New Zealand, and Vietnam. FTA open up opportunities for the textile/clothing industry to expand businesses into key overseas markets. FTA improve market access across all areas of trade to help maintain and stimulate the competitiveness of textile/clothing firms. This study examines the expansion of free trade agreements in light of changes in the international trade environment and the status of the Korean textile/clothing industry. Korea``s textile/clothing export/import products and concession of tariff, country of origin covered under Korea-US/China FTA are investigated to identify problems. This study provides practical and policy implications for the textile/clothing industry in regards to the Korea-US/China FTA.
총설 : 개성공단을 통해 본 의류산업의 New Paradigm

The purpose of this research was to present the possibility of an alternative production base for clothing business of South Korea through the analysis about textile/clothing industry production activities in the Gaeseong industrial complex. It is necessary for the Gaeseong industrial complex to cope with the issue about FTA and country of origin, manpower supply and demand, paying wages and labor productivity, the exclusive industrial complex of clothing. The Country of Origin on imports and exports tells the country of manufacture or production, where the product comes from. Rules of Origin are the special regulations to determine the country of origin of a product and exist in the forms of international law, legislation, precedent and administrative decisions. But the economy in the North and the Gaeseong industrial complex is a comparative advantage combined with elements of North-South interdependence as a South North economic cooperation business and can contribute significantly to the stabilization of the North-South relations. Among the models using criteria of the determination of origin, it has directly provided the models of general regulation for offshore products, of limited offshore products. These models are to help Korean exporters in understanding and utilizing the Rules of Origin for their manufacturing. In addition, the development of the Gaeseong industrial complex will contribute to establish peace on the Korean peninsula as well as in Northeast Asia. Also economic cooperation between South and North Koreas is essential for peace and prosperity of the Korean people.
포토폴리머 홀로그램의 실용적 응용을 위한 그 열적 특성 분석

본 논문에서는 포토폴리머에 기록된 Bragg 회절 격자의 열적 특성을 측정하였다. 532 nm의 Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용하여 DuPont HRF-l50-38 필름에 홀로그램 격자를 기록하고, 온도 노출 조건에 따라 회절효율을 측정하였다. 열 노출 후 홀로그램 기록에서는 $100^{\circ}C$이하에서 $70\%$이상의 높은 회절 효율을 보인 반면 더 높은 온도에서는 급격히 떨어졌다. 홀로그램 기록 후 열 노출에서는 UV 정착 효과에 따라 $100^{\circ}C$까지는 $10\%$ 정도의 효율 증가를 보여주었지만, $120^{\circ}C$이상에서는 홀로그램이 지워지는 현상이 관찰되었다. This paper presents the thermal characteristics of a Bragg grating recorded in photopolymer. We record hologram gratings using a 532 nm Nd : YAG laser in DuPont HRF 150-38 photopolymer films and analyze the diffraction efficiency versus thermal exposure conditions. For the case of recording after heating, the diffraction efficiency of the hologram is more than $70\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$ but is decreased exponentially at temperatures over $100^{\circ}C$. It is observed in the recording before heating that the diffraction efficiency of the hologram fixed by a UV light is increased to approximately $10\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$, but the holograms are erased at temperatures over $120^{\circ}C$.
