Construction projects are managed by focusing on the results of projects. Moreover, cost and schedule are managed separately even though the efficiency of integrated management is very high. This paper proposes existing and progress control research of existing quantity the integrated information uses WBS-CBS. Schedule and cost are most important in construction projects. Specially, progress and cost are relationship of the managing integrated in many construction management. The quantity of materials for the works of construction is the base to create activities and a network. The quantity of materials of materials for the elemens of a building is a base of cost estimation and resource. allocation. This study suggest method for relating the schedule and cost information through the case study of construction field engineers.

Hepatic resection is a standard curative therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) although only 10~30% of patients are indicated due to advanced stage or poor hepatic reserve. Five year survival rate after resection was reported as a mean of 55% (25~93%), but cases of early recurrence after hepatic resection had poor prognosis. As early recurrence after hepatic resection is the one of the most important factors that determines the prognosis, many investigators have been trying to determine the factors associated with early recurrence. We report a case of early multiple recurrence of HCC after curative hepatic resection probably due to microvascular invasion of tumor and too close resection margin. We would like to suggest that additional prophylactic measures need to be sought in this group of patients because these factors may influence on early recurrence.

본 연구는 2000년부터 연구 시점인 2011년 6월까지 한국과학교육학회와 한국초등과학교육학회에 실린 관련 연구 논문들을 연도별 관련 논문 편수, 연계주제, 연구내용, 연구설계, 교육대상의 준거를 통해 분석함으로써 현재까지 융합 및 통합 과학교육과 관련된 학계의 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 해당 기간 동안의 분석 대상 논문은 총 110편(한국과학교육학회지 게재 논문 894편 중 69편, 한국초등과학교육학회지 게재 논문 446편 중 41편)이 해당되었다. 연도별 융합 및 통합 과학교육과 관련된 연구 논문의 게재 편수 분석 결과 2000년대 중반까지는 게재 논문 수의 꾸준한 증가를 보이다가 이후 관련 논문수가 줄어드는 경향이 있었다. 연계주제별 분석 결과 STS 및 통합 분야 연계가 가장 많았으며 그 다음으로는 과학분야 내 연계, 타 교과 연계 순으로 나타났다. 연구내용별 분석 결과 효과분석에 대한 연구가 가장 많았으며 다음으로 실태/인식, 이론/내용분석, 개발/적용의 순으로 분석되었다. 교육대상별 분석 결과 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며 다음으로 중학생, 고등학생, 문헌, 교사, 예비교사 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 융합 및 통합 과학교육에 대한 연구 분석은 지금까지의 연구 동향뿐 아니라 앞으로의 관련연구 방향에 대한 시사점도 함께 제공해 줄 수 있는바, 다양한 관련 연구 자료들의 종합적인 데이터베이스화 및 분석 노력, 현장감 있는 융합 콘텐츠의 개발, 교사 인식 변화 연수 지원, STS 교육에 대한 반성적 평가 등의 필요성을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends about convergence and integrated science education through the analysis of theses published from January, 2000 to June, 2011 in the scientific journals. For the analysis of the theses, we set standards of analysis including the number of theses, integrated types, research methods, the designs of study and the objects of study, The number of theses used for the analysis were 110 volumes and these were limited to the Journal of KASE (The Korean Association for Science Education) and Journal of KESES (The Korean Society of Elementary Science Education). The results of the study are as follows. First, in the analysis of theses according to the published year, we discovered that the volumes of theses related to convergence and integrated science education were only about 10% of theses published in the journals. Second, the theses about STS education and integration type were the most common type in the integrated types, and the next things were integration type with other scientific fields, and integration type with other subjects. Third, 50% of theses have focused on the ``analysis of effect`` as research methods and 45.5% of the theses have used ``quantitative research`` as the designs of study. Fourth, the most common study in the theses was to target elementary school students, then it was middle school students, then high school students, literature, teachers, would-be teachers, and the general public, On the basis of the results of this research, we suggest that various studies can develop student`s creativity and teacher`s recognition through STEAM education and must be presented for the successful STEAM education.

Schedule and cost are the most important factors that controlled in construction projects and are interrelated with each other. So they need to be controlled integratedly, but practically they are controlled separately. The integration control of schedule and cost have many advantages because schedule management and cost management share many construction data and are repeated frequently and periodically. This paper proposes a method to integrate schedule and cost using quantity take-off in estimation phase. The method calculates the quantity of materials for the works of construction and the elements of a building on the basis of WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and CBS(Cost Breakdown Structure). The quantity of materials for the works of construction is the base to create activities and a network, and the quantity of materials for the elements of a building is the base of cost estimation and resource allocation. The paper develops a software application to implement the use of the quantity take-off. Then, the application is verified by a case study.

Background: Secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) are a group of extracellular enzymes that release fatty acids at the sn-2 position of phospholipids. Group IIA sPLA2 (sPLA2-IIA) has been detected in the inflammatory fluids, and its plasma level increases in the inflammatory disease. This study examined the effect of sPLA2-IIA on mouse macropahges in order to investigate the potential mechanism of sPLA2-induced inflammation. Materials and Methods: Wild type PLA2 and mutant H48Q PLA2 were purified from HEK293 cells transfected with the corresponding plasmids, and the PLA2 activities were measured using 1-palmitoyl-2-[1-14C]linoleoyl-3-phosphatidylethanolamine as substrates. The TNF-α and IL-6 released in the supernatants were determined by ELISA. In addition, the TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA were analyzed by RT-PCR. Results: sPLA2-IIA stimulated the production of TNF-α and IL-6 in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In addition, the effect of sPLA2-IIA on cytokine production from the macrophage was found to be associated with the accumulation of their specific mRNA. The mRNA levels of TNF-α and IL-6 peaked at 2 and 6 hours in a time-dependent manner, respectively. Conclusion: In conclusion, the production of proinflammatory cytokine might be mediated by the binding of sPLA2-IIA to the receptors.
