The purpose of this study was to find educational needs of toddler's mother in child-caring experience. The subject of the study was toddler's mother who visited one health care center in J city for immunization and had a child or children between twelve and thirty six months old. The subjects were 37 mothers. The instrument used for this study was a semi -structured questionnaire developed by researcher and based on Objective Content Test of Garretson(1967). The collected data were analized by two researchers using the method of Content Analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1) Of the large categories, the need of the highest frequency was 'prevention and management of disease and injury', that of the lowest 'growth and development'. 2) In 'physical care' category, 'care of sleeping' was the highest. In 'nutrition and eating-habitual management' category, 'weaning management' was the highest. In 'prevention and management of disease and injury' category, 'disease management' was the highest. In 'discipline and teaching' category, 'discipline' was the highest. 3) In comparison with preceding references, the educational needs of child-caring which had not been shown in preceding references but had been shown in this study were hair-caring, kind of weaning diet, method of cure and nursing, man agement of deformity, and so on. In conclusion, educational needs of toddler's mother in child-caring experience were matter-of-fact and inclusive. Needs in management of special situation such as disease were higher than usual parenting procedure or method. In addition, there were higher needs in questions happened through child-caring experience or confirmation of procedures practicing now. Then, it is suggested that parent education program should be developed on the basis of educational needs found in this study to be more effective in preparing mother's child-caring.
대학병원 간호사에서 일의 의미, 직무배태성, 직장 내 괴롭힘이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of meaning of work, job embeddedness, and workplace bullying on turnover intention in university hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 126 nurses in a university hospital with more than 500 beds in C-city. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Significant factors influencing the turnover intention of hospital nurses were meaning of work, job embeddedness and workplace bullying. Conclusion: Negative significant factors influencing the turnover intention of university hospital nurses were meaning of work and job embeddedness. Workplace bullying was the only positive significant factor influencing turnover intention of university hospital nurses. In order to reduce turnover intention, it is necessary to find an alternative that strengthens the meaning of work and job embeddedness and prevents the workplace bullying.
종합병원의 60세 이상 입원환자의 요양병원 이용의향 관련 요인

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that have effects on the intention of use long-term care (LTC) hospital in inpatients over sixty. Methods: Data were surveyed from over 60 years inpatients at two hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province during February and March, 2015. Predisposing factors, needs and enabling factors by Andersen`s behavioral model to medical were mapped into measure items. Total 180 cases were analyzed. Results: Age as predisposing factor of intention to use of LTC hospital was significant. Self-rated health status as need factor of intention to use of LTC hospital was not significant. Enabling factors of intention to use of LTC hospital, such as residence type, and awareness and perception of LTC facilities or hospital, were significant. The sixties group have more intention to use LTC hospital than over 70. The patient group being aware of LTC facilities had more intention to use LTC hospital than the not-being aware of them. The patient group that has indirect experience of LTC hospital had more intention to use LTC hospital than the group that does not. The patient group of self-owned residence showed less intention of using LTC hospital than the group of monthly-rent residence. Conclusions: Intention to use LTC hospital of the elderly over sixty was different in their age, residence type, awareness and indirect experience of LTC service/facilities. Therefore, this results can be applied to LTC hospital management and government`s LTC policy promotion.
소각잔사 중의 클로로벤젠과 클로로페놀의 함량 및 이성체 분포특성

Chlorobenzens(CBs) and chlorophenols(CPs) in fly asha discharged from several municipal soild waste incinerators (MSWI) were investigated in terms of total content and isomer distribution. The content of CBs and CPs was highest in the fly ash from S incinerator, which were 1040.7ngCB/g-fly ash and 1156.4ngCP/g-fly ash. According to the experimental results, while all samples contained a large amount of the higher chlorinated CBs the amount of lower chlorinated CPs varied with season It was found that the isomer distribution of CBs and CPs was almost constant regardless of season. The quantities of CBs and CPs depended closely on the chemical composition of MSW, while the isomer distribution of CBs and CPs was contant throughout all the year round.
조력기술 프리셉터 교육프로그램이 간호사의 치료적 조력기술에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine type of helping skill of nurses and the effect of the helping skill preceptor education program on helping skill. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the hypothesis of this were establish as follows; The nurse which were given nursing counseling training program will higher skill, but nontherapeutic helping skill (evaluation, interpretation, sympathy, examine, solving type) were lower than before. The subject of this study were 39 nurse of G university hospital who volunteered to participate in this program. The subjects received training program for 12hours. The instrument used in this study was Sul(1990)'s helping skill measured scale. The statistical methods used means and Paired t-test. Paired t-test was run with SPSS/PC+ WINDOW(version 9.0) program. The conclusions based on the results are as follows; 1. The score about type of helping skill of preceptor nurses were therapeutic (6.29), nontherapeutic (2.97). The scores of type of nontherapeutic helping skill were examine .95) sympathy (.69), solving(.61), interpretation (.35), evaluation(.35), interpretation (.35), evaluation(.35) ordinary. 2. The helping skill preceptor education program for preceptor nurses is effective for increasing therapeutic helping skill(p>.001), and decreasing nontherapeutic skill(p<.001).
