In this study, we consider an order promising problem at parallel machine shops where orders arrive dynamically. We develop methods for the problem, which instantly quote the due-dates of arrived orders. In this study, we first propose methods which can estimate flow times of orders, in which the current and future inventory status as well as the specific scheduling scheme used in the shop are taken into account, and then the due-dates are set by the order promising methods using the estimation results. The quoted due-dates of orders are compared with the actual completion times of those which are obtained from the simulation runs. The series of computational experiments show that the superior performance of the proposed methods in terms of the accuracy of due-date quotation.

모터의 성능향상을 위한 마그네틱 센서의 3차원 전자장 해석

본 논문에서는 전동기의 속도 센서로 사용되는 마그네틱 센서의 3차원 전자장 해석 기술 및 분석 방법에 대 하여 논하였다. 마그네틱 센서는 레졸버 및 엔코더와 같은 속도센서에 비해 가격이 싸고 활용성이 높은 장점이 있는 반면, 정밀도가 낮으며 외부 자기장에 대하여 간섭을 많이 받는 단점이 존재한다. 마그네틱 센서는 전동기가 회전할 때 사인과 코사인 파형이 발생된다. 그러나 홀 소자 근처에서의 자기적 노이즈로 인하여 사인 및 코사인 신호가 왜곡 이 발생하여 각도 오차로 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 마그네틱 센서의 홀 소자의 적절한 위치 선정과 주위에 적절한 요 크를 다꾸찌 방법에 의해 최적 설계를 수행하여 이러한 왜곡을 방지하고자 하였다. 해석방법으로는 3차원 유한요소법 을 이용하여 해석의 정밀도를 높였다. This paper deals with an optimal angle error reduction method of magnetic hall sensor using hall effect elements with yoke. The magnetic position sensor is required to generate ideal sine and cosine waveforms from its hall effect elements according to rotation angle for precise angle information. However, the output signals are easy to include harmonics due to uneven magnetic field distribution from disturbance in the vicinity of hall effect elements. Thus, The paper studies a way which makes sine and cosine waveforms robust in disturbance and reduces harmonics by installing a yoke around Hall effect elements. The angle detection simulation for the magnetic hall sensor is performed by 3 dimensional finite element method and Taguchi method, one of the design of experiments. For the Taguchi method, three design parameters related to position of hall effect elements and shape of hall effect element yoke are selected.

농촌 체험마을 성공사례 비교 분석을 통한 친환경 관광 창업 현황과 성공요인 분석

주 5일제 정착과 교통의 발달, 도시민들의 안전한 먹거리에 대한 갈망 등으로 빠른 속도로 성장한 농촌관광은 정부의 많은 지원에 비해 체계적이지 않은 사업추진으로 인해 마을에 갈등을 유발 시키고 농촌마을에 혼란만 가중되었으며 실질적으로 투입된 시간과 노력, 자금에 비해 그 성공사 례는 드물게 나타났다. 따라서 철저한 계획이 수반되지 않는 지역 경쟁적인 농촌체험마을의 난립으로 효과적인 농촌관광 창업에 관한 연구의 필요성이 제기되었고 본 연구에서는 농촌관광의 동향과 적절한 농촌체험 마을 성공모델 제시를 통해 농촌관광이 한 단계 도약하기 위한 발전방향을 모색하려 하였으며 그세부 내용으로는 농촌체험마을 분야에서 성공사례로 분류할 수 있는 7곳을 선정하여 분석하고 이를 통해 성공할 수 있었던 공통적인 요인을 도출하였다. 사례연구를 통해 도출된 공통적 시간 단계별 성공요인은 첫째, 혁신적 마을리더의 존재, 둘째, 정부 지원 사업을 통한 체험 인프라 구축, 셋째, 리더의 봉사와 청렴, 그리고 주민을 대상으로 한교육과 화합, 넷째, 차별화된 체험 프로그램의 개발, 다섯째, 친환경적인 어메니티의 활용, 여섯째, 마케팅과 컴퓨터의 활용, 그리고 마지막으로 농촌체험마을 경영체의 조직전환 등이다. 이러한 7가 지의 성공요인 외에도 농촌마을을 성공시킬 수 있는 촉매제 역할을 하는 2가지 외부적 환경적인 요소를 발굴하였는데, 그것은 도시지역과의 접근성과 마을 주변의 관광자원의 유무이다. 이를 통해 확인된 내외부적인 요인들을 토대로 농촌체험마을 성공모델을 수립하였다. Green tourism is growing drastically since the five-day work week has become common, a better transportation is developed and people are interested in healthy food. Therefore, a lot of fund for green villages are supported strategically by the central or local governments to develop green tourism. However, most of these green villages are considered as premature so far due to the lack of preparation or conflict caused in the villages. Recently, to mature green tourism, studies on effective green tourism are addressed. This study also figures out the trend of green tourism and finds a way of the appropriate success model for green villages. The seven common factors on the successful green villages are derived from the research on several village cases, i.e., seven successful cases. These factors suggested in this research might be seven important steps to make green villages successful, i.e. i)innovative leader of the rural village ii)building infra for rural experiences by public funding iii)devotion and integrity of the leader and education and training for community about green tourism iv)the differentiated experience program v)utilizing eco-amenities vi)marketing and information communication technology vii)establishing corporate body for green tourism. In addition to those seven factors, two external environment variables are found to influence the success green villages, that is, distance to metropolitan area and tourist attraction. Therefore, with these internal and external factors, the success model for the green village is devised.

예비 창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업 교육이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업 교육이 실제 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 있다. 특히, 선행 연구에서 예비창업자의 심리적 특성으로 사용한 통제의 위치, 위험감수성향, 성취욕구, 모호성 수용 등의 변수 외에 최근 들어 주목 받고 있는 창의성 등 심리적 특성이 종속 변수인 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구모형의 검증을 위해 대전, 충청지역에서 창업교육을 이수한 예비창업자 125명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 SPSS 14.0을 이용해 선형회귀분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 예비창업자의 심리적 특성 중 모호성 수용을 제외한 통제의 위치, 위험감수성향, 성취욕구, 창의성은 창업의지에 있어 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절변수로서, 창업교육 만족도는 예비창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업의지에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났지만, 위험감수성향에 있어서는 조절의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics and their entrepreneurship's will. Based on the previous works, the creation is added to the prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics including locus of control, risk-taking intention, need for achievement, and ambiguity tolerance. Also, to find the effect of satisfaction with entrepreneurship education between the prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics and their entrepreneurship's will, the satisfaction with entrepreneurship education is set to control parameters at this work. This study was carried out by surveying 124 prospective entrepreneurs in Daejeon and around Chunchung Province in South Korea. Through the statistical analysis by using SPSS 14.0, the following results and implications were derived; An interpretation of the results reveals that first, prospective entrepreneurs psychological characteristics have a significant effect on their will to inaugurate. However there are a number of prospective entrepreneurs who perceive ambiguity as an undesirable element under uncertain circumstances. Secondly, entrepreneurs education satisfaction as a control parameter does not have any effect on prospective entrepreneurs' psychologic characteristics or will to inaugurate.

We consider a scheduling problem of a two-machine flowshop for the objective of minimizing the total tardiness of distinct release times of jobs. We proposed the mathematical model and obtain the optimal solutions by CPLEX. Since this problem is known to be NP-hard, several heuristic algorithms for the large sized problem. For evaluation of the proposed algorithms, we perform computational experiments on randomly generated instances and compare the performance of heuristic algorithms and simulated annealing. Results of the experiments show that the proposed algorithms can give very reasonable solutions in short time.
