        전기화학 수소 압축기 성능 및 기계적 특성에 대한 셀 디자인 변수의 영향 조사

        An electrochemical hydrogen compressor (EHC) is considered as promising technology for hydrogen compression. In this study, the influence of cell design variables on performance and mechanical behavior was numerically investigated for efficient and reliable operations of EHC. The distributions of stress and water concentration were examined by coupling computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element method (FEM) methodology. First, the EHC model is validated against the experimental data with different Nafion membranes of N115, N117, and NR212. In general, the gas diffusion layer (GDL) intrusion toward the low-pressure side (anode) is observed induced by cell assembly and pressure gradient between the anode and cathode. While the stress level tends to be decreased with increase of the membrane, GDL thickness. Regarding the cell performance, the dehydration which i s critical i ssue for EHC operation, i s mainly a ffected by ohmic potential due to the proton transport through the membrane. In previous studies, specific causes of the anode dehydration issue and structural problems in the cell due to pressure differences in the electrochemical hydrogen compressor (EHC) were not well elucidated. Through this research, using the computational science approach, we have identified and analyzed these underlying causes and conducted simulations to assess the performance and structural stability of the cell based on various cell design factors required for design optimization and solution. Particularly, the simulations also show that when common GDL materials such as carbon paper, carbon cloth, and carbon felt are employed, breaking of GDL could not be avoided with high hydrogen compression ratio (e.g., 100), which clearly indicates that the structure strength and resistance of GDL should be improved.

        SERS Signal Enhancement of Methylene Blue-embedded Agglomerated Gold Nanorod@SiO2 Core@Shell Composites

        In medical science, Raman spectroscopy has received considerable attention as the next noninvasive diagnostic imaging technique. However, its clinical applications are limited by the weak signal intensities of Raman active molecules. Previously, we showed that a methylene-blue-loaded gold nanorod@silica (MB-GNR@SiO2) core@shell nanostructure is promising for the development of a cancer theranostic agent due to its excellent surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) performance and synergistic cancer-destroying efficacy. In this study, we successfully synthesized MB-embedded agglomerated gold nanorod@SiO2 (MB-A.GNR@SiO2) composites, in which the many interparticle junctions created by the agglomerated GNRs were able to enhance the SERS signal of the loaded MB by a factor of five compared to MB-GNR@SiO2. This high SERS performance of the present MB-A.GNR@SiO2 could provide us with an approach to explore a rapid and ultra-sensitive SERS detection method for various biological molecules.

        디지털 에듀테크를 활용한 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경역량 변화에 미치는 효과

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of environmental education program using digital edu-tech on environmental competencies of elementary school students. The contents of the program consisted of some causes and solutions about environmental pollutions related real life. The developed environmental education program applied to the 5th grade 23 students from S elementary school located in Busan city. Pre and post tests were done before and after application of this program to assess the changing in students’ environmental competencies. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the environmental education program based on digital edu-tech was meaningful in cultivating the environmental competencies of elementary school students. After lessons, Students showed more interests about environmental problem and checked actual cases about environment pollution like a ocean pollution and air pollution and earth pollutions. And students suggested lots of many creative solutions more. Second, the environmental education program based on digital edu-tech had a positive effects on the perception changes about the environmental problems of elementary school students. The interviews with the students showed that the program contributed to habituating the self-directed practicing will and to having desirable mental attitude on environment. From this study, the environmental education program using digital edu-tech was statistically meaningful in cultivating the environmental competencies and positively affecting the perception change about the environment of elementary school students. 본 연구는 몇 교과를 선택하여 디지털 에듀테크를 기반으로 하는 환경교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 초등학교 5학년 학생을 대상으로 적용하여 환경 역량과 환경에 대한 인식 변화에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 교육현장에서도 쉽게 활용하면서 환경문제의 해결력을 길러 줄 수 있는 사례를 활용하고 여러 가지 실생활과 관련한 환경오염의 원인과 해결 방법을 프로그램의 내용으로 하여 수업을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 디지털 에듀테크 기반 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 환경 역량을 함양함에 있어 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학생들의 환경 문제에 대한 더 많은 관심 정도를 높였고 환경 문제의 해결에 대한 창의적인 아이디어 생성이나 대안을 제시하는 능력도 높아진 것으로 보였다. 또 환경 문제에 대한 논의와 토론을 통해 서로의 이견에 대한 의사소통의 역량이 많아졌고 지구 전체를 비롯하여 좁게는 지역 사회, 우리들의 동네를 환경 공동체로 인식하는 정도도 높아진 것으로 나왔다. 둘째, 디지털 에듀테크 기반 환경교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 환경에 대한 인식의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 학생들의 설문 조사와 면담을 통한 정성적인 분석의 결과, 본 프로그램이 학생들에게 환경을 같이 생활하는 공동체로서 인식하는 바람직한 마음가짐을 형성하도록 하였으며, 생활 속에서의 환경문제 해결에 자기주도적 실천을 습관화하는 데 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통하여 디지털 에듀테크 기반 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경 역량을 함양하고 환경에 대한 인식을 변화시키는데 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        멀티스펙트럴 재조명을 이용한 균일 조명 색상 보정

        In order to accurately perform multispectral imaging using a multiplexed illumination, intensity of illumination in a scene must be uniform. For image acquisition that requires accurate color information, even if not multispectral imaging, the illumination information must be accurate, and a flat light source or illumination calibration is performed for accurate illumination characteristics. In this paper, we propose a method of color correction to uniformly illuminate an image with non-uniform illumination intensity. The proposed method uses multispectral imaging instead of illumination calibration for color correction. First of all, we perform multispectral imaging with two images obtained from non-uniformity illumination to acquire spectral reflectance. The obtained reflection spectrum is relit as the illumination characteristic of the image obtained from general planar light such as fluorescent light or sunlight. By comparing the image obtained by relighting with the uniformly illuminated image, the non-uniformity of the illumination is confirmed, and the color correction is performed as the image obtained from the uniform image. It is expected that the experimental results will confirm whether the non-uniformity of the illumination is uniformly corrected and reduce the restriction of illumination in obtaining the color information of the image.

        광범위한 다발성 Morel-Lavallee 병변 - 증례 보고 -

        Morel-Lavallee는 외상으로 인해 연부조직 손상으로 발생하는 드문 병변이다. 대개는 대퇴부 주변에 발생하며, 요추에 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 초기에 응급실 내원 시 진단하지 못하는 경우가 종종 있으며, 늦게 진단된 경우 수술적 치료가 필요한 경우도 있다. 저자들은 외상 후 발생한 흉, 요배부와 둔부, 대퇴부까지 광범위하게 발생한 다발성 Morel-Lavallee 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Morel-Lavallee is a rare lesion caused by post-traumatic soft tissue injury. It usually occurs around the greater trochanter, and it occurs very rarely in the lumbar region. It is often difficult to be diagnosed in the emergency room. Delayed diagnosis may result in the need for open surgery. The authors report a patient with extensive multiple Morel-Lavallee lesions in the thoracolumbar, buttock, and thigh after trauma and provide a literature review.
