꽃송이 버섯을 이용한 의약품 및 건강기능성 식품 개발을 위한 기초자료의 목적으로 자실체의 미네랄, 아미노산 및 비타민 함량을 조사하였다. 꽃송이버섯 자실체의 건조중량 100g을 기준으로 조사한 미네랄성분은 K, P, Na, Mg가 주성분을 이루었으며 이 중 K가 1,299.44 mg로 가장 많이 함유되어 있었다. 유리아미노산의 총 함량은 3,233.45 mg이며 이중 glutamic acid 724.46 mg로 함량이 가장 높았고 전체 유리아미노산의 22.5%를 차지하였다. 총 아미노산의 함량은 8,230 mg이며 이 중 glutamine와 glutamic acid의 합이 1,960 mg로 전체 구성아미노산의 23.8%를 차지하였고 구성아미노산 중 필수아미노산은 2,985 mg이었다. 검출된 8가지의 비타민 중 vitamin E 408.5 mg, vitamin C21.58 mg로 높은 함량을 보였고 특히 칼슘보충에 도움을 주는 vitamin $D_3$은 0.166 mg로 곰보버섯보다 3배 이상 높은 함량을 나타내었다. The nutritional composition of fruiting body of Sparassis crispa has been analyzed for medicinal and edible uses. Minerals in S. crispa were found to be as follows; potassium (1,299.44 mg), phosphorus (104.73 mg), sodium (98.21 mg), magnesium (54.86 mg), calcium (8.39 mg), iron (7.61 mg), zinc (6.37 mg), copper (1.31 mg) and manganese (0.63 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight. In 20 kinds of total amino acids found in S. crispa, sum of glutamic acid and glutamine content was the highest (1,960 mg/l00 g) and sum of aspartic acid and asparagine, tryptophan, leucine and alanine were followed. Concerning free amino acids, glutamic acid, tryptophan, glutamine and aspartic acid were dominant. Among 8 vitamins detected, the vitamin E content was the highest (408.5 mg) based on 100 g of mushroom dry weight, then vitamin C, niacin and pantothenic acid were followed.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement(QIM) have strived to push quality innovation for small and medium-sized company and achieved there role as implementation tools of mutual help among large company and small and medium-sized company. In order to revitalize QIM, it is needed to set appropriate level of contents of PPM activity guide or instruction and methodology to the involved small and medium-sized company. Guidance rule is needed to set use of major QC techniques (those which consultant is used for the 40-50% of time for their consulting) fundamentally. Then, it will ensure internal stability of Single PPM for QIM for small and medium-sized company.

Government need to support driving bodies of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement in the companies fully for them to carry forward their actions aggressively. Through these kinds of effort, status of quality management technology about Single PPM will be reestablished, transformed to an equivalent international certification competitive system. Such efforts needed to be effective and practical application and realization of mutual cooperation relationship between large companies and small to medium sized industries.
비영리단체의 행정효율성이 기부금 모금에 미치는 영향 분석

현행 「기부금품 모집 및 운영에 관한 법률」은 비영리단체의 효율적인 운영을 보장하기 위해 기부금 모집 및 운영비용을 규제하고 있다. 이에 대해 비영리단체의 효율적인 기부금 운영은 단체의 성격 및 활동 내용에 따라 비영리단체 스스로 결정할 사항이라는 지적이 적지 않다. 그러나 기부금 운영에 대한 자율규제가 도입되기 위해서는 비영리단체가 기부금을 비효율적으로 사용하는 것을 억제할 수 있는 불이익이 존재하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비영리단체의 기부금 대비 행정운영비용이 증가하면 기부금 모금에 부정적인 영향을 주는 불이익이 발생하여 비영리단체가 스스로 행정효율성 개선을 위해 노력 할 것을 기대할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 우리나라의 비영리단체 12곳의 최근 몇 년 간의 재정보고서를 조사하여 패널데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기부금 대비 행정비용의 증가는 단체의 기부금 모금에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기부자의 합리적인 선택에 의해 비영리단체 스스로가 행정효율성을 높이기 위한 노력을 하게 될 것임을 보여준다. 따라서 정부가 임의적으로 기부금 모집 및 운영비용을 제한하는 것 보다는 기부금 시장의 경쟁을 통해서 비영리단체들의 효율적인 조직운영을 유도하는 것이 필요하다고 보인다. The government insists that the major reason for government's regulations in the administrative expenses of NGOs is a need of guideline for NGOs to operate efficiently. It is based on the concern that NGOs are probably tending to be negligent on efficient operating because they do not pursue profits as the other corporations do. The NGOs, however, are getting more competitive to hold a dominant position in the charitable donation market by efficient operation as the charitable donation market is getting more active in our society. Especially, as this study examined, increase of the expenses in NGOs' administrating makes some negative affects on charitable donation, so that each NGOs can not help making an effort to achieving the efficiency in the administration. Therefore, instead of the government's restrictions on NGOs' donating of charities or its expenses, the government needs to provoke NGOs' efficient administration through the competition in the charitable donation market.
비만여성에 수영운동이 체중과 체지방량, leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase 및 malondialdehyde에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was carried to investigate the effect s of long term swimming exercise on blood leptin, ghrelin, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation in obese women. The subjects randomly assigned into two groups: obese group (control group, n=10) and obese and swimming exercise group (exercise group, n=10). Swimming training group was trained 4 days per weeks, for 12 weeks, swimming for 2 hour. The results of this study as follows. Weight and percent body fat were significantly decrease in swimming exercise group. Leptin was significantly decreasd in swimming exercise group, while ghrelin was significantly increased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. SOD was significantly increased in swimming exercise group, while malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased in the swimming exercise group compared to non-exercise obese group. The p resent results show that swimming exercise improved lipid peroxidation defence capacities against free radicals generation by increasing by SOD activity, and modulating obesity related genes as leptin, ghrelin, likely as a result of an adaptative increase in activities of antioxidant system in obese women.

For the development of functional food and cosmetics using hot water extract of Muraenesox cinereus’s skin, contents of vitamin, amino acid and element, and antioxidant activity were investigated. The results are shown as follows: among vitamins, A(0.21mg/100 g), C (78.12mg/ 100 g), D3 (0.03 mg/100 g), E (1.97 mg/100 g) and Niacin (2.53mg/100 g) were detected, respectively.Mineral contents were an order of K > P > Na >Mg > Ca > Fe and Zn. Contents of total amino acids were an order of Pro > Gly > Arg > Glu > Phe > Ala. Especially, the sum of total amino acids was 27.17 mg/100 mL, which was about 4.0 fold higher than that of free amino acid. DPPH radical scavenging activity of hot water extract of M. cinereus’s skin at 25 mg/mL was 63.5% and did not increase at above 50 mg/mL. Activities of antioxidant enzymes in the liver of ethanol-treated rats using hot water extract of M. cinereus’s skin were investigated. Compared to control group, activities of ADH and GSH-px were decreased. In the case of CAT and SOD activity, they were increased. These results showed that the hot water extract of M. cinereus’s skin can be applied to raw macterial for functional food and cosmetics.

There has been problem in the side of acceptability by occasion of objective, goal, ambiguousness of target and differentiation of other global certification in the Single PPM quality innovation movement. In order to accomplish reestablishment of status, change to competitive system with global certification, realization of true bilateral collaboration among large, medium and small business company and practical use, Government should be supportive and at the center of it.
