업무 정보전달관계를 이용한 대형복합건설사업의 정보흐름 색시스템 개발

대형복합건설사업에서 생성되는 정보들은 장기간의 사업주기를 걸치며 다양한 사업주체간에 이동하며 변환 및 발전된다. 그래서 지연 등 사업수행에 문제가 발생하였을 때, 문제의 원인은 해당 업무가 아니라 그 업무와 관련된 이전 업무일 경우 정보흐름을 거슬러 올라가며 문제의 원인을 분석해야 한다. 그러나 복잡한 사업주체 및 업무들의 관계 때문에 사업에서 생성되는 정보들이 어떻게 흘러가는지에 대해 기존의 키워드검색방법으로는 이러한 정보흐름을 도출하기에는 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대형복합건설사업의 정보흐름을 분석하기 위한 관계기반 정보검색기능을 구축하고 이를 사례 정보시스템에 적용하였다. 우선 기존 정보검색시스템의 활용동향과 대형복합건설사업의 특성을 분석하여 정보전달관계 검색시스템의 필요성을 도출하였고, 이에 적합한 시스템 구축 방법론 및 업무 간 관계 추론 알고리즘을 정립하였다. 그리고 구축한 시스템을 사례시스템인 도시재생사업의 업무정보시스템에 적용하여 그 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정보흐름검색은 업무를 담당하는 주체 및 총괄 관리자가 사업 전체를 원활히 진행시키기 위한 주요 업무 도출 등에 이용할 수 있으며, 추가연구의 도구로서도 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The information generated from large and complex construction projects transfer and evolve in long-term business cycle. Therefore, while there is any problem, such as delay, the cause of the problem might relate to the previous business process rather than where it arises. However, for complex project players and business relationships, it is unsuitable to search an information flow using traditional retrieval methods. This research addresses a relationship-based information search system to analyze the information flow in large-scale and complex construction projects. First, we identified the components of the information retrieval system customizing for a large-scale complex construction projects, and then developed the inference algorithm which define the relationship between business processes. For the validation, we applied the system on a business information system of urban regeneration projects and suggested some application using information flow retrieval system for project players and project managers. Using the system, players are easy to prepare for their work process and managers can define the causal flow of the problem.

A role of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) in the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic has been suggested, because it is the molecular receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2). ACE2 is known to provide a protective effect for cardiac and vascular tissues, because it generally counteracts angiotensin II (Ang II) activity. ACE2 downregulation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. ACE inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers may enhance ACE2 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. However, this has not been demonstrated in lung tissue. In the lungs, Ang II induces vasoconstriction to prevent ventilation perfusion mismatch, while also increasing vascular permeability (which can precipitate pulmonary edema). ACE2 is expressed in 0.67% of human lung cells, 80% of which are type 2 alveolar cells. Men (of all ethnicities) and Asian individuals have been shown to express higher levels of ACE2 than women and non-Asian individuals, respectively. However, there are no data from human studies indicating that high ACE2 expression increases the likelihood of SARS-CoV2 infection. In animal studies, an increase in Ang II caused by SARS-CoV2 or spike protein interactions, in turn due to ACE2 downregulation, has been identified as the key mechanism underlying lung injury. In human studies of SARS-CoV2 infection, ACE2 overexpression was shown to cause inflammatory apoptosis and a cytokine storm. The actions of ACE2 and Ang II in SARS-CoV2-infected vascular and lung tissues differ between animals and humans. ACE2 expression levels pre- and post-SARS-CoV2 infection should be differentiated. 정신건강복지법상 입·퇴원 절차에서의 전문가 역할에 대한 비판적 고찰 - 법문에 대한 내용분석을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 정신건강복지법상 나타난 전문가의 역할을 살펴보고, 이에 대응하는 인권보호장치의 필요성을 제안함을 목적으로 한다. 강제입원에서 의료 및 행정전문가의 권한은 법에 따라 부여되기 때문에 법문에 나타난 전문가의 역할을 비판적으로 고찰함으로써 힘의 불균형을 조정할 지점을 찾을 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정신건강복지법과 관련 문헌의 내용분석을 통해 정신건강복지법상 대면진단, 권리고지, 입·퇴원 결정 절차에서 전문가 역할을 분석했다. 연구결과, 의사의 대면진단 없이 서류상 입원 연장이 가능하고, 권리고지의 절차와 주체가 불명확하며, 의료전문가의 진단은 재량 범위가 지나치게 넓고, 행정전문가의 임의적 입원 결정 권한이 정신장애인의 인권이 침해될 법적 여지를 주고 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 정신장애인의 인권보장과 자기결정을 조력할 주체로 정신건강사회복지사의 역할을 입법함으로써 정신장애인에 대한 인권침해를 방지할 수 있음을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal roles of professionals in the admission and discharge procedures of persons with mental disabilities. Since the authority of doctors and administrative experts in forced hospitalization is granted by law, we can find a way to correct the imbalance of decision power by critically examining the roles of the experts in the law. This article analyzes the contents of the Mental Health Welfare Act and the related documents in order to identify the roles of experts specified in the processes of face-to-face diagnosis, a notice of rights, and hospitalization·discharge decision. Through this analysis, this study shows the excessive discretionary power of medical and administrative experts and the absence of a supportive professional, who can help people with mental disabilities by protecting their human rights in each procedure. This study suggests that human rights violations can be prevented by legislating the role of mental health social workers as a subject to assist people with mental disabilities.

In this paper, we analyze the emotional changes based on EEG(Electroencephalogram) signal and the artifacts from the experimental environments according to the visual stimulation. We measured the activity of alpha, beta, and gamma waves of two subject in terms of ten target images. Experimental results show that alpha wave occurs in happiness, beta wave occurs in confusion, and gamma wave occurs in disgust and nervous emotion. In the case of sadness, three waves occurs together. In addition, we observed various artifacts such as EOG (Electrooculography), EMG(Electromyo graphy), latency of experimental progress, and noises in experimental environment.
고추 역병에 대한 Carboxylic Acid Amide계 살균제의 방제 효과

It was conducted to investigate the control efficacy of carboxylic acid amide (CAA) fungicides, such as benthiavalicarb, iprovalicarb, dimethomorph and mandipropamid, against pepper Phytophthora blight caused by P. capsici in the laboratory and the field. The fungicides inhibited mycelial growth and direct sporangium germination of P. capsici strongly, while there was no activity of all fungicides against zoospore release from sporangium. In greenhouse test, they showed the good protective and curative effect against pepper Phytophthora blight. Benthiavalicarb applied at 100 ㎍ ㎖?¹ 7 days before inoculation prevented pepper Phytophthora blight by 100%, even though the zoosporangium suspension of P. capsici adjusted to not only 5×10³ zoosporangia ㎖?¹ but also 1×10? zoosporangia ㎖?¹ was inoculated by soil-drenching. Except for dimethomorph, the other fungicides showed an excellent control activity over 2 years from 2009 to 2010 in the field test. The control value of dimethomorph applied at 250 ㎍ ㎖?¹was low, 27.2% in 2009, but that of dimethomorph applied even at 125 ㎍ ㎖?¹ was high, 89.5% in 2010. All the fungicides showed good inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth and the direct germination of zoosporangium, and controlled pepper Phytophthora blight preventively and curatively, can be used to establish the spray system for controlling the pepper disease.
