        고속철도역 신설과 도시 재구조화 연계 계획의 특성 - JR큐슈 주요 역을 중심으로

        This study has the goal of analyzing the techniques and characteristics of urban development, after additionally constructing the high-speed railway in Japan’s Kyushu district and building a new railway station to enable the existing traditional stations accommodate with the high-speed railway. Such analysis is made in order to draw the conclusion of its intended (designed) meaning and attributes and to further research on finding an applicable urban development method in the domestic railway station development. The object of this study includes examples of stations renewed within the five years when Shinkansen in the Kyushu district was extended or stations which are in process of development such as Hakata station, Kumamoto station, and Kagoshima-chuo station. From the analysis of this study, the strategies are as follows.; active connecting both geographical location and function of Station, re-establishment of relation with city center and Station, establishment of close linking system for both tourist spot development, methods of Shinkansen line construction and extension a development opposite site of railway, securing the living population from high density & Mixed use development of Station Building. 본 연구는 일본의 큐슈지역에서 고속철도가 추가로 부설되면서, 기존의 구 철도역사에 이를 수용하기 위한 기능을 도입하기 위해 새로운 고속철도역사를 추가로 건립하고, 건립과 동시에 철도역사를 중심으로 한 인접역세권 개발을 추진하고 있는 사례들에 주목한 연구이다. 일본 큐슈 지역의 고속철도역사를 중심으로 한 구도시의 재구조화 방식 및 기법 및 특성을 분석하여 그 계획적 의미 및 특성을 도출하고, 국내 역세권 개발에 적용 가능한 도시계획기법을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 일본 큐슈 지역에 신칸센이 연장되면서 최근 5년 이내 신축되었거나, 개발 중인 하카타역, 구마모토역, 가고시마 중앙역의 3개 역사를 사례로 하였다. 연구의 결과 큐슈 북부, 중부, 남부에 위치한 각 해당 철도역은 큐슈 전 지역 내에서 각 역의 지리적 위치에 의한 지역적 관계, 즉 지리적 입지와 철도네트워크 내에서의 각 역 기능의 적극적 연계, 도심과 역과의 관계 재설정, 관광지 개발과 밀접한 연계체계 확립, 낙후될 수밖에 없었던 선로 반대측으로의 개발을 확장시키는 고속철도역사 병설 방식, 고밀 복합용도 개발을 통한 상주인구 확보 등과 같은 전략을 통해 역을 중심으로 지역계획과 통합하여 도심재생을 추진하였음을 확인하였다.

      • 실시간 연관규칙 탐사를 위한 능동적 후보항목 관리 모델

        미디어의 발달과 생활 패턴의 변화를 토대로 새롭게 나타나고 있는 다양한 판매 패턴들을 분석하는데 있어 단일한 분석 방법을 적용하는 것은 효과적이지 못하다. 특히 신선 식품이나 기념일 주변에서 집중적인 매출이 발생하는 품목들은 제한된 시간 내에 판매를 최대로 해야 하는 시간적 제약을 갖는다. 그러나 기존의 연관규칙 탐사 기법은 대규모 거래 데이터베이스로부터 반복적 스캔 연산을 통해 연관규칙 탐사를 수행하기 때문에 제한된 시간안에서 빈번히 필요로 하는 패턴을 분석하기에는 비효율적이기 때문이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 시간 제약을 갖는 특수한 판매 패턴에 대한 실시간 연관규칙 탐사가 가능하도록 하기 위해 트리거와 저장 프로시져를 이용한 점진적 후보항목 관리 모델을 제안한다. 아울러 이 논문에서는 제안 모델의 구현 및 실험을 통해 그 성능 특성의 분석도 수행한다. 특히 이 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이중 해쉬 기법을 이용함으로써 연산의 성능을 향상시킨다. Considering the rapid process of media's breakthrough and diverse patterns of consumptions's analysis, a uniform analysis might be much rooms to be desired for interpretation of new phenomena. In special, the products happening intensive sails on around an anniversary or fresh food have the restricted marketing hours. Moreover, traditional association rule discovery algorithms might not be appropriate for analysis of sales pattern given in a specific time because existing approaches require iterative scan operation to find association rule in large scale transaction databases. in this paper, we propose an incremental candidate set management model based on twin-hashing technique to find association rule in special sales pattern using database trigger and stored procedure. We also prove performance of the proposed model through implementation and experiment.

        서울역사(驛舍) 공간분화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is analyze the Spatial Evolution of Seoul Railway Station. Seoul Railway Station was built 3 times. In the first, it was built in 1923 as Kuyngsung Railway Station. And then Seoul Private-invested Railroad Station was built in 1987 at the back of Kuyngsung Railway Station. After then, Seoul Complex Private-invested Railroad Station was built in 2004 at the side of them. So the formation of these buildings changed considerably over 110 years. In its context, their spatial effectiveness and urban transformation respond each other. In this point of view, this study is reveal the mutual adaptation between architectural elements and urban context about Seoul Railway Station.

        장르 기반 접근법을 통한 초등학습자들의 영어 쓰기 능력 및 장르 지식의 발달

        The present study examines a pedagogical utility of a genre-based approach to the teaching of English writing for Korean primary school students. Eight primary school students participated in the study. They were taught to write personal narratives and information reports through a genre-based approach. After the 12 weeks’ instructions, the participants’ written products of each genre were examined to measure the developments of their English writing abilities and genre knowledge. The participants’ English writing abilities, measured by a holistic scoring system as well as the numbers of words and clauses, showed visible growth. Their genre knowledge, measured by an analytic scoring system and move score, also revealed increase. Overall, the study results suggest the positive influences of a genre-based English writing instruction on EFL students at early stages of cognitive and linguistic development. Further discussion and pedagogical implications are provided as well as the study limitations.

        Changes in the Laterality of Functional Connectivity Associated with Tinnitus: Resting-State fMRI Study

        Purpose: One of the suggested potential mechanisms of tinnitus is an alteration in perception in the neural auditory pathway. The aim of this study was to investigate the difference in laterality in functional connectivity between tinnitus patients and healthy controls using resting state functional MRI (rs-fMRI). Materials and Methods: Thirty-eight chronic tinnitus subjects and 45 age-matched healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Connectivity was investigated using independent component analysis, and the laterality index map was calculated based on auditory (AN) and dorsal attention (DAN), default mode (DMN), sensorimotor, salience (SalN), and visual networks (VNs). The laterality index (LI) of tinnitus subjects was compared with that of normal controls using region-of-interest (ROI) and voxelbased methods and a two-sample unpaired t-test. Pearson correlation was conducted to assess the associations between the LI in each network and clinical variables. Results: The AN and VN showed significant differences in LI between the two groups in ROI analysis (P < 0.05), and the tinnitus group had clusters with significantly decreased laterality of AN, SalN, and VN in voxel-based comparisons. The AN was positively correlated with tinnitus distress (tinnitus handicap inventory), and the SalN was negatively correlated with symptom duration (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that various functional networks related to psychological distress can be modified by tinnitus, and that this interrelation can present differently on the right and left sides, according to the dominance of the network.

        Urban Spatial Implications of Regeneration of SOC Facilities - Focusing on the recycling of elevated roads and elevated rail tracks -

        (Background and Purpose) As there have been various cases where the facilities, used as the social infrastructures(SOC), such as roads and railways during the era of industrialization, were transformed into public urban park by applying the linear characteristics of the transportation space after their aged conditions gave rise to safety issues or led to their closure, such transformations have been thrust into limelight as the cases of creation of pedestrian-centric urban space of enjoyment for their development effect. These are social infrastructures used for the movement of logistics in the era of industrialization, and have been regenerated as new public space in the cities. This study was intended to determine the underlying basis that led to the regeneration of the social infrastructures, which were established as old physical transportation space of city such as roads and railways, into linear parks. (Methodology) As for the scope of this study, 8 cases were selected, such as Promenade Plantee, Cheonggyecheon, Seoullo 7107, Alaska Way, High Line, Reading Viaduct, Goods Line, and Bloomingdale Trail Park, etc., which were the most typical facilities that had been used as the social facilities, such as elevated roads and elevated railways. Regarding the methodology, this study considered the regional controversies, social discussions, countermeasures, etc., aimed to derive the characteristics and implications of the active recycling of elevated linear structures that had been left unattended in urban space. (Results) Based on the results of this study, it was found that old social infrastructures, began to develop into an issue that the by-products of the former industrialization era had to be recognized as the heritage of the modern industrialization period along with reorganization of economic structure in spatial hierarchy of contemporary city. As it was transformed into a movement reflecting the speed of people, not the speed of trains and automobiles, the concept of the shared space of the citizens and for the citizens made significant contribution to the active subject of 'place creation' and to the formation of public opinion. Finally, the three-dimensional urban promenade with continuously dynamic pedestrian flow, rather than a park contacting the ground within the city, has become a place suitable for creating a new urban park. (Conclusion) The reorganization of industrial structure unavoidably leads to a change in the spatial structure of contemporary cities. Through this study, it was found that recycling of social infrastructure, which had been left unattended due to aging or loss of function, was a new methodology for urban regeneration, reflecting the physical three-dimensional linearity and expanding the shared space for contemporary urban residents. Eventually, it enabled new spatial reintegration in the high-density city, and restructured the space that had excluded walking for the speed of automobiles and railroads into a space for walking.

      • 능동 규칙의 실행의미를 반영한 종료 분석기

        능동 데이터베이스는 미리 정의된 규칙(rule)에 의해 규칙에 대응하는 사건이 발생하면 자동으로 트리거나 되어 조건을 평가하고 조치를 수행한다. 이러한 능동 규칙은 연속적으로 서로 다른 트리거 할 수 있고 그로 인해 종료하지 못하고 무한한 순환적 동작을 반복할 가능성이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 규칙집합의 종료를 보장하는 종료 분석방법을 제안한다. 여기서 제안한 방법은 정확한 종료 분석을 위해 복합사건의 규칙과 규칙 실행시간을 고려한다. 아울러 규칙간에 형성되는 비활성과 관계를 이용하여 그래프를 기존의 트리거그래프와 결합시킴으로서 규칙 종료의 복잡성 개선과 분석 결과의 정확성을 향상시킨다. Active database execute an action of active rule defined in advance which is triggered automatically, whenever an event with the matching event specifications occurs, its condition is evaluated. Because these rules may in turn trigger other rules, the set of rules may be triggered each other indefinitely, Therefore, we propose a termination analysis method to guarantee termination. This proposed method considers composite event as well as rule execution time. Above all, the method not only uses deactivation graph combined to trigger graph for exact analysis, but also improves the complexity of analysis. Also the proposed method enhances accuracy of analysis result.
