SLA 평가 지표 선정과 개선 방안에 관한 사례 연구

최근 기업에서는 SLA를 도입하여 IT 서비스를 수행하고 있다. 하지만 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선에 대한 객관적인 기준이 없기 때문에 IT 서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 IT 성숙도 모델에서 사용된 평가 속성을 기반으로 하여 SLA 평가 지표의 선정과 개선을 위한 기준에 맞는 측정 지표를 도출하고 이를 제안한다. 제안한 측정 지표의 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 D사에 기반을 둔 사례 연구를 수행하였다. D사의 현황에 맞는 측정 지표를 적용 및 평가 하여 개선 목표선을 지정하고, 개선 목표선 이하의 점수를 가진 측정 지표에 대한 개선 지침을 제시하여 각 측정 지표에 대한 SLA 평가 지표를 도출한다. 도출된 SLA 평가 지표를 D사의 사례에 1년 간 적용하여 지표 선정 및 개선의 방법이 유용함을 입증하였다. Many companies have recently apply SLA and execute IT service by using SLA. However, there are no objective standards for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics. We derive and present measurement attributes that are criteria for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics as measurement metrics. We execute a case study based on D company in order to verify whether the measurement metrics are applicable. We apply and evaluate the measurement metrics that are applicable to D company, and then we designate an improvement line. We propose improvement guidelines of the measurement metrics which score is less than the improvement line's and derive SLA evaluation metrics. We prove that the way of selection and improvement is useful by applying SLA evaluation metrics to D company.

태권도선수의 실패공포, 지각된 케어링, 운동지속의도의 구조적 관계 분석

목적: 본 연구는 태권도선수의 실패공포, 지각된 케어링, 운동지속의도의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 기초자료의 축적과 연구의 활용을 기대하고자 한다. 방법: 이를 위해 연구자는 수도권 및 광역시·도에 소재한 각 품새팀 중 20개 팀을 무작위로 선정하여 총 225명을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였고, 총 202부의 자료를 최종유효표본으로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 Window SPSS Ver 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 독립표본 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였고, AMOS Ver 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 태권도선수의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 일부 변수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도선수의 실패공포는 지각된 케어링에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 태권도선수의 지각된 케어링은 운동지속의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 태권도선수의 실패공포는 운동지속의도에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 태권도선수의 실패공포와 운동지속의도 간의 관계에서 지각된 케어링은 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이러한 연구결과를 통해 태권도선수가 시합 상황에서 느끼는 실패공포를 보다 이해하고, 올바른 지도의 필요성을 확인하였다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among Taekwondo Athletes’ Fear of Failure, Perceived Caring, and Intention to Continue Exercise, and expect the accumulation of basic data and utilization of the study. Methods: For this purpose, the researcher randomly selected 20 teams from each Poomsae team located in the metropolitan area and metropolitan cities and provinces, and sampled a total of 225 people, and a total of 202 copies of the data were used as the final effective sample. To verify the hypothesis of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were performed used the Window SPSS Ver 22.0 program, and confirmed used the AMOS Ver 22.0 program. Factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis were conducted. Results: First, there were significant differences in some variables according to the demographic and sociological characteristics of Taekwondo Athletes’. Second, the Fear of Failure of Taekwondo Athletes’ partially had a significant effect on Perceived Caring. Third, the Perceived Caring of Taekwondo Athletes’ had a significant effect on the Intention to Continue Exercise. Fourth, the Fear of Failure of Taekwondo Athletes’ partially had a significant effect on the Intention to Continue Exercise. Fifth, it was found that the Perceived Caring in the relationship between the Fear of Failure of the Taekwondo Athletes’ and the Intention to Continue Exercise had a partial mediating effect. Conclusion: Through these research results, it was confirmed that Taekwondo Athletes’ need to better understand the Fear of Failure in a game situation and to provide correct instruction.

Mass media is effectively used in changing conventional and social concept, customs and fixed idea and plays a role to examine the stream of a certain times quickly and to advise new information to the public effectively. There is a big difference in position and role of the modern women from the past. The image of modern women is shown as strong, aggressive and active, which has been changed from the fragile and passive image of the past. Such a femininity is frequently exposed to the mass media as time goes by the values of the public has created the social terminology called contrasexual. Visual characteristics of women with this contrasexual tendency are usually shown in mass media. As a contrasexual fashion, business look that expresses sophisticated appearance of the modern women, noble look that is beloved by the rich and displays a modern dignity, royal look that shows intelligent and luxury and luxury look that presents dressiness. As a beauty style, hair and makeup are controlled in maximum to show c1ean and c1ear appearance and professionalist while accessories indicate reliability by means of peal that has neat and luxury image. This study found out contrasexual phenomenon shown in mass media and examined visual characteristics in beauty sectors.

대학운동선수의 사회적 배제경험이 은퇴불안 및 포기의도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 대학운동선수의 사회적 배제경험이 은퇴불안 및 포기의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자와 연구보조자 3명은 서울과 인천, 경기에 소재한 총 20개의 대학교 운동팀을 직접 방문하여 총 300부를 배포하였고, 자기평가 기입법을 통해 230부를 회수하였다. 이중 응답이 불성실하거나, 일관성이 결여되었다고 판단된 28부를 제외하고 202부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 이후 spss 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사회적 배제경험(무시경험, 거절경험)은 은퇴불안의 하위요인인 심리적상태, 동료은퇴, 부모기대, 경기력저하에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사회적 배제경험(무시경험, 거절경험)은 포기의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 은퇴불안(심리적상태, 부모기대)은 포기의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 선수 스스로는 자신의 존재, 가치를 잃지 않기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 특정 선수에게 배제를 강요하는 주요타자의 경우 실효성 있는 대책이 강구되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 선수 스스로 은퇴를 과도하게 의식하거나 부모 및 가족이 지나치게 기대하는 것은 지양해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Social Exclusion Experience of University Athletes on Retirement Anxiety and Abandonment Intention. To this end, the researchers and three research assistants personally visited a total of 20 university sports teams in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, distributed a total of 300 copies, and collected 230 copies through the self-evaluation method. Of these, 202 parts were used for the final analysis, excluding 28 parts that were judged to be insincere or inconsistent. After that, the spss 22.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the following results were obtained. First, Social Exclusion Experience (Neglect Experience, Rejection Experience) had a significant effect in part on Psychological State, Co-Worker Retirement, Parental Expectation, and Decline in Performance, which were sub-factors of Retirement Anxiety. Second, Social Exclusion Experience (Neglect Experience, Rejection Experience) had a significant effect on the Abandonment Intention. Third, Retirement Anxiety (Psychological Condition, Parental Expectation) had a significant effect on the Abandonment Intention. The conclusions obtained through these results are as follows. The players themselves need to make an effort not to lose their existence and value, and it is thought that effective measures should be taken in the case of a major hitter who forces a specific player to be excluded. In addition, it is thought that players should avoid being excessively conscious of retirement or expecting excessively from parents and families.
