Purpose: This study investigated the knowledge, performance, and barrier awareness of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) medical staff concerning the prevention and management of Pain, Agitation/Sedation, Delirium, Immobility, and Sleep Disruption (PADIS) in critically ill adult patients, and aimed to identify the factors influencing the performance of evidence-based PADIS management. Methods: This cross-sectional and correlational study included 189 medical staff (17 physicians, 172 nurses) working in ICUs in two hospitals and recruited between July 13 and 31, 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to identify the factors associated with the PADIS-related performance of medical staff. Results: The evidence-based performance level for PADIS prevention and management had a mean score of 3.55±0.37 out of 5 points, and the mean knowledge score was 28.23±3.00 out of 33 points. The mean awareness score for barriers to implementing PADIS prevention and management guidelines was 2.91±0.39 out of 5 points. Multiple regression analysis indicated that knowledge of delirium (β=.19, p=.014) and awareness of barriers within the individual domains of medical staff (β=-.20, p=.034) significantly influenced PADIS-related performance. Conclusion: To implement evidence-based practices for the prevention and management of PADIS, steps should be taken to improve the knowledge and awareness of medical staff regarding PADIS. This could be improved through organizational support, such as systematic education and staffing. Specifically, an education program centered on delirium could significantly improve PADIS-related knowledge and performance.
대한민국의 간호 법제도 개선을 위한 시론: 대한민국 의료법, 2022년 대한민국 간호법안 및 미국 뉴욕 주 간호법 비교

This research was conducted to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of Korean medical law, the Korean nursing law newly proposed in May 2022, and Article 139, Nursing, Education Law of New York State as well as to identify the standpoints of opposing interest groups. Methods: This is a historical qualitative study analyzing three major laws and various archives based on the categories of the historical background of legislation, description of nurses’ roles, education and qualification for nursing, and securing a nursing workforce and the improvement of nursing labor conditions. Results: Korean medical law is intertwined with the values of the 1960s, when it was legislated and thus, cannot reflect current issues associated with the expanded and specialized roles of nurses. Nurses’ roles, education, and qualification for nursing described in proposed Korean nursing law are essentially the same as those depicted in current medical law. This is the greatest weakness of the two laws compared to Article 139, Nursing, Education Law of New York State. Conversely, the addition of securing a nursing workforce and the improvement of nursing labor conditions is the strength of proposed Korean nursing law. The standpoints of opposing groups mostly consist in defensive reactions to anticipated threats based on the expanded roles of nurses. Conclusion: For the successful legislation of exclusive nursing law in Korea, it is necessary to comprise the law’s contents that are more systematically reflecting its historical meaning and the expanded roles of nurses, to persistently communicate with the leaders of opposing groups and policymakers, and to continuously raise public awareness.

The vital purpose of this research is to investigate how the contents attribute affects viewing satisfaction and how contents provider attribute affects viewing satisfaction of cooking video contents. In addition, this research investigate how serendipity moderate the relationship between viewing satisfaction and continuous viewing intention of contents. Moreover, this research try to evaluate how viewing satisfaction of cooking video contents affect continuous viewing intention of contents in the content providers’ channel. To evaluate cooking video users’ behavior in UGC platform, this study used an survey of consumers those who watch cooking video. The outcome shows that content attribute (intrinsic quality, contextual quality, accessibility quality, and representational quality) had a positive impact on viewing satisfaction. Also, content provider (credibility and professionality) had impact on viewing satisfaction. Viewing satisfaction had a positive impact on continuous viewing intention of contents. The analysis indicated that serendipity moderated the relationship between viewing satisfaction and continuous viewing intention of contents.

The vital goal of this study was to verify the effect of information qualities (relevance, accuracy, and timeliness) of food tourism contents on the satisfaction of the contents in social media and the effect of satisfaction of the contents on behavioral intention (visit intention and information sharing intention). Data were collected from 228 respondents. By using the PLS program, structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed. Using PLS-SEM, data were tested to predict food tourism information users’ satisfaction with social media and behavioral intentions. The results showed that relevance, accuracy, and timeliness had a positive effect on satisfaction. Also, the satisfaction of the food tourism content on social media had a positive impact on the visit intention of tourism destinations. Moreover, the satisfaction of the food tourism content on social media had a positive effect on information sharing intention. The outcome of the moderating test indicated that serendipity had moderating role between the satisfaction of food tourism contents and visit intention of tourism destinations.
소셜커머스 환경에서 외식상품 소비자의 감정이 충동구매에 미치는 영향

The development of mobile technology and simplified payment, however, make people do impulse buying, and it helps the social commerce web site to generate sales sharply. Meanwhile, the previous researches on the social commerce only is concerned about consumer behavior on rational thinking so that there is not enough research on impulse buying. Impulse buying put a different complexion on consumer behavior when it compares to planned shopping behavior, and it is based on the emotion. Hence, a study of impulse buying that is accompanied by psychological, emotional change is needed, not the research on decision making process in purchasing based on consumer’s rational thinking. In this research, we surveyed about restaurant product which is frequently purchased on the social commerce. The authors propose perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, discounted price, and merchandise attractiveness as requisite of cognition. Then, this study investigates the effect of restaurants product purchaser's emotion for impulse buying in social commerce. 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있는 소셜커머스는 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 또한, 최근에 결제가 간소화 되고, 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑의 등장으로 사용자들은 그 어느 때 보다도 쉽고 빠르게 소셜커머스를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 그런데, 모바일 기기의 발달과 결제의 간소화는 충동구매를 더 유발 시켰고 이는 소셜커머스 사이트의 매출증진에 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 소셜커머스에 관한연구들을 살펴보면 이성적 사고를 바탕으로 한 온라인 소비자 행동에 관해서만 관심이 있을 뿐 충동적이거나 감정적인 지배에 의한 구매행동에 대해서는 많은 연구들이 진행되지 않았었다. 충동구매는 계획된 쇼핑 행동과 다른 양상을 보이며, 이성적인 사고보다는 감정에 의해 나타나기 때문에 기존의 이성적 사고를 바탕으로 한 온라인 소비자 행동에 관한 이론을 통해 온라인 충동구매 행동을 설명하기에는 적절하지 않다. 따라서, 기존 소비자의 이성적이고 합리적인 구매의사결정과 관련된 연구가 아니라, 심리적이고 감정적 변화를 동반하는 충동구매 행동에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜커머스 환경에서 소비자의 감정에 미치는 요인들로 용이성, 즐거움, 가격할인, 소셜매력도 등을 제시하고, 이러한 요인들이 소비자의 감정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 감정이 충동구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 파악하고자 한다.

This study examined the effect of social capital and organization citizenship behavior for continuous intention to use on social networking service (SNS). The authors divided a dimension of social capital into bridging and bonding social capital, and a dimension of organization citizenship behavior (OCB) into OCB-Individual (OCBI) and OCB-Organization (OCBO). In addition to, this study suggested social capital would influence on OCB, and a part of OCB would result in continuous intention to use on SNS. The authors surveyed Facebook users and conducted structural equation model analysis based on the result from the survey by using PLS program. Then, the results revealed that both bridging social capital and bonding social capital influence on OCB, however, bridging social capital have a stronger impact on OCB than bonding social capital. Also, the result verified that OCBO had an association with continuous intention to use SNS, while OCBI had a no association with continuous intention to use SNS. This result expanded the scope of social capital and OCB in literature academically in SNS. Furthermore, practical implication for social networking service practitioners were followed.
