현재 사용자가 조직 내 다중의 응용시스템들에 접근하기 위해서 사용되는 사용자인증기술은 ID/PW 기반의 SSO기술이 적용되고 있다. 이러한 사용자 인증방안은 ID/PW와 SSO의 근본적인 단점을 그대로 지니고 있다. 즉, ID/PW의 보안 취약점 때문에 PW의 주기적 변경 및 잘못된 PW입력 횟수 제한 등을 들 수 있고, SSO는 중앙 집중적으로 인증정보를 저장하는 SSO서버가 추가되기 때문에 고비용, 가용성 확보, 해킹 타겟 명확화 등의 문제를 지닌다. 또한 SSO로 포탈 응용화면에 접근 후 자리를 비웠을 때, 다른 사람이 자유롭게 타인의 응용시스템을 사용할 수 있는 근본적인 취약성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 사용되고 있는 ID/PW기반의 SSO 사용자 인증기술이 지닌 문제점들을 근본적으로 제거하기 위해 앱 기반 2-채널 인증방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 SSO서버에 저장되는 중앙 집중적인 사용자 인증정보를 각 개인의 스마트폰으로 분산시켰다. 그리고 사용자가 특정 응용시스템을 접근할 경우 항상 자신의 스마트폰 앱을 경유하여 인증되도록 하였다. Currently, the user authentication technology used by users to access multiple applications within an organization is being applied with ID/PW-based SSO technology. These user authentication methods have the fundamental disadvantages of ID/PW and SSO. This means that security vulnerabilities in ID/PW can lead to periodic changes in PWs and limits on the number of incorrect PW inputs, and SSO adds high cost of the SSO server, which centrally stores the authentication information, etc. There is also a fundamental vulnerability that allows others to freely use other peoples applications when they leave the portal application screen with SSO. In this paper, we proposed an app-based 2-channel authentication scheme to fundamentally eliminate problems with existing ID/PW-based SSO user authentication technologies. To this end, it distributed centralized user authentication information that is stored on SSO server to each individuals smartphone. In addition, when users access a particular application, they are required to be authenticated through their own smartphone apps.

Direct instruction (DI) is a teaching method that is focused on systematic curriculum design and skillful implementation of a prescribed behavioral script. It is one of the most effective model for teaching academic skills and for teaching various skin care techniques, e.g., cleansing. But in this present conditions, DI has some difficulties because of the time restriction and large-scaled class. As a complement for DI, u-learning may improve the educational effect. U-learning, which is based on ubiquitous learning environment, is a more creative and more individually suited learning model that the learner can study anytime and/or anywhere. For esthetitians, it is essential that he or she get enough experiences and new techniques through field practice to provide individually suited skin care services to customers. To meet the demand of the customers, the esthetitian may acquire the latest techniques through real-time u-learning. In this study, the ulearning- based direct instruction model for the cleansing in the skin care subject is proposed.

현재 빌딩시설 관리를 위한 SCADA 제어시스템은 통신 프로토콜로 BACnet을 사용하고 있다. 빌딩 제어망 영역에서 사용되고 있는 BACnet은 인터넷 영역의 통신프로토콜과는 달리 보안에 대한 연구가 미비하다. 따라서 각종 사이버 공격의 대응책으로 BACnet 기반 통합접근제어 시스템이 존재하지 않아 해킹 위협에 노출되어 있다. 문제는 인터넷 영역의 통합접근제어 기술을 제어망 영역인 빌딩시설망에 그대로 적용이 불가능하다는 점이다. 또한 인터넷 영역의 기존기술을 제어망 영역에 맞춰 재개발 한다 하여도 고비용의 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 BACnet기반 빌딩 시설망의 특성을 반영한 새로운 통합접근제어 방안을 제안하였다. Currently, the SCADA control system for building facility management uses BACnet as a communication protocol. BACnet, which is being used in building control network areas, has little to do with security, unlike communication protocols in the Internet domain. Therefore, the BACnet-based integrated access control system does not exist as a countermeasure against various cyber attacks, and is exposed to hacking threats. The problem is that it is not possible to apply integrated access control technology of the Internet area to building facilities, which is a control network area. Also, retrofitting existing technologies in the Internet domain to the control network area creates high-cost problems. Therefore, this paper proposed a new integrated approach control plan that reflected the characteristics of the BACnet-based building network.
Cytopagic Histiocytic Panniculitis 1 예

Cytophagic histiocytic panniculitis is a histiocytic proliferative disorder characterized by the presence of fever, pancytopenia, and subcutaneous nodule resulting from the infiltration of fat and dermis by inflammatory cells and histiocytes that contain phagocytized RBC, lymphocyfes, and platelets. A 39 year-old male was admitted to the hospital because of painful subcutanenous nodules on both cheeks and abdominal wall, which had spread to both lower extremities. On the physical exam, the body temperature was 38.5℃ and the pulse was 98/min. There were tender subcutaneous nodules on both cheeks and abdomen and relatively well-defined tender erythematous subcutaneous nodules on both lower extremities. Laboratory findings revealed pancytopenia, prolongation of prothrombin time, and elevation of liver enzymes. Abdominal CT showed increased density and irregular thickening of the subcutaneous fat layer in the entire abdominal trunk. Full thickness skin biopsy of the abdominal wall revealed dense mononuclear cell infiltrate and fat necrosis, These histiocytes showed phagocytic activity including RBC, WBC, and nuclear debris with typical bean bag$quot; appearance. With 6cycles of CHOP$quot; chemotherapy, on improvement of the skin lesions and laboratory and biopsy findings was observed.
