City is suitable space to observe the complexity. Each urban elements which generate urban phenomenon has a specific relationship, they complicate the urban phenomenon by affecting to other elements or relationships. Complex system theory is one of methodology that used to determine the complex relationship between the elements. In this paper, as a first step to understand the complex system of the city, a simulation model that presents the transmission of information has been made. So the influence of information transmitted through the urban media and online networks is checked. Agent based model that allows control of the local level can track the changes in people’s behavior. Therefore, utilizing the simulation model to prove that the information are able to influence the changes in people’s behavior will contribute to the studies about the effective information transmission method. Through the simulation, it is possible to show that the urban media is changed the people’s information awareness gradually. Also, when building a model to consider together the information sharing through social network, it is confirmed that people’s information awareness is increasing more rapidly through simulation.

최근 대용량 데이터의 급속한 생성, 유통으로 인해 데이터 서비스 사용자가 증가하고 있다. 이때, 대용량 데이터를 분산 데이터베이스 시스템에 저장?관리하는 경우, 데이터에 대한 위협문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 대용량 데이터를 암호화하여 관리할 때 복호권한을 위임함으로써 보다 안전하게 데이터를 관리하는 Proxy Re-encryption 기법에 대해 검토한다.

속성기반 암호화를 이용한 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템

원격 헬스케어(e-Healthcare) 서비스에서 취급되는 의료정보는 개인의 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있으므로 암호화 등의 보안기술 도입이 필수적이다. 민감한 의료정보를 보호하기 위해서 접근 권한을 위임받은 사용자만 데이터에 접근 가능하며 또한, 위임된 접근 권한을 철회하는 기능이 필요하다. 이러한 요구사항에 근거하여 속성기반 암호화가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 원격 헬스케어 서비스를 위해서 의료데이터의 접근 권한에 대한 위임 및 철회기능을 수행할 수 있는 속성기반 암호화를 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템에 적용한다. 그리고 속성기반 암호화를 이용하여 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템을 구성한다. 마지막으로 시스템 이용에 장애가 될 수 있는 사용자간의 공모 공격에 대해서 분석한다. To ensure privacy of individual information in remote healthcare service, health data should be protected through a secure technology such as encryption scheme. Only user who delegated decryption right can access to sensitive health data and delegator needs capability for revocating access privilege. Recently, in ubiquitous environment, CP-ABTD(Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Threshold Decryption with Flexible Delegation and Revocation of User Attributes) which extends CP-ABE(Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption) has been proposed for these requirements. In this paper, we construct remote healthcare monitoring system with delegation and revocation capability for attribute in CP-ABTD. Finally, we analyze collusion attack between users in our system.

제4차 산업혁명시대 『論語』 속에 구현된 인간과 교육의 본질적 가치 회복을 위한 탐색

In the name of the fourth industrial revolution, cutting-edge digital devices are transforming every aspect of our society including economic, social, political, and even educational environments, which could negatively affect society causing a sense of isolation and loss. In spite of the influence of robots and artificial intelligence, however, human beings must be the most important entity. This signifies the importance of education that puts priority on pursuing human-centered values and philosophical introspection. The present study aims to find ways to restore human dignity and the essential values of education from the Confucian Analects, which provides not only foundational Confucian thoughts but also desirable images of human beings and how to live a desirable life. In order to prevent the technological advances from being inhumanly exploited, it is more important than ever to have an insight into gaining new knowledge from reviewing the past if human nature and the direction of education of the time of Confucius 2,500 years ago had not changed much today. This study tries to illuminate desirable ways for education in the fourth industrial revolution era grounded on the Confucian Analects, which represents educational principles and values particularly in terms of moral, human-relational, and learning-oriented perspectives. Therefore, this study will first examine how the fourth industrial revolution affects the field of education. Then it will show that the human nature and essential values of education required in this fourth industrial revolution era were in fact revealed in the Analects of Confucius written 2,500 years ago, and thus it expects to contribute to restoring those values. 본 논문에서는 『論語』에서 제시되고 있는 공자 사상의 핵심인 인(仁)의 개념이 인간의 본질적 가치, 인간관계 지향적 가치와 어떻게 연계되고 있으며, 이러한 두 가지 가치가 구체적으로 실천되기 위한 매개체가 지속적인 학습, 교육에 근거하고 있다는 점을 고찰하여 이러한 가치들의 회복의 시급성을 제시하는데 주안점을 두었다. 특별히 교육에서의 첨단 과학기술 활용에 앞서서 인간의 존엄성과 교육의 본질적 측면에 대한 철학적 성찰이야말로 인간소외, 인간성상실이라는 질병을 치유해 줄 수 있는 모종의 역할을 해 줄 수 있으리라 생각되었다. 이러한 인간 존엄성과 교육의 본질적 가치 회복에 대한 철학적 성찰의 실마리를 『論語』에서 다시금 찾고자 하였다. 그리하여 『論語』 속에 구현되고 있는 인간 존엄성과 교육의 본질적 가치 회복을 위한 교육적 원리를 세 가지 가치 측면, 즉 인성적, 인간관계 지향적, 학습 지향적 가치의 탐색을 통하여 제4차 산업혁명시대에도 이러한 교육적 원리와 가치가 최우선적으로 전제되는 바람직한 교육의 방향을 재조명해 보려 하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저, 제4차 산업혁명시대의 특성과 이러한 특성이 교육에 영향 미치는 명암을 살펴본 후, 제4차 산업혁명시대에도 여전히 요구되는 인간과 교육의 본질적 가치가 2500년 전에 쓰여진 『論語』 속에서 구현되고 있음과 이의 회복의 시급성을 제안하였다. 제4차 산업혁명시대의 적응이라는 미명하에 교육현장을 지배하는 디지털 교재와 교구가 넘쳐날수록 그에 비례해서 학습자의 영혼은 더욱 더 피폐해질지도 모를 시점에 인류의 사표인 공자의 언행을 모범으로 하는 온고지신의 지혜가 ‘지금 여기서’ 실천될 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있기를 소망해 본다. 이미 다가온 디지털 문명을 되돌릴 수는 없다할지라도, 인간다운 인간, 사람다운 사람을 양성하기 위한 교육의 본질적 가치가 훼손되거나 폄하되어서는 안 될 것이다.
