한국의 벤처들이 성공을 하면 반드시 해외 메이저업체들이 시장에 뛰어들게 돼 있다. 다국적 기업인 그들이 일취월장하는 시장을 가만히 내버려둘 리 없지 않은가. 제 아무리 경쟁력을 가진 벤처라도 글로벌기업과의 경쟁에서 승리하기란 하늘에 별 따기만큼이나 어렵다.

충청남도 정예공무원의 사이버교육 인식과 발전방안

지식정보화시대를 맞이하여 사이버교육을 활용한 다양한 교육 프로그램은 학교, 기업교육, 군 장병교육, 평생교육시설은 물론 공무원 교육훈련제도까지 도입이 되었다. 국가공무원의 경우 국가공무원인재개발원 사이버교육센터의 주관으로 실시되는 교육과 지방공무원은 15개 시 도 공무원교육원 주관으로 이루어지고 있다. 2008년 공무원 상시학습제도의 도입으로 연간 일정시간 이상 교육 훈련받는 것을 의무화하였고 사이버교육이 공무원교육훈련에 활성화를 이루었다. 본 연구에서는 공무원 교육훈련제도의 관점에서 사이버교육 운영의 인식을 사이버 교육 참여했던 충청남도 정예공무원 교육생을 대상으로 한 분석결과를 바탕으로 사이버교육의 발전방안을 제언하고자 한다. In the age of knowledge informationization, various educational programs utilizing cyber education were introduced to schools, corporate education, military service, lifelong education facilities as well as public education and training programs. In the case of the national government officials, the education and local government officials, which are organized by cyber center in the national civil service personnel development center, are organized by 15 cities and provincial public service training institutes. In 2008, it became to be mandatory for them to receive education and training over a certain period of a year through the introduction of the regular learning system of public officials, and cyber education got active in the education and training of public officials. The purpose of this study is to suggest the development plan of cyber education based on the results of the analysis of the trainees of the civil servants of Chungcheongnam-do who participated in the cyber education in the viewpoint of the public education and training system.

다단계판매회사의 광고선전비와 후원수당 지출이 매출과 순이익에 미치는 영향

전형적 다단계판매회사의 경영전략은 광고선전비와 중간 유통단계의 비용 지출을 지양하여 판매원에게 후원수당 형태로 지급 하여 매출 증가를 꾀하는 것이다. 그러나 국내 다단계판매 매출액 1위의 한국암웨이가 2009년 이후 광고선전비 지출을 확대하며 매출 증가 정책을 취하여 업계의 관심대상이 되었다. 이에 본 논문은 다단계판매회사의 광고선전비와 후원수당 지출의 증가가 매출과 순이익에 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 고정효과 모형을 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석의 대상과 기간은 광고선전비 지출에 대한 자료 추출이 가능한 7개의 다단계판매회사로 2004년부터 2013년까지의 기간이었다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 다단계판매회사의 광고 선전비의 지출 증가는 매출액의 증가에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 전형적 다단계판매회사의 경영전략인 판매원에 대한 후원수당 지출을 통한 매출 증가가 광고선전비 지출을 통한 매출 증가 보다 효과적인 것으로 보이기 때문이다.둘째, 광고 선전비 지출의 증가가 순이익 감소에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 광고 선전 비 지출 증가로 순이익에 미치는 효과는 매출 증가의 긍정적인 효과와 광고선전비 비용 지출의 부정적인 효과가 모두 미미하고, 그 밖의 요소에 의하여 영향을 받기 때문으로 보여진다. 후원수당 지출과 관련한 분석은 기존의 다단계판매회사의 매출 증가 전략 과 부합하여 후원수당을 지급받는 판매원증가는 매출 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치었으나 소극적인 소비자의 역할을 하는 등록판 매원의 증가는 매출에 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 분석 되었고, 이러한 매출의 증가 또한 순이익에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 주는 시사점은 다단계판매회사의 경우 광고선전비 지출은 지양하고, 절감돤 비용을 판매원에게 후원 수당 지출의 형태로 매출 증대의 전략을 택하는 기존의 다단계판매전략이 타당하다는 것이다. Business Strategy of Multi-Level Marketing(MLM) is to increase sales by way of increasing sales persons who receive remuneration in return for discouraging advertising and distribution expenditure. However, Amway Korea, the first largest MLM in terms of sales, has adopted sales increase business strategy since 2009 by way of increasing advertising expenditure, which has attracted attentions from business circle. Accordingly, this paper has attempted to study the effects of sales and net income caused by the advertisement and sponsor allowance expenditure for MLM, using fixed effect model. Target MLMs are seven MLMs who have advertisement expenditure information for the period between 2004 and 2013. As a result of empirical study, I have found, firstly, advertisement expenditure increase of MLM has no statistically significant effect on the increase of sales. Secondly, increase of advertisement expenditure has no statistically significant effect on the decrease of net income. Other empirical results relating to sales study shows that increase of sales person who receive remuneration has statistically influence the increase of sales, and increase of sales has positive impact on net income.

한국재래산양 시각교차위핵 내 몇 가지 칼슘결합단백질과 신경전달물질의 분포에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

This study was carry out to identify the distribution of calcium binding proteins; calbindin(CB), calretinin(CR) and parvalbumin(PA) in the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN) of the Korean native goat by immunohistochemical methods. The expression of substance P(SP), calcitonin gene-related peptide(CG-RP), neuropeptide Y(NPY), vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) and galanin(GAL) were also investigated. CR-immunoreactivity was found in both of the cell bodies and fibers in the SCN, which the CB-immunoreactivity was observed only in the fibers. The immunoreactivity for VIP was observed in both the cell bodies and fibers, but SP-, NPY, GAL-immunoreactivities were only found in the fibers. CGRP-immunoreactivity was not seen in cell body and fibers. These results suggest that VIP, SP, NPY and GAL play a neuromodulatory or/ and neurotransmitter roles in cooperation with CB and CR in SCN of the Korean native goat.

한국재래산양 시각교차위핵에 관한 형태학적 연구

The present study was undertaken to investigate the morphological characteristics of the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of the Korean native goat by cresyl violet stain. The SCN was located ventrolateral to the third ventricle and dorsal to the optic chiasm. This nucleus was showed carrot form in longitudinal section. Its size was 1.8 mm in length, 0.9 mm in maximum height and 1.6 mm in maximum width. In coronal sections, the SCN shaped very thin plate in rostral part, but it was changed to sweet-potato form in middle part, and ornamental jade form in caudal part. The size of SCN was larger in caudal part than in rostral part. The size of the neuron of SCN was about $10{\mu}m$ in diameter with round or oval shape. The boundary of SCN was not firmly defined in caudal part because the neurons were dispersed into the hypothalamic region. It is concluded that the SCN of the Korean native goat has a morphological characteristics.

Actinomyces is a gram positive, anaerobic, non-acid-fast bacterium which is a normal habitant of the skin, oral cavity, tonsil, and gastrointestinal tract, but not of the vagina or cervix of healthy women and its human infection is rare. Pelvic Actinomycosis is chronic, progressive, suppurative, and granulomatous disease caused by Actinomyces israelii. Many reports have indicated the possible association between the pelvic infection caused by actinomyces and the use of intrauterine contraceptive devices. Recently we are experienced three cases of pelvic actinomycosis associated with intrauterine contraceptive devices. We present three cases of actinomycotic pelvic abscess and recent literatures are reviewed briefly.

다단계판매회사의 광고 선전비와 후원수당 지출의 경영전략 타당성에 대한 실증분석

정부 정책을 통해 본 독서 교육의 진단과 방향

교육과학기술부는 2009년에 독서교육 정책을 발표했다. 앞으로 정부의독서교육 정책이 어떤 방향으로 나아갈지에 대한 내용은 네 가지다. 초등학교에서는 첫째, 독서에 흥미 붙이기를 목표로 삼고 중등학교는 교과시간에 독서를 하는 일을 목표로 잡았다. 둘째, 교사의 독서교육 역량을 높이려고 연수를 개선하겠다고 한다. 셋째, 교사와 학생과 학부모의 독서동아리를 지원해서 독서교육 주체를 양성하겠다고 한다. 넷째, 학교도서관을 지역에 개방하겠다고 한다.글쓴이는 초등학교와 중등학교의 독서교육 목표가 적절하다고 본다. 그러나 중고등학교 수업에서 책읽기가 이루어지려면 교사별 평가권이 필요하다고 말한다. 연수체제를 개선하는 안은 그 방향이 옳지만 선언에 그치지 않기 위해 예산이 마련되고 추진 일정이 구체적으로 나와야 한다고지적한다. 독서교육 주체를 만들기 위한 독서동아리 지원에 대해서는 이견이 없이 좋다고 평가한다. 학교도서관을 지역에 개방하는 문제는 운영에 따라 결과가 달라지리라고 본다.글쓴이는 정부 정책의 네 가지 방향에 대해 전반적으로 동의한다. 그러나 정책이 선언에 그치지 않고 현실에서 성과를 내기 위해 세 가지 제언 을 한다. 첫째. 교사 개인별 평가권의 보장으로 의욕 있는 교사가 마음껏가르칠 수 있게 해서 교단에 활력을 불어넣어야 한다. 둘째. 독서교육 전담 장학사 제도를 마련해서 교육청의 전문성을 높이고, 교사자문단 구성해서 현장지원을 받는 방식이 필요하다. 셋째, 독서에 대해 전문성이 있는 시민단체가 공동으로 정책을 마련해서 사회적 여론을 만들어가며 정부에 정책을 제안하는 일이 필요하다. In 2009 The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology announced plans for school reading education and school libraries. The government's reading education plans consisted of the following 4 issues. First, to make elementary students more attracted to reading and to incorporate reading class into the middle / high school timetable. Second, it addressed the development of training programs for teachers to improve teachers' reading education performance. Third, it addressed the need to support book clubs amongst teachers, students and parents in order to nurture reading education. Forth, it planned to open school libraries to the public. I think the plans for reading education in elementary and middle schools are reasonable. However, I think that full authority should be given to each teacher so that the can evaluate all the students whom they teach according to their own principals. The government's plan to offer various in-service programs for teachers is reasonable but concrete schedules should be made first to fulfil these proposals. I positively agree with support for the book clubs without any objection. I see the result of opening the school libraries to the public would differ from school to school according to how it operates. I generally agree with the 4 dimensions of the government's plans. What is more, I would like to give the following three suggestions for better achievements. Firstly, teachers have to be given the right to assess his/her students based on his/her own criteria. This would allow avid reading teachers devoted to his/her own plans of reading class without being confined by other teachers and school regulations. Secondly, we need to train school vice-commissioners to oversee the implementation of reading education and to widen the educational office's expertise in this area. It is also paramount that teachers have access to practical help from an advisory body. Thirdly, civil organizations should collaborate on sharing their ideas on reading education policy, making policy and contributing suggestions to the education ministry.
