This study looks at the problem of the Relationship between Emotion Labor and Job Stress in accordance with Pro-social Behavior of Hotel employee. Sampling was taken among employees for deluxe hotels in Seoul. A total of 400 samples were distributed and 265 valid samples were selected for research. After a process of data coding, the questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Results of factor analysis for pro-social behavior constituted a total of 3 factors. The characteristics of each factor I named as groups oriented towards defined roles, groups oriented towards voluntary cooperation, and groups oriented towards other definitions. Results of factor analysis for emotion labor constituted a total of 4 factors: toughness, management mechanism, service environment, expressive action, etc. Results of factor analysis for stress constituted a total of 3 factors: psychological tension, excessive work, and job instability. Hypothesis investigation based on my research matrix showed that emotion labor impacted stress significantly, and that variables in emotion labor impacted job stress.

Due to the highly concentrated power plants integrated through the limited transmission lines in Korea, a Special Protection System(SPS) has been applied to stabilize the power systems by instantly tripping the pre—determined generators in a large-scaled power plant when a fault occurs on the drawing transmission lines. Moreover, power outputs of those generators are constrained to avoid any activation of Under Frequency Load Shedding(UFLS) even after those generators are tripped by SPS action. For this, this paper proposes a method for calculating the required capacity of Energy Storage System(ESS) expected to relieve the operating constraints to generators using its fast response for controlling power system frequency. The proposed method uses the generator acceleration energy to derive the stable condition during the SPS action. In addition, its effectiveness is verified by the case studies adopting actual SPS operations in Korean power systems.

This study investigated properties of bread utilizing extracts of ginseng powder. Ginseng powder bread was baked. Addition of 1~3% of ginseng powder extract to wheat flour was carried out. Rheological properties, dough pH, dough volume, bread volume, water absorption capacity, baking loss, bread color, bread texture, and sensory evaluation were tested to examine properties of bread baked with extracts of ginseng powder. The results are as follows. The dough pH decreased gradually with increasing ginseng powder extract concentration. The bread volume, baking loss, and bread weight increased with increasing use of ginseng powder extract, and springiness and cohesiveness increased as red ginseng powder additive concentration increased. Lightness of the L decreased while a and b increased. In the sensory evaluation, ginseng powder with 1% ginseng powder extract was evaluated as the best for taste, texture, flavor, and overall acceptability.

디지털 콘텐츠 산업 즉, 영상 및 게임, 가상현실 등에서는 실시간으로 불꽃, 폭발, 연기, 액체, 눈, 비, 등의 특수효과를 시각적으로 사실적이고 화려한 영상으로 제공하기 위해 입자시스템을 사용한다. 디지털 콘텐츠 및 가상현실 제작자들과 응용 프로그램 개발자들에게 손쉽게 다양한 매개변수를 변경할 수 있는 인터페이스를 갖춘 Gill 환경이 제공된다면 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠에 사용자가 원하는 특수효과를 실시간으로 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 개발자에게 프로그래밍 기반을 제공할 수 있다.<br/> 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 제작자와 가상현실 응용 프로그램 개발자가 저비용 고품질의 디지털 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있도록 유체속성, 기상현상 등의 다양한 특수효과를 손쉽게 적용할 수 있는 특수효과 생성기를 설계한다. In digital contents industry there is a high demand to convincingly mimic the appearance and behavior of natural phenomena such as smoke, waterfall, rain, and fire. Particle systems are methods adequate for modeling fuzzy objects of natural phenomena. It is clear which parameter of which action in a particular effect should be modified for a particular visual result. The generator is usable for offline animation and for real-time special effects in digital contents and virtual reality. The application programmer is able to specify different accuracy needs for different effects. This paper design special effect generator for make low-price and high-quality digital contents in reflection industry and virtual reality applications.
