        朱熹의 敎育思想

        Ju-Hui was a philosophical educator who gave a comprehensive survey of Confucianism in a new fashion in the 12th century. He fervently devoted himself to education all his life. All his teachings contributed to the cultivations of morality in the minds of people. His philosophy can be approached from a variety of angles. Considering that Condfcianism was put together from a new standpoint, his philosophy is called New-Confucianism. Considering that the previous Confucianism was synthesized with the help of Taegeuk-Philosophy, his philosophy is called Taegeuk-Hak. Considering that his science dealt with the truth of the material worlds, his studies are called Ri-Hak. Considering that his pursuit generally related to studying what the essence of the universe and the essence of human beings are, his philosophy is called SeongRi-Hak. Considering that everything originated in Do, his philosophy is called Do-Hak. Considering that everyone can become an honorable man by means of cultivating his or her own ability, his philosophy is called Seong-Hak. Let me take a look at Ju-Hui's educational thought on the basis of his philosophy in the order of educational ideas, educational purposes, educational methods. First, his educational ideas relate, in short, to Taegeuk, which is the best standard truth in all the universe and the human world. In his eyes, educational ideas should be designed to look into the truth in regard to human beings(microcosms), which is referred to as Seong(: human nature). And they should be dedicated to look into the truth in regard to all the universe(macrocosms), which is referred to as Ri(: principle). He says, "Seong is Ri. Therefore Taegeuk is the real truth and is expressed in SeongRi. The standard truth of the whole universe and of human beings relates to Taegeuk, in short. These are Ju-Hui's educational ideas. Second, educational purposes are expressed from an individual angle and from a social angle. The individual-level educational purpose is "to fulfil one's own personality, that is to realize onself in a moral perspective." And the other purpose is to construct a moral society. This must be realized only on the basis of self-realization from a moral viewpoint. Third, educational methods break down to Geogyeong and Gungri. Gyeong is to concentrate the minds, to cultivate the spirit and to discipline onself. This is similar to Zen meditation and at the same time designed to discipline oneself in a daily life. The other is dedicated to study the truth at an intellectual level. The former is mainly related to the cultivation of the mind, whereas the latter is chiefly related to the cultivation of intellectual ability. To understand Ju-Hui's ideas is of great importance in understanding the spiritual culture of the East. So his ideas feel very humane. Modern interpretation of his educational ideas will contribute greatly to modern society immersed in today's ideas which put money before everything to and extent that it will serve as a facilitator in recovering true morality and carrying out human education.

        ZrO<sub>2</sub>의 혼합방법 차이가 ZTA의 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향

        In this study, intermediate-mixed powders were prepared by loading zirconia powders initially in a ball-mill jar and loading alumina powders afterward; the initial-mixed powders were produced by loading zirconia and alumina powders together in the ball-mill jar. The effect of such differences in mixing method on the mechanical properties was investigated. In intermediate-mixed powders, the volume fraction of large particles slightly increased and, simultaneously, zirconia particles formed agglomerates that, due to early ball-mill loading of the zirconia powders only, were more dispersed than were the initial-mixed powders. For the intermediate-mixed powders, zirconia agglomerates were destroyed more quickly than were initial-mixed powders, so the number of dispersed zirconia particles rose and the inhibitory effect of densification due to the addition of a second phase was more obvious. In the microstructure of intermediate-mixed powders, zirconia grains were homogeneously dispersed and grain growth by coalescence was found to occur with increasing sintering temperature. For the initial-mixed powders, large zirconia grains formed by localized early-densification on the inside contacts of some zirconia agglomerates were observed in the early stages of sintering. The intermediate-mixed powders had slightly lower hardness values as a whole but higher fracture toughness compared to that of the initial-mixed powders.

        결함 이중 Perovskite La1/3TaO3 단결정의 유전 및 전도특성

        A-자리 결함 이중 Perovskite La1/3TaO3 단결정 시편을 제작하여 10~800 K 온도범위에서 유전특성을 조사하였다. 500 K 이하에서는 상유전성 거동이 나타났으며, 550 K 이상에서 유전이상과 유전상수의 열이력(thermal hysterisis)가 나타났다. 교류전도도 측정에 의한 활성화 에너지는 560 K 이하 영역에서 1.83 eV로 가장 크며, 560~690 K 영역에서 0.35 eV, 690 K이상인 고온 영역에서 0.28 eV로 나타났다 이러한 결과로부터 500 K 이하 영역에서는 La3+-이온과 공공-자리가 무질서하게 배열하여 상유전상을 유지하며, 가장 높은 활성화 에너지를 나타낸 560 K 부근 영역에서는 La3+-이온이 공공-자리로의 전도 혹은 점프에 의한 재배열에 기인하여 유전이상이 나타난 것으로 판단된다. After the specimen of A-site defect double Perovskite La1/3TaO3 single crystal was manufactured, the dielectricproperties have been studied between the temperature range of 10 and 800 K. Under 500 K, a paraelectric behavior hasbeen shown, and above 550 K, a dielectric anomaly and a thermal history of dielectric constant has been shown. Anactivation energy by measurement of ac-conductivity has been the largest with 1.83 eV in the areas below 560 K, 0.35 eVin the areas of 560~690 K, and 0.28 eV in the areas of high temperature above 690 K. From these results, it is assumedthat in the areas below 500 K, La3+-ion and vacancy-site are arranged in disorder to maintain a paraelectric phase. And inthe areas near 560 K with the highest activation energy, a dielectric anomaly is attributes to rearrangement of La3+-ion dueto conduction to vacancy-site or jumping.

        The M-site substituted (Pb??M??)(Zr??Ti??)O₃ (M=Pb, Ba, Sr, Ca) system was prepared and its dielectric and degradation phenomena in piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. The single phase of perovskite (Pb??M??)(Zr??Ti??)O₃ compouynds were synthesized after calcining at 850℃ 4 hours and sintering at 1200?? for 2 hours. The sintered density of the samples was about 7.5g/㎤. The solid solution limits of Ba and Sr in (Pb??-Ba??)(Zr??Ti??)O?? and (Pb?-Sr?)(Zr?-Ti?)O₃ were X=0.2, and that of Ca in (Pb?Ca?)(Zr?-Ti?)O? was x=0.1. (Pb?Ba?)(Zr?Ti?)O₃ and (Pb?Sr?)(Zr?Ti?)O? showed relatively stable characteristics in degradation phenomena and piezoelectric characteristics were improved by the M-site substitution.

      • (LaSm)Nb_(3)O_(9)계의 유전 이상 거동

        The perovskite type unit cell of (La_(1-x)Sm_(x))Nb_(3)O_(9) contains two oxygen octahedra of equal size. One of the A-site is partially occupied by 2/3 of the La^(3+) ions, the other if vacant. The Nb^(5+) ions are displaced from the centers of the octahedra due to ordered vacancy layer of A-site. Dielectric anomaly behavior and phase transition temperature variation were investigated for (La_(1-x)Sm_(x))Nb_(3)O_(9). The jump of some 2/3 La^(3+) ions leads to increase the moving paths due to the generation of new vacancies at the middle empty sites and thus this result is confirmed to clear the dielectric anomaly.

        In this study, perovskite single phase of ◁화학식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) ceranucs without pyrochlore phase was successfully synthesized, and the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics as a function of Zr/Ti were examined. In the single perovskite ◁화학식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) system, the morphotropic phase boundary was ◁화학식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) where the content of Zr=0.475. The electro-mechanical coupling factor kp, mechanical quality factor Qm and the dielectric constant of the composition were 0.59, 1600, and 1150, respectively. When the samples are sintered at low temperature of 1000°C, the extra diffraction peak of X -ray was not observed, which implies that the low temperature sintering for multi layer piezoelectric transformer is highly applicable.
