In this paper, we introduced the adaptive spectral co-clustering, a spectral clustering for multiview data, especially data with more than three views. In the adaptive spectral co-clustering, the performance is improved by sharing information from diverse views. For the efficiency in information sharing, a co-training approach is adopted. In the co-training step, a set of parameters are estimated to make all views in data maximally independent, and then, information is shared with respect to estimated parameters. This co-training step increases the efficiency of information sharing comparing with ordinary feature concatenation and co-training methods that assume the independence among views. The adaptive spectral co-clustering was evaluated with synthetic dataset and multi lingual document dataset. The experimental results indicated the efficiency of the adaptive spectral co-clustering with the performances in every iterations and similarity matrix generated with information sharing.
블로그 포스팅을 이용한 방송 콘텐츠 영상의 타임라인 단위 태그 클라우드 생성

Due to the recent increasement of user created contents like SNS, blog posts, and so on, broadcast contents are actively re-construction by its users. Especially, on some genres like drama, movie, various information from cars and film sites to clothes and watches in a content is spreaded out to other users through blog postings. Since such information can be an additional information for the content, they can be used for providing high-quality broadcast services. For this purpose, in this paper, we propose timeline tag cloud generation method for broadcasting contents. In the proposed method, blog postings on the target contents are first gathered and then, images and words around images are extracted from a blog post as a tag set. An extracted tag set is tagged on a specific timeline of the target content. In experiments, to prove the efficiency of the proposed method, we evaluated the performances of the proposed image matching and tag cloud generation methods.
거리 학습과 재서열화를 이용한 방송 콘텐츠에 대한 블로그 포스팅 태깅

이미지 혹은 영상에 대한 자동 태깅은 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 추가적인 정보를 자동으로 시스템에 제공하는 기술로써 영상 인식, 콘텐츠 매시업, 정보 검색 등 다양한 기술/서비스 분야에서 여러 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 특히, 방송 콘텐츠는 많은 양의 정보를 제한된 영역 및 시간에 축약하여 담고 있기 때문에 영상 처리 기술을 통한 객체 인식이나, 콘텐츠 매시업, 추천 서비스 등의 성능 향상을 위해 자동 혹은 수동 태깅을 통한 정보 제공이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 블로그를 이용한 프레임 단위의 방송 콘텐츠 태깅 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 기술은 기존의 콘텐츠 단위의 정보 제공이 나, 수동 태깅 된 정보를 제공하는 기술들과 달리, 영상의 각 프레임에 대한 자동 태깅을 목표로 한다. 제안하는 방법은 거리 학습을 통해 영상의 각 프레임이 가지는 특성을 고려한 모델을 구축한 후, 이를 토대로 영상의 프레임들과 블로그의 이미지를 매칭한다. 매칭된 결과를 기반으로 특정 블로그는 영상 내 특정 프레임 구간에 태깅 된다. 제안한 방법은 이미지 매칭 성능을 측정하여 평가하였다. 블로그 이미지에 대해 Top1 매칭 프레임을 살펴본 결과, 70%의 정확률을 보였다. 소프트 매 칭 (Top 비의 경우, 최대 90%의 성능을 얻을 수 있음을 실험을 통해 알 수 있었다.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the association between Korean ADHD patients and the l/s polymorphism of serotonin transporter(5-HTTLPR). Methods : The study sample consisted of 189 Korean ADHD children diagnosed by Kiddie-Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia-Present and Lifetime Version-Korean Version(K-SADS-PL), both parents of ADHD children, and 150 normal children. DNA were extracted from the blood of all samples, and genotyping was done. Based on the allele and genotype information, not only the case-control analysis between ADHD and normal children but also the family-based association test among ADHD children and their parents. Transmission disequilibrium test(TDT) were performed for family-based associated test(number of trio=113). The results of the clinical rating and neuropsychological tests were compared according to the l/s genotype of ADHD children. Results : In case-control analysis, there were no statistically significant difference of l/s gene polymorphism between ADHD and normal children in various kinds of analysis condition. In family-based association study, TDT failed to detect linkage disequilibrium between l/s gene polymorphism and ADHD in whole ADHD families. However, in the families of ADHD inattentive type only(number of trio=23), I allele was transmitted more preferentially in the proband with ADHD even if the number of families was small(${\chi}^2$=4.57, p=.032). In the analysis of the results from the clinical scales and neuropsychological tests in ADHD children, the score of the Novelty- Seeking of ADHD children with l/l genotype was significantly lower than with the other genotypes(F=3.15, p=.047), and that of Self Transcendence was significantly higher(F=4.25, p=.017). Conclusion : The results of this study suggest there were no significant genetic association between the 5- HTTLPR gene polymorphism and Korean ADHD.
