본 논문의 주제는 탈춤의 스토리텔링 방법으로서 `연산구조`이다. 아리스토텔레스 이후 서구 연극에서는 결정론적 세계관과 인과론에 기초한 `행동의 통일`을 스토리텔링의 중요한 원리로 이해하여 왔다. 그러나 현대 연극은 점차 논리성보다는 놀이성과 연극성을 회복하는 방향으로 발전해가는 추세이다. 본 논문은 탈춤이 이에 대한 하나의 대안이 될 수 있으리라 타진해본다. 본론에서는 먼저 탈춤을 연기론과 스토리텔링론으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 연기론적 측면에서는 배우와 관객이 가진 공동의 한을 `그늘`로 정의하였다. 또 그늘을 표현하는 배우술을 `시김새`로, 그늘에 대한 반작용으로서 배우술의 근간을 이루는 에너지, 혹은 충동을 `신명`이라고 정의하였다. 스토리텔링적 측면에서는 `극`과 `굿`을 대비시키며 `복선`과 `예축`을 비교고찰하였다. 다음 장에서는 이러한 논의의 아이디어를 얻기 위하여 현대물리학의 `중력이론`과 `차원이론`을 단편적이나마 살펴보았다. 또 다른 장에서는 탈춤의 연산구조를 작동시키는 근본원리로서 `신명`의 표출방식과 이것이 `판`을 출렁이게 하는 작동방식을 살펴보았다. 이러한 논의가 실제 공연현장에서는 어떻게 이루어지는지 알기 위하여 봉산탈춤과 비교해 보았다. 본 논문에서는 봉산탈춤 중 제 1과장 사상좌 마당, 제 2과장 팔먹중마당, 제 7과장 미얄마당만을 고찰하였으나 다른 과장 혹은 다른 탈춤과도 비교해 본다면 좀 더 폭넓은 논의가 될 수 있으리라 생각한다. 지금까지 논의를 진행한 결과 `행동의 통일`에 기초한 서구 연극은 무대공간을 평면으로만 상상하고, 시간이 평면 위에서 일정한 방향으로 흘러가는 스토리텔링방식을 취한 것이라 추정해본다. 탈춤의 무대공간인 마당은 배우와 관객이 함께 짜나가는 `판`을 통해 입체적인 공간을 만들고, 시간 또한 들고남이 자유로운 스토리텔링 방식을 가능케 한다. 이러한 스토리텔링 방식이 `연산구조`이다.

Sens of insecutity of the public and professionals about harmful effects of radiation is increasing in an accident at the Chernobyl and Fkushima nuclear power plant.Anxiety was amplified to lack of information about radiation majority of people. To target the middle and high school in the region of Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do, to investigate the radiation recognition of the next generation, it is intended to present a model of education for the safe use of radiation. The High School of the six metropolitan cities, city, town through the questionnaire and needs to be educational experience of radiation and use knowledge level of radiation, experience in daily life, understanding of man-made radiation and natural radiation, information channel on radiation, the radiation Distribute the total 800 parts of, to recover the 629 unit, was analyzed for 155 females 474 males. Many people 75.36% of the people, to 24.64% female subjects of this investigation, was constant, respectively from 13 to 18 years age. It is a large number and 30.37% of the respondents as "normal" level of knowledge of radiation, for the type of radiation, most knew. You have answer for risk experience of the medical radiation was higher, touching a lot of information via the broadcast medium in general, and the accuracy is low. I thought we wanted to be educated three or more twice a year, as an educator,about 71.37% and radiation-related understanding of knowledge and background in accordance with the diversification of information channels, the regional differences between urban and rural areas. But I considered the difference age (grade) for each is displayed, intended for junior high school students, the target surface and use the occurrence of radiation, high school students, the need for education about risk and application of radiation through this study.

TMO는 실시간 객체 모델이다. 실시간 객체 모델 TMO을 적용하여 개발된 응용들은 실시간 스레드를 생성 및 사용하게 된다. 실시간 응용이 올바르게 작동하는지 확인하기 위해서는 일반 스레드의 올바른 동작 확인과 함께 실시간 스레드의 시간적 동작 만족성 여부 또한 확인하여야 한다. 시간 보장성 경성 실시간 컴퓨팅은 시간 조건을 갖는 스레드 모델, 이를 지원하는 커널, 사전 분석 도구 및 사후 모니터링 도구의 종합적 협력에 의해 구현 가능한 시스템이다. 이러한 개발 단계의 마지막 과정인 실시간 스레드 상태 정보 확인을 위한 모니터링은 실시간 스레드의 동작 상태확인, 데드라인 위반에 따른 정보 확인, 우선순위 확인등과 같은 기능들을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 객체 모델 TMO 기반 응용의 모니터링 방법에 대하여 제안한다.

오가엽(五加葉) 압출성형(壓出成形) 추출물의 Complete Freund`s Adjuvant로 유발한 흰쥐의 관절염에 대한 효과

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of extruded Acanthopanax Folium extracts on Complete Freund`s Adjuvant (CFA) induced arthritis of rats. Methods: To induce arthritis in the ankle joint of rats, CFA was injected in the proximal part of the tail subcutaneously. After CFA injection, arthritic conditions were examined with macrography. The volume of paw edema and thickness of the ankle joints were checked regularly within 20 days. At 20 days, histopathological examination was performed on the ankle joint. Inflammation levels were determined by total WBC counts and differential WBC counts using a blood analyzer. Tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β concentration in paw exudate were measured by ELISA method. Results: Several arthritic conditions induced by CFA were alleviated by Acanthopanax Folium treatment. Morphologically, reduction of arthritic conditions were observed and the volume of paw edema and thickness of the ankle joints were significantly decreased. Additionally, cytokines in paw exudate were diminished and histopathological improvement was observed. Conclusions: This study showed that the extruded Acanthopanax Folium extracts have the beneficial effects on the CFA induced arthritis of rats and might be used for chronic arthritis patients.
