효소고정화막과 반투막성질의 PVA적층막 제조 및 산소센서에서의 특성

The oxygen electrode of biosensor needs enzyme immobilized membrane and dialysis membrane for measurement of oxygen concentration, which in solution after enzyme reaction with its substrate. The one-layer PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane was developed for oxygen electrode of biosensor. Enzymes have immobilized on cellulose triacetate/polycarprolactone membrane by CDI method, and laminated with polyvinyl alcohol, aldehyde and acid. This membrane immobilized with glucose oxidase, ascorbate oxidase, pyruvate oxidase and alcohol oxidase by CDI mehod, and PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane have been tested with various concentration of substrates of enzymes by use of YSI oxygen sensor. Under 5-10mmol substrates become 0.37-0.83μA(r=0.995) currents, and about 56% of glucose oxidase activity was remained after 8 weeks, others were remained very low. SEM shows smooth surface and tightly attached PVA on enzyme immobilized CTA/PCL membrane.

Human resources accounting is defined as the process of identifying and measuring data about human resoures and communicating this information to interested parties. Also, the purpose of human resources accounting is to improve the quality of financial decision-making both internally and externally concerning an organization. Under the traditional accounting system, the effects of the investment in physical and financial resources would be realized in future periods, shown in the Balance Sheet, the allocation of costs in periods is carried out reasonably, and the investment in human resources would be recognized tottaly as costs in its payment periods. Because of the facts, the current business accounting can't show the true of business operation, and results in the misunderstanding of the present condition of business, and the misleading of decision makers. Thus, the accounting of the investrnent in human resources has to be raised to a level with that of the investment in physical and financial resources. Human resources quantificatnion is a subset of human resource accourting. This means that measuring and quantifying a monetary figure for human resources and presenting the results in financial statements don't make a human resource accounting system, A human resource accounting must be more than a unique quantification of human resources. If must be an on-going process where human resources are quantified and measured. There are some problems in application of human resources accounting to firm in Korea. ⑴ Measuring humans as a monetary value would cause employee agitation in our oriental culture. ⑵ It will be necessary to design a system of human resource accounting and develop its model for the purpose of a concrete recognition of human resource accounting ⑶ It is difficult to classify functionally the human resource. ⑷ It is impossible to divide the scale of investment in human resources into departments. ⑸ The data of each employee are computerized.
An Adaptive Moving Block Procedure(AMBP) for prediction of Internet Traffic

A new adaptive moving block procedure (AMBP), which is based on step-wise learning paradigm, is presented for predicting nonstationary Internet traffic. The AMBP consists of moving block and prediction block. The moving block is sliding the time horizon and create new prediction neural networks. Based on the created neural network, prediction is performed during the prediction block period. After prediction is complete, a new moving block is constructed by adding the actual series in prediction block and deleting the same size of oldest series in moving block. In order to train the new neural network efficiently, the weights of the previous neural network are transferred to the newly generated neural network. A step-wise learning scheme is developed for estimation of new neural network. It utilizes standard back-propagation and random optimization learning by continuously switching two learning algorithm. The proposed method is applied for campus Internet traffic prediction. The results shows that AMBP could be efficiently utilized for prediction of Internet traffic patterns.
에지 방향성 히스토그램을 이용한 소실점 추정 3차원 입체영상 변환기의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, an implementation of stereoscopic 3-dimensional image converter by using the edge direction histogram to create a depth map depending on the position of the vanishing point has been presented. From two-dimensional monocular video images to generate 3-dimensional stereoscopic vision due to the difference of the human left and right eyes are based on the principle of binocular disparity. To provide three-dimensional images to viewers based on using vanishing point from the object and background to recognize camera locations. Our proposed scheme is developed based on OpenCV environment and the experiment results show that stable 3-dimensional images could be attained in real-time from digital camera images video as well as those of webcam. 2차원 단안 영상으로부터 3차원 입체 영상을 생성하는 기법은 기본적으로 인간이 왼쪽, 오른쪽 두 눈에 히는 상의 차이로 인하여 입체감을 느낀다는 양안시차 원리에 기반한다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 2차원 영상에서 에지 방향성 히스토그램을 이용하여 소실점의 위치를 추정하고 소실점의 위치에 따른 깊이지도(depth map)를 생성하는 OpenCV 기반의 3차원 입체 영상기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 시청자에게 입체감 있는 영상을 제공하는 스테레오스코픽(stereoscopic)을 토대로 소실점을 이용하여 객체와 배경으로부터 카메라의 위치에 깊이 정보를 인지하여 영상 내의 상대적 깊이를 추출할 수 있다. 구현된 제안기법 의 생성된 깊이지도를 이용한 실험결과 안정된 3차원 입체영상을 현출할 수 있었으며, 디지털 카메라의 상뿐만 아니라 웹캠을 이용한 실시간 촬영영상도 3차원 입체 영상으로 변환 가능하도록 구현하였다.
