AC PDP 네 투명 유전층의 절연내력과 투과율에 관한 연구

AC PDP(plasma display panel)는 40인치 이상의 대화면 디스플레이 장치로서, AC PDP내 투명 유전층은 방전플라즈마중의 양이온 충격에 의해서 금속전극이 스파터되는 것을 보호하고, 유전층 표면에 벽전하를 형성하여 대화면 구동에 필요한 메모리기능을 부가하므로 방전 cell구조에서 필수적인 부분이다. 이러한 유전층은 우수한 절연내력을 가져야할 뿐 아니라 가시광을 투과시키기 위한 높은 투과율이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여러 조건들 하에서 유전층의 절연내력과 투과율에 관하여 논하였다. 그 결과 15μm 두께를 가지고 570℃에서 소성을 행한 유전층의 경우 최소 29V/μm의 절연 내력을 가졌고, 80%정도의 투과율을 나타내었다. 그러므로 AC PDP에서 적정유전층의 두께는 최고인 가전압에 대해서 약 80V 정도의 마진을 가지는 15μm정도가 적당하다고 생각된다. AC PDP(plasma display panel) is large display panel over 40 inch. The transparent dielectric layers in AC PDP are essential to the discharge cell structure, because they protect metal electrodes from sputtering by positive ion bombarding in discharge plasma and form a sheath of wall charges which are essential to memory function necessary to drive large panel. This layer should have high dielectric strength, and also be transparent because visiable light must pass through this layer. Therefore in this paper, we discussed the dielectric strength and transmittance coefficient of the dielectric layer under various conditions. As a result, on the 15μm thickness, the minimum dielectric strength was 29V/μm and the transmittance coefficient was about 80% after 570℃ firing process. It is considered that the resonable dielectric thickness in AC PDP is 15μm because it has about 80V margin on the maximum applied voltage.

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of herbal composition and fermented Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu on the growth of longitudinal bone in the adolescent male rats. Methods: Longitudinal bone growth was measured by fluorescence microscopy. To examine the effects on the growth plate metabolism, the total height of growth plate and the induction of local insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) were measured. Results: The herbal composition treatment enhanced longitudinal bone growth and total heght of growth plate and promoted the induction of local IGF-1 and BMP-2 of growth plate. Conclusions: This study showed that the herbal composition have the effect of bone growth in adolescent rats and might be used for the growth delayed adolescent and inherent growth failure patient.
마골(馬骨) 추출물의 성장기 흰쥐 장골 길이 성장에 대한 효과

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of horse bone powder extract on the growth of longitudinal bone in adolescent male rats. Methods: Longitudinal bone growth was measured by fluorescent microscopy. To examine the effects on the growth plate metabolism, the total height of growth plate, the induction of local insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), and bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) were measured. Results: Horse bone powder extract enhanced longitudinal bone growth and total height of the growth plate. Also, it promoted the induction of local IGF-1 and BMP-2 of the growth plate. Conclusions: This study shows that the horse bone powder extract effects longitudinal bone growth in adolescent rats and might be used for both stunted adolescents and inherent growth failure patients.

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of Cheunggyeongsamul-tang extract on the growth of longitudinal bone in adolescent female rats. Methods: Longitudinal bone growth was measured by fluorescent microscopy. To examine the effects on the growth plate metabolism, the total height of growth plate, the induction of local insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), IGF-1 receptor, bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2), BMPR-1A, indian hedgehog (IHH), and parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTH-rP) were measured. Results: Cheunggyeongsamul-tang extract enhanced longitudinal bone growth and total height of the growth plate. Also, it promoted the induction of local IGF-1, BMP-2, IHH and PTH-rP of the growth plate. Conclusions: This study shows that the Cheunggyeongsamul-tang extract effects longitudinal bone growth in adolescent rats and might be used for both stunted adolescents and inherent growth failure patients.
오가엽(五加葉) 압출성형(壓出成形) 추출물의 Complete Freund`s Adjuvant로 유발한 흰쥐의 관절염에 대한 효과

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of extruded Acanthopanax Folium extracts on Complete Freund`s Adjuvant (CFA) induced arthritis of rats. Methods: To induce arthritis in the ankle joint of rats, CFA was injected in the proximal part of the tail subcutaneously. After CFA injection, arthritic conditions were examined with macrography. The volume of paw edema and thickness of the ankle joints were checked regularly within 20 days. At 20 days, histopathological examination was performed on the ankle joint. Inflammation levels were determined by total WBC counts and differential WBC counts using a blood analyzer. Tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β concentration in paw exudate were measured by ELISA method. Results: Several arthritic conditions induced by CFA were alleviated by Acanthopanax Folium treatment. Morphologically, reduction of arthritic conditions were observed and the volume of paw edema and thickness of the ankle joints were significantly decreased. Additionally, cytokines in paw exudate were diminished and histopathological improvement was observed. Conclusions: This study showed that the extruded Acanthopanax Folium extracts have the beneficial effects on the CFA induced arthritis of rats and might be used for chronic arthritis patients.
