Digital Manufacturing is a technology to facilitate effective product developments and agile productions by digital environments representing the physical and logical schema and the behavior of real manufacturing system including manufacturing resources, processes and products. A digital virtual factory as a well-designed and integrated environment is essential for successful applications of this technology. In this research, we constructed a sophisticated digital virtual factory by measuring and 3-D CAD modeling using parametric methods. Specific parameters of each objects were decided by object-oriented schema of the digital factory. It is expected that this method is very useful for constructions of a digital factory, and helps to manage diverse information and re-use 3D models.

This experiment was performed to develop a model for nutrition ion concentration and EC in regard to change in pH from 4.0 to 8.0 in nutrient solution. The pH changes according to the variation of HPO₄<SUP>-2</SUP> and H₂PO₄<SUP>-</SUP> in the nutrient solution while variation of EC increased from pH 4.0 to 5.0, stabilized from pH 5.0 to 7.0 and increased again from pH 7.0 to 8.0. For the variance of major elements in the nutrient solution, K, Ca, N and P increased while pH was higher, especially the variables for K and P were increased largely. On the other hand, variables of Mg and S were stable. Based on analysis of the ion balance model of nutrient solution, the cation increased than anion over rising the variation of pH while balance point of ion moved from a-side to d-side. In addition, the imbalance increased while it moved away from the EC centerline as variance of pH increased. It was larger than effect of EC variance to correction values of equivalence ratios of K and Ca about variation of HPO₄<SUP>-2</SUP> and H₂PO₄<SUP>-</SUP> while as variance of pH increased, K decreased but Ca increased. These showed the result that variance of pH about correction values of equivalence ratios of K and Ca gave a second-degree polynomial model rating of 0.97. Through this research, it was identified the pH variable model about variance among pH, ion and EC according to gradient of phosphate.

Purposes :The purposes of this study was to investigate the self-managing status according to the life styles and the diabetic knowledge of early adulthood. The subjects in this study were 240people, the early adult aged twenties to thirties living in the metropolitan area. Data were collected by using self-administered questionnaires that measure about the knowledge of diabetes; the dietetic behavior; the knowledge of diet; the exercise behavior; the knowledge of exercise. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation were used for data analysis. Result :1. At the knowledge of diabetes degree based on the general character, the subjects who had experiences of diabetic education have higher degree of the diabetic knowledge. 2. At the knowledge of diabetes degree according to the life style, the subjects who have regular diet are appeared highly. Also the subjects who don't take much food of animal origin have higher degree. 3. At the knowledge of diet based on the life style, the subjects who don't keep three times meals a day are appeared highly. Also the subjects who have regular diet have higher degree. 4. At the knowledge of exercise according to the life style, the subjects who take extra nutritions 3-4 times a week are appeared highly. Although the subjects tend to know about dietary, exercise and health management, it showed that they actually don't perform what they know in their everyday of life. The reason for this could be the lack of perceived seriousness about diabetes mellitus. Thus as nursing professionals, we should provide them proper health education and support. Moreover, advanced research on the empowerment is warranted.
