맞춤돌봄서비스 이용 노인의 코로나19 스트레스와 정신건강 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과: 횡단적 연구

Purpose: This study examined the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between COVID-19 stress and the mental health of older adults using customized care services. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 179 older adults receiving services at two senior welfare centers in Korea. Data were collected from April 1 to 30, 2022, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and correlations, multiple regression using Baron and Kenny steps for mediation, with the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The COVID-19 stress of the study participants was significantly correlated with social support (r=-.16, p<.001) and mental health (r=.30, p<.001). Social support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between COVID-19 stress and mental health (Z=-3.43, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings indicated that mental health programs could improve community social support resources for older adults in vulnerable groups after the COVID-19 pandemic. In the nursing practice, community nurses suggest the development of programs that can be operated in the community by proposing governmental policies for the mental health management of vulnerable older adults in the blind spot.

The widespread use of VDU has improved the efficiency of information transmission between man and machine, but has caused new occupational health and ergonomics problems. In this study, we tried to construct a fuzzy hyman performance model of VDU workers in Korea. Fuzzy inferences of human perfor- mance are obtained from the fuzzy inference rule with the job difficulty, CFF, SACL, Type A. and the degree of concentration in VDU work. Eight healthy female undergraduate students at Kyungnam university for subjects aged 20 to 23 years were examined in this experiment. They calculated continuous addition, subtraction, and multiplication of 1 or 2 digit numbers that were produced randomly on the CRT. Subjects peoformed two types of a numeric operation, which easy and difficult work produced 400 and 600 problems within a 40 minute work session, respectively. Subjects were tested over two workdays according to the type of work(easy and difficult) consisting of four 40 minutes work sessions in the morning. Each work lasted for five minutes with a ten minutes rest break. 117 fuzzy inference rules were obtained from the experimental data. The value of consequent part was obtained by a descent method. The difference between real human error and estimated value of fuzzy inference was $1.8075{\pm}1.8591%(M{\pm}SD)$. The difference in easy and diffcult works were $2.69{\pm}2.13%$ and $0.92{\pm}0.93%$, respectively.
학습장애 학생과 경도 정신지체 학생을 위한 초등 수학교과 교수적 수정 방안 분석

This study selected a total of 16 intervention studies in mathematics for students with learning disabilities or mild intellectual disabilities in elementary schools and analyzed the studies based on grade level, mathematics contents, and instructional adaptation categories in order to identify effective instructional adaptations in mathematics for those students in inclusive education settings. The results of the study showed that overall, instructional adaptations were provided regardless of grade level and mathematics contents. For instructional activity adaptation, specifying tasks, and providing specific tasks or activity-based tasks were mainly identified. For instructional strategy adaptation, behavioral strategies, feedback, and practice opportunities were provided. For instructional material adaptation, presenting alternative materials, and providing concrete or representational objects were identified. For instructional grouping adaptation, whole-group instruction and individual instruction were mainly provided. For instructional content adaptation, simplifying instructional procedures and sequencing instructional contents were presented. Lastly, for instructional assessment adaptation, progress monitoring of student's performance level was mainly provided. Based on these results, suggestions for future intervention studies to identify effective instructional adaptations in mathematics for students with learning disabilities or mild intellectual disabilities in elementary schools were discussed. 본 연구는 초등학교 학습장애 또는 경도 정신지체 학생을 대상으로 제공된 수학중재를 학년, 내용영역별로 분류한 후, 중재의 특징을 기초로 교수적 수정의 영역별로 분류하여, 초등학교 학습장애 또는 경도 정신지체 학생을 위한 효과적인 수학교과의 교수적 수정 방법을 분석했다. 총 16편의 수학 중재연구에서 제공된 수학중재 분석결과, 교수적 수정의 방법은 학년과 내용영역에 큰 차별성 없이 나타났는데, 교수활동의 경우, 과제의 세분화, 쉽고 구체적인 과제, 활동 중심적 과제를 통해 수정이 이루어졌다. 교수전략의 경우, 다양한 경험, 발견 학습 중심 전략이 활용되고, 행동관리 전략, 피드백, 반복학습기회 제공 등을 통해 수정이 이루어졌다. 교수자료의 경우, 대안적인 자료, 구체물을 활용하여 수정이 이루어졌다. 교수집단화의 경우, 주로 대그룹교수와 개별교수를 통해 중재가 제공된 것으로 나타났다. 교수내용의 경우, 교육과정 내용 단순화, 단계별 연계 등을 통해 수정이 이루어졌다. 마지막으로 평가방법의 경우, 학생의 수행수준에 대한 지속적 점검을 통해 수정이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 통해 수학교과의 효과적인 교수적 수정 방안 제시를 위한 차후 수학중재 연구에 대한 제안점들이 논의되었다.
구순구개열 및 두개안면기형 환자의 진료 및 교육현황에 관하여 치과교정과 전공의를 대상으로 한 기초설문 조사 결과

A national wide survey was conducted to assess a present condition in management of cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients and training program of orthodontic residents in Korea. A questionnaire consisting of four categories and 19 question items was distributed to 131 residents of department of orthodontics of eleven dental university hospitals and nine medical university hospitals. The results were as follows:(1) 77.1% of residents are participating in treatment of cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients.(2) Only 47.3% of residents are willing to treat cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients in their future practice.(3) 64.9% of residents responded that they are currently treating one to ten cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients per resident.(4) Most university hospitals offer training programs focusing on embryopathogenesis, growth, and treatment, but training programs about speech and hearing, genetics, and psychosocial development are inadequate.(5) 37.4% of residents are willing to participate in fellowship program for cleft and craniofacial anomaly after finishing the training. Based on the results of this survey, the residents need motivation regarding treatment of cleft and craniofacial anomaly patients, and the educational programs need to be reinforced and reconstructed so that standardization among hospitals can be achieved.
