        입체/복합시설 공중공간 장소 정체성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 도시 재생의 한 사례인 입체/복합시설 공중공간의 장소 정체성을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 이론적 고찰로 선행논문을 통해 공중공간에 관련한 용어가 혼용된 것을 정리하고, 장소 정체성에 대한 기초적인 개념을 설명 후 이를 기본으로 분석항목을 도출하고 일본 도쿄의 입체/복합시설 사례 4개를 선정하여 공중 오픈스페이스, 공중가로, 공중브리지로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 입체/복합시설이 가지는 공중 오픈스페이스는 지역커뮤니티를 활성화에 기여하며, 공중가로와 도시 내의 조망이 좋은 곳에 설치하여 ‘좋은 장소 만들기’로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 둘째, 입체/복합시설의 공중가로는 보행을 주 기능으로 하지만 도시의 가로와 같이 다양한 커뮤니케이션의 유도와 도시 내의 휴게공간을 위한 장소로 사용되고 있다. 셋째, 입체/복합시설에서의 공중브리지는 주 기능이 보행이지만 공중가로의 여러 가지 특징을 연결 해주는 역할 및 공중가로와의 일체를 위해 같은 디자인, 구성을 갖는다. 마지막으로 입체/복합시설의 공중공간은 서로 같은 기능을 가지고 있지만 설계 및 계획에 따라 서로 다른 의미를 가진다. Recently, there have been many cases of Mixed-use complex (MXC) planning with the purpose of urban regeneration. This study focuses on the place identity of space above the ground in the MXC, while the goal of the research is to define the significance of space above the ground. The method is as follows. This study discusses the correct use of vocabulary pertaining to mixed use space above ground level and examines details about the basic significance of place identity as a theoretical study. This study draws the analysis items from the following two methods of process. Firstly analysis items include 3 types of space in a sky space, while the other items are 3 composition factors of place identity. Finally, 4 cases of MXC in Tokyo are analyzed through this analysis framework. The conclusion is as follows. First, open space above ground in MXC contributes to the vitalization of local community and assumes the role of ‘making a good place’. Second, a street above ground is used as a place not only for pedestrians but also for people who wish to rest and to communicate with others. Third, a bridge above ground assumes the role of connecting various characteristics of the street above ground and is integrated in the design and composition with the street above ground. Finally, the sky space in MXC has the same function but a different signification for the design and plan.

        입체/복합시설 선큰 스페이스의 장소 정체성에 관한 연구

        Recently there have been many cases, of benchmarking Mixed-use complex at Tokyo in Japan with the purpose of planning the sunken space at Mixed-use complex in Korea. This study is about the place identity of the sunken space in the Mixed-use complex, while the purpose of this study is to draw some analysis item and suggest a way to improve the sunken space in the Mixed-use complex. The methods of this study is summarized as follows. We draw some analysis item based on the theoretical approaching for defining the place identity of the sunken space at Mixed-use complex. And then we researching some case of Mixed-use complex at Tokyo in Japan Though this analysis item, finally we can define the place identity of sunken space at Mixed-use complex for each case in Japan. We then define the place signification of sunken space through 3 cases, Roppongi Hills, Grand commons & Intercity and Shiodome A, B, C Disrict which are planed as Mixed-use complexes in Tokyo. These cases are analyzed through 3 factors which are basic for studying place identity ; physical environment, human’ activity and the place signification. The conclusion is as follows. First, the physical environment of sunken space at Mixed-use complex planned on a large scale includes complex factors. Second, the sunken space at Mixed-use complex is planned as a place which makes users’ freedom in their activities when they use there. Third, the sunken space which makes diverse experiences is a main space factor from among outside space composition factors in the view of space experience. This sunken space is recognized as a main space which generates not only personal experiences but also collective and social experiences.

        초고층 주상복합건축물 입지유형에 따른 높이기준 및 세장비 제안에 관한 연구

        현재 주택시장은 주택증가율 상회와 미분양증가, 장기침체로 어려우나 주상복합은 복합화를 위주로 주거시설 과 다양한 수요 시설을 조합할 수 있으며 초고층화하여 넓은 오픈스페이스와 우수한 조망을 확보하는 장점을 가진다. 그러나 스카이라인 형성 저해, 건축물의 높이에 의한 문제점이 야기된다. 이에 본 연구는 초고층 주상복합 건축물 입 지유형에 따른 높이기준 및 세장비를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 먼저 문헌조사를 통한 용어정리, 선행 연구조사를 하고 사례조사로 서울시내의 16개의 사례를 중심으로 도시 계획적 차원과 건축물 단위의 높이와 관련한 사항을 조사하였다. 이를 기준으로 입지유형별 높이기준과 세장비를 제안하여 다음과 같은 결론을 가진다. 첫째, 도시 계획적 차원에서 입지유형별 주상복합의 높이는 부도심을 중심으로 시작하여 높아지며, 150m이하에서 200m이상으로 제안이 가능하다. 둘째, 세장비는 초고층건축물과 달리 주상복합의 저층부의 면적이 크므로 1:3 이상으로 계획하여 시 각통로를 두어 개방성 및 군(群)의 형성에 통일성 있게 계획한다. 셋째, 초고층 주상복합 건축물과 관련한 높이에 있 어 특별건축구역제도 수정 및 초고층 관련 특별법을 제정한다. The housing market is now difficult because of excess of the increase rate of housing and long-term recession but high-rise mixed-use buildings can mix residential facilities with various demand facilities focusing and they have the advantages to secure open space and excellent view by high-rise apartment. But there are problems by hindrance of skyline formation and height of buildings. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest the height standard and the slenderness ratio to location types of Mixed-use Residential Tall buildings. For the method of the study, term arrangement through literature search and the precedent research survey were first done, the level of urban design and the details related to the height of buildings were done as the case research focusing on the 16 cases in Seoul. The following results were drawn by suggesting the height standard and the slenderness ratio by location type based on them. First, the height of mixed-use building by location type in the level of urban design gets higher starting from the secondary center of the city and can be suggested as from less than 150m to more than 200m. Second, the slenderness ratio shall be planned as more than 1:3 because the area of the ground level of mixed-use building is large unlike Mixed-use Residential Tall buildings and visual passage shall be placed so that unity of openness and group formation will be planned. Third, for the height related to Mixed-use Residential Tall buildings, amendment of the special architectural district system and the special law related to super high-rise buildings shall be enacted.

        광고 커뮤니케이션 3요소를 통해 나타나는 자동차 광고 속 건축물 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the connectivity between the preference of architectural buildings and automobile companies as the most widely used background images for automobile advertisements. Based on the familiarity of the brand, the complexity of the message, and the novelty of the advertisement, this research is discovered with preferred images of automobile companies as well as the connectivity by analyzing architectural buildings emerging with various background images of automobile advertisements. After analyzing all three elements for the advertising communication, the conclusions through case investigations of nine automobile companies are the below. Firstly, the familiarity of the brand from nine automobile companies was high ranked satisfaction scores after questionnaire surveys. Secondly, all the aspects for the space, formative, material, height, and utilization related to the complexity of the message are not only matched the preferred images which automobile companies persue but the same preferred design elements after reviewing the most preferred and next most preferred images from the companies. Lastly, the methods for emphasizing the automobile itself which is related to the novelty of the advertisement simplify background images along with preferred artificial structures.

        라이프스타일에 따른 1∼2인 가구 도시형 생활주택 단위평면의 제안

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the one room type plan of Urban-Compact housing for the various generations and Target Group reflected new life style. The method of this study is as follows. First, we suggested some differentiation factors through analyzing the preceding researches about the life style and Urban-Compact housing. Second, we compressed nine cases (which were developed in 2011) among one room type plan of Urban-Compact housing and then categorized some type through the 40 unit plan analysis. Third, we analyzed some specialized foreign interior case through the internet. Finally, we could set the target group’s space classified by life style and then drew some problem of the Urban-Compact housing. So we suggested improving unit plan. The result of this study is as follows. First, one room type cases of Urban-Compact housing almost had same plan, kitchen and storage closet were drawn as its major consistent factors. Second, we could catch the target group preferring independent space was cocooning, newlywed couple, retired couple. So we suggested its plan as the concept ‘flexible units space’ and separated bed room and living room as the private space in house from the other space. Third, we suggested the study space and office space reflecting various life style as the additional approach. The cocooning and newlywed couple preferred a large bathroom. Fourth, the target group of the student, new employee and retired couple tended to install some furniture for getting space. So we suggested the pop-up furniture and bar for the target group.

        입체/복합시설 오픈 스페이스의 장소 정체성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 도시 재생 중 한 사례인 입체/복합시설내의 대표적인 오픈 스페이스인 광장과 공원의 장소 정체성을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 이론적 고찰로 입체/복합시설의 선행연구와 정의를 분석하고 오픈 스페이스의 일반적인 특성 분석과 더불어 장소 정체성 분석을 통해 연구 분석 항목을 도출하였다. 일본 도쿄내의 입체/복합시설인 3개의 사례를 통해 오픈 스페이스가 가지고 있는 물리적 환경, 인간의 활동, 장소의 의미에 대한 연관성을 도출하였다. 연구의 결론을 보면 첫째, 도쿄시 내의 입체/복합시설 오픈 스페이스는 전통적인 유럽의 도시 오픈 스페이스가 가지는 장소 정체성과 달리 새로운 장소 정체성을 가진다. 둘째, 도쿄시 내의 입체/복합시설 오픈 스페이스는 인간의 활동에 있어서 필수적 활동보다는 선택적 활동 및 사회적 활동을 할 수 있게 자유로운 장소로 계획되어진다. 마지막으로, 도쿄시 내의 입체/복합시설 오픈 스페이스 의미는 새로운 의미를 가진다. 여기서 새로운 의미는 공간이 아닌 장소로 인식하게 하는 것이다. Recently there have been many cases of Mixed-use complex (MXC) planning with the purpose of urban regeneration. This study is about the place identity of open space in the MXC, while the goal of the research is to define the significance of place. The study analyzes the characteristics of open space and defines the place signification of open space through three cases, planed as MXC in Tokyo. The analysis framework is drawn from correlation among three factors of space composition, physical environment, and human’ activity, this framework can draw each place signification of three cases. The conclusion is as follows. First, the open space of the MXC in Tokyo has a new space identity that differs from the European traditional open space identity. Second, the open space of the MXC in Tokyo is planned as an embraced space which suggests the open space facilitates not only necessary activities but also optional activities and social activities. Finally, the open space has a new signification. This new sense of place means people appreciate site as place not space.

        군 복지회관내 시설 분류 개선에 관한 연구

        The study has the purpose of improving the facilities categorization of military welfare center. Military welfare center is the place where users spend their spare time and activities, so the military welfare center needs to be planed new with renewed facilities categorization for advancement of army and improving military personnel's life quality. This study starts from drawing some problem of the military welfare center through researching some case about military space of army, navy and air force and surveying the use frequency. Based on that, this study selects the target place of each military(army, navy, air force, marine) and then analyzes the frequency of use of military welfare center through survey. The conclusion is as follows. First, the facilities categorization of Domestic Military Facilities Standards should be revised and made up to user-centered facilities categorization which is separated inside barracks and outside barracks. Second, when every military founds his inside Military welfare center, that should be the place for not only the military men but inhabitants. Third, the facilities categorization which is considered the military men's family and officers and noncom should be applied to outside military welfare center.

        엔터테인먼트 쇼핑몰의 유형 및 내부공간 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is application on shopping mall development at the free international city, JejuIsland. The analysis process of this study goes the way of following. We analyze some cases(Entertainment Shopping Mall) of free international city in Asia and draw some interior space factors from the cases. Some features detected by benchmarking can be applied at the Jejuisland development project. We analyze the interior space factors through Kevin Lynch’s ‘The Image of the City’. Because Kevin Lynch’s ‘The Image of the City’ can present a variety of views, Solving the space recognizing problem at the large scale shopping mall. The interior space factors are sorted by Edges, Path, District, Nodes, Landmark, the factors of Kevin Lynch’s ‘The Image of the City’. We connect the feature of factors to the characteristics of Entertainment Shopping Mall by types, and then we carry out literature review. The case study samples are all 3, Mega Shopping mall, Suntec City in Singapore, Theme Shopping mall, Harbor City in Hongkong and Resorts Shopping Mall, Souk Madinat in Dubai. In conclusion Kevin Lynch’s ‘The Image of the City’ is possible to be applied to interior space factor, each factor is planned setting the features of entertainment shopping mall type. This study will be expected to be used at application on planning the site and designing space of entertainment shopping mall at Jeju island.

        환경요인에 의한 주요 침엽수종의 지위지수 추정식 개발과 적지 평가

        본 연구는 환경인자를 이용하여 우리나라에 분포하는 주요 침엽수종(중부지방소나무, 강원지방소나무, 낙엽 송, 잣나무)의 지위지수 추정식을 개발하고 적지면적을 추정하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 산림입지도와 산림기 후도로부터 산림생산력에 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되는 43개 환경인자를 도출한 후, 최적 조합에 의해 수종별 지위 지수 추정식을 조제하였다. 최종 수종별 지위지수 추정식에는 각각 6개의 환경인자가 독립변수로 사용되었으며, 경 사형태, 유효 토심, 연 평균기온, 연 최고기온, 연 최저기온, 그리고 생장기간 동안의 총강수량 등의 변수가 지위지 수 추정에 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수종별 지위지수 추정식의 설명력을 나타내는 결정계수는 0.36~0.56 의 범위에 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 모형의 평균편의, 정도, 표준오차의 3가지 평가통계량에 근거하여 검증을 실 시한 결과 비교적 지위 추정능력이 높은 것으로 판명되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 수종별 지위지수 추정식을 이용하 여 각 수종의 적지면적을 산출하고 적지분포를 도해하였다. This study was conducted to develop site index equations and to estimate productive areas for major coniferous species in Korea such as Pinus densiflora Sieb, et. Zucc, Pinus densiflora for, erect, Larix leptolepis and Pinus koraiensis using environmental factors, using the large data set from both a digital forest site map and a climatic map, a total of 43 environmental factors including 15 climatic variables were regressed on site index by tree species to develop site index equations. Six environmental factors by species were selected as independent variables in the final site index equations. The result showed that the coefficients of determination for site index equations by species were ranged from 0.36 to 0.56, which seem to be relatively low but good enough for the estimation of forest stand productivity. The site index equations developed in this study were also verified by three evaluation statistics such as the estimation bias of model, precision of model, and mean square error of measurement. According to the evaluation statistics, it was found that the site index equations by species fitted well to the test data sets with relatively low bias and variation. As a result, it was concluded that the site index equations by species were well capable of estimating site quality. Based on the site index equations, the productive areas by species for all forest areas were estimated by applying GIS technique to the digital forest site map and climate map. In addition, the distribution of productive areas by species was illustrated by using GIS technique.
