The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Aerobic Dance program in women's workers in Busan. Measurements of body composition(Body mass index, Waist/Hip ratio), blood lipid and fatigue symptoms were made on 24 experimental group and 31 control group. To evaluate the effect of aerobic dance program, pre-test and post-test were measured. The results were as follows; 1. Body mass index and waist/hip ratio in experimental group were significant statistically decreased compared with control group. Subcutaneous fat thickness of experimental group significant statistically decreased at biceps, triceps, suprailiac, abdomen, and thigh compared with control group. 2. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol in experimental group were significant statistically decreased compared with control group. There was no significant statistically differences in HDL-cholesterol between two group. Antherogenic index of experimental group were decreased compared with control group. 3. For mental, neuromuscular fatigue of fatigue symptoms, experimental group had a tendency more decreased than control group. But, there was no significant statistically differences for physical fatigue symptoms, experimental group had a tendency more decreased than control group. Finally, these results suggest that aerobic dance program had a positive effect of body composition, blood lipid and fatigue symptoms in women's workers for health promotion.

Osteochondroma is a benign neoplasm, osseous projection surrounded with cartilage, 35.8% of benign osseous tumor, 8.5% of whole osseous tumor and usually arises from the skeletal bone. Osteochondroma is a cartilaginous derivation and relatively uncommon in the craniofacial bone. Osteochondroma of the mandible has slow growth rates which mainly affect women around forty years of age and it can appear through the coronoid process and mandibular condyle, especially in the medial half. Clinical finding associated with osteochondroma of condyle are primarily a palpable, painless temporomandibular area mass with facial asymmetry, malocclusion and midline deviations. Sometimes pain and dysfunction like trismus often accompany the anatomic derangement. Other features include malocclusion with open-bite on the affected side and cross-bite on the contralateral side. In this study, a 45-years old female patient exhibits pain on the left temporo-mandibular joint area and malocclusion due to loss of the molar region with osteochondroma on the top left of her mandibular condyle head. The patient is able to recover gradually from the symptom through treatments on manipulation, stabilization splint, arthroscopic lavage and surgical excision, thus, this is reported as a clinical case.

Fibrous dysplasia is a benign fi bro-osseous lesion wherein normal bone is replaced with an excessive proliferation of cellular fibrous connective tissue intermixed with irregular bony trabeculae. Fibro-osseous lesions like fibrous dysplasia are often associated with non-epithelial cysts, such as simple bone cyst. The etiologic and pathogenic relationships between fi brous dysplasia and simple bone cyst have not been conclusively established. Nonetheless, the mechanism of cyst formation in fibro-osseous lesion associated with simple bone cyst can be said to differ from that of the typical simple bone cyst of the jaws. This article reports a case of bilateral lesions including fi brous dysplasia and simple bone cyst on each site and reviews the pathogenesis of cyst formation in the fibro-osseous lesion.
