        외래관광객이 관광기념품으로 구매한 의류상품의 속성에 관한 연구

        Based on documentary research and practical research, this study tries to figure out pragmatically first what characteristics the foreign tourists consider important when they buy clothing merchandise as tour souvenirs, and second, what characteristics the foreign tourists satisfy in the process of performance after purchasing. More specifically, this study applies importance-performance analysis as a management technique for the maximization of the satisfaction of users. As a result of analysis, the characteristics of design, price, fitness, utility, color, and style are located in the first quadrant; convenience of cleaning and handling, kindness of salesperson, functionality are in the second quadrant; durability, convenience and varied ways of payment, after service are in the third quadrant. However, there were no characteristics in the fourth quadrant that is orientated to intensity of hard work. Thus, we conclude that the foreign tourists visiting our country are in general satisfied with their purchasing of clothing merchandise.

        지역축제의 체험요인이 관광객의 지각된 가치와 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 Schmitt(1999)의 ‘전략적 체험 모듈’(strategic experiential modules)에서 설명하는 감각(sense), 감성(feel), 인지(think), 행동(act), 관계(relate) 등의 체험의 5가지 요인을 기반으로 지역축제와 관련한 체험 요인들을 규명하였다. 또한 그 요인들이 관광객들의 지각된 가치, 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 효율적인 체험 마케팅 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 가설 검정 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 가설인 “지역축제의 체험요인은 관광객들의 지각된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다”에 대한 검정 결과, 감각, 감성, 행동, 관계 체험은 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지 체험은 지각된 가치에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. “지역축제의 체험요인은 관광객들의 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다”에 대한 가설 검정 결과, 감각 체험, 감성 체험, 인지 체험, 행동, 관계 체험 모두에서 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역축제에 참가한 관광객들의 지각된 가치는 만족도, 행동의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족도는 행동의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. Based on the five experience factors of Schmitt (1999)'s 'Strategic Experiential Modules‘ such as sense, feel, think, act, and relate, this study tries to suggest an effective experience marketing strategy by way of clarifying the experiential factors related to local festivals, and analyzing their influence on the perceived values, satisfaction, and behavior intention of tourists. The results of hypothesis verification are as follows: First, the verification of the hypothesis that local festival experiential factors will make a positive influence on the perceived values revealed that the experiences of sense, feel, act, relate have a significant influence on the perceived values, but the experience of think has no significant influence on the perceived values. Second, the verification of the hypothesis that local festival experiential factors will make a positive influence on the satisfaction of tourists revealed that all of the experiences of sense, feel, think, relate have significant influences on satisfaction. Finally, our analysis shows that the perceived values of the tourists participating in the local festivals have significant influences on the satisfaction and behavior intention, and satisfaction has significant influence on the behavior intention.

        As the world become closer and closer, the imporaance of exchanging information and ideas among nations has been intensified. Convention industry also has world-wide impacts on economy, tourism industry, society and so on. The international concention industry in korea has been developing since the early 1980's. Many conventions were held in korea on a large scale. We are constantly making great efforts by establishing some cooperation systems beteen the government and private sectors. The direct dffects of attracting convention on tourism industry follows ; 1. To attract a large number of foreign tourists 2. To solve regional maldistribution when attracting them 3. To prolong and length of tourists stay 4. To solve the seasonal demand for tourists having a close relationship to convention industry With the consideration of the above statements, the main purpose of this study is to suggest the efficient solution to problem in the present korean tourism industry through an in-depth analysis of our situation and comparisons with the international trends. To fulfill the objectives of this study, the trends of international convention industry and the present situation in korea, were analyzed. After the analysis, some mathods to bring up the convention industry were suggested. Some suggestions of the divelopment of the international convention industry from a national point of view are as follows ; 1. To give systematic support for the promotion of the level of convention industry. 2. To supplement the unbalance of high demand and low demand season, soving irregular distribution of convention throughout the regions of korea and construction of large scale convention center. 3. To acknlowledge the intensive activitied of overseas a advertisement and publicities. 4. To give a good service to foreign tourists by promoting professional congress organizer, intensifing overseas information and propaganda activities. 5. To establish the institute for education the specialists. 6. To improve and enlarge the hotel facilities and the effective marketing activities. 7. To develop tourism attractions and convention tour program to satisfy the convention participant's need In conclusion, convention related authorities are advised to exert their joint-efforts to develop the marketing mathod suitable for the market variety by improving and enlarging the convention facilities and service.

        연구논문 / 여행사 종사원들의 직무관련 태도요인들이 이직의향에 미치는 영향

        Based on the precedent variables such as the career commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction, this study aims to perform a positive analysis on their influence on the intention to turnover, the dependant variable. The research result indicates that the career commitment has revealed a very negative relation to the intention to turnover. Also we got the result that the job involvement has a little negative influence on the intention to turnover, and the job satisfaction revealed a negative relation to the intention to turnover. As a result by making sure that among the factors related to Korean travel agents' attitude, all those three variable factors (career commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction) have negative relations to the intention to turnover, we can make an interpretation that other variables related to attitude would have negative relations to the intention to turnover. Thus, the research result that has been verified positively is making consensus to the theory by Blau(1989) that carrier commitment has a negative relation to the intention to turnover.

      • 여행사 종사원의 직무만족이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 여행사 서비스 접점인 인카운터에 종사하는 종사원을 대상으로 종사원의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 조직시민행동의 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 종사원의 조직시민행동의 요인 중에서 어떤 요인들이 직무만족에 직접적인 상관관계를 나타내는가를 규명하는 것이 본 연구의 구체적인 목적이었다.이러한 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 서울, 부산, 대구·경북지역의 여행사에 근무하는 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 대구·경북지역 55개의 여행사에 140부, 부산지역의 20개 여행사에 50부, 그리고 서울지역의 20개 여행사에 30부 등 총 95개의 여행사에 220부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 설문조사에 참여한 종사원의 총 수는 201명이었다. 요인분석의 결과 구성원의 노력, 이타주의, 양심적 행동, 정당한 행위, 예의바른 행동 등과 같이 Organ(1988)의 연구에서와 동일한 요인구조를 나타내었으며, 그 중에서 예의바른 행동만 유의성을 나타내지 않을 뿐 나머지의 4개 요인은 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다. 특히 종사원의 직무만족은 조직시민행동 중에서 정당한 행위 요인과 구성윈의 노력 요인에 많은 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다 그러나 기대 와는 달리 종사원의 예의바른 행동요인은 종사원의 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다
