        미생물 생장 예측모델과 반응표면분석법을 이용한 Vibrio parahaemolyticus의 신속 증균배지 개발

        In this study, we developed Rapid Enrichment Broth for Vibrio parahaemolyticus (REB-V), a broth capable enriching V. parahaemolyticus from 10<sup>0</sup> CFU/mL to 10<sup>6</sup> CFU/mL within 6 hours, which greatly facilitates the rapid detection of V. parahaemolyticus. Using a modified Gompertz model and response surface methodology, we optimized supplement sources to rapidly enrich V. parahaemolyticus. The addition of 0.003 g/10 mL of D-(+)-mannose, 0.002 g/10 mL of L-valine, and 0.002 g/10 mL of magnesium sulfate to 2% (w/v) NaCl BPW was the most effective combination of V. parahaemolyticus enrichment. Optimal V. parahaemolyticus culture conditions using REB-V were at pH 7.84 and 37℃. To confirm REB-V culture efficiency compared to 2% (w/v) NaCl BPW, we assessed the amount of enrichment achieved in 7 hours in each medium and extracted DNA samples from each culture every hour. Real-time PCR was performed using the extracted DNA to verify the applicability of this REB-V culture method to molecular diagnosis. V. parahaemolyticus was enriched to 5.452±0.151 Log CFU/mL in 2% (w/v) NaCl BPW in 7 hours, while in REB-V, it reached 7.831±0.323 Log CFU/mL. This confirmed that REB-V enriched V. parahaemolyticus to more than 10<sup>6</sup> CFU/mL within 6 hours. The enrichment rate of REB-V was faster than that of 2% (w/v) NaCl BPW, and the amount of enrichment within the same time was greater than that of 2% (w/v) NaCl BPW, indicating that REB-V exhibits excellent enrichment efficiency. 본 논문은 적은 농도로 존재하는 Vibrio parahaemolyticus를 6시간이내에 10<sup>6</sup> CFU/mL까지 신속하게 배양가능한 배지인 Rapid Enrichment Broth for V. parahaemolyticus(REB-V)를 개발하여 V. parahaemolyticus를 신속하게 검출할 수 있도록 하였다. Modified Gompertz model과 RSM를 활용하여 V. parahaemolyticus를 신속하게 증균할 수 있도록 첨가 성분을 최적화하였다. 그 결과 2%(w/v) NaCl BPW에 D-(+)-mannose 0.3 g/L, L-valine 0.2 g/L, magnesium sulfate 0.2 g/L를 첨가하였을 때 V. parahaemolyticus의 증균량이 최대였다. REB-V의 배양조건을 pH 7.84와 37℃으로 최적화하였으며, 2%(w/v) NaCl BPW와 비교하여 REB-V의 증균 효율을 확인하기 위해 7시간 증균을 통해 증균량을 평가하였다. 또한 매시간마다 배양액에서 DNA를 추출하였고, 추출한 DNA로 real-time PCR을 수행하여 REB-V의 분자진단법 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 7시간 동안 2%(w/v) NaCl BPW에서 V. parahaemolyticus는 5.452±0.151 Log CFU/mL까지 증균되었고, REB-V에서는 7.831±0.323 Log CFU/mL의 V. parahaemolyticus가 증균되었다. 최종적으로 REB-V에서 6시간 이내에 10<sup>6</sup> CFU/mL 이상으로 증균된 것을 확인하였고, REB-V의 증균속도가 2%(w/v) NaCl BPW보다 빠르고 같은 시간 내의 증균량이 2%(w/v) NaCl BPW보다 많았음을 통해 REB-V의 증균효율이 우수한 것으로 확인되었다.

        체조선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 체조선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리가 심리기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 문화체육부 장관기 및 대학, 일반 선수권대회에 참가한 체조선수 총 126명의 자료를 수집하였으며, 본 연구에 사용된 통계방법은 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 각 변수 간 관계를 알아보기 위한 상관관계분석과 중다 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 성취목표성향이 심리기술에 미치는 영향은 과제성향이 목표설정과 팀조화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기성향은 심상요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기관리(몸 관리와 훈련관리, 정신관리)와 심리기술에 미치는 영향은 몸 관리와 집중력, 자기관리의 하위요인 몸 관리와 훈련관리, 정신관리가 심리기술 하위요인인 목표설정에 상대적으로 높은 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대인관계와 정신관리는 팀조화에 관계되며, 그리고 정신관리는 심상과 의지력, 훈련관리는 불안조절에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study analyzes what relationship goal orientation & self-management of gymnasts have with psychological skills. For this research, data of 126 gymnasts who participated in various competitions sponsored by Ministry of culture, sports & tourism and universities or gymnastics championship have been collected. Statistical methods used in this analysis are frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis for calculating validity and reliability. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are conducted for identifying relationship between individual variables. As a result of analysis, first, when it comes to how tendency to achieve goals affects psychological skills, task-disposition affects setting goals and harmony of teams, and also self-disposition affects mental factors. Second, when it comes to how goal orientation affects self-management and psychological skills, body management, concentration, body management & training management as a subordinate concept of self-management and mental management relatively highly affect goal setting as a subordinate concept of psychological skills. It is also found that personal relations and mental management are related to harmony of teams, and mental management affects mental state and willpower and training management affects anxiety control.

        운동선수의 은퇴기대, 심리적 위기감, 은퇴준비수준 및 재사회화 간의 구조관계

        The purpose of this research was to examine the structural relationship among athletes’ retirement expectation, psychological sense of crisis, level of retirement preparation and re-socialization, and to provide them with a practical method for their organized preparation for retirement and the efficient adaptation of themselves to a new environment after retirement. For the research, the survey targeted the elite athletes in the Chonbuk province. For the account of research target’s characteristics and questionnaires, frequency analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were used with SPSS WIN 18.0. In order to verify the structural relationship of the study modeling, confirmative factor analysis and structural equation modeling were operated with LISREL 8.80. The result of this study was as follows: First, athlete’s retirement expectation was statistically significant to a psychological sense of crisis. Second, the retirement expectation made a statistically meaningful influence on the level of retirement preparation. Third, the retirement expectation was influential to re-socialization with statistical significance. Fourth, his/her psychological sense of crisis was not statistically meaningful to re-socialization. Last, his/her level of retirement preparation statistically had a substantial impact on re-socialization.

        체조지도자의 긍정심리자본과 경력몰입, 직무만족의 구조관계

        This study was to explore the relationship among positive psychological capital, career commitment and job satisfaction of the gymnastic coaches. For this, the head coaches and coaches of gymnastic teams(elementary・middle・high school, university, semi-pro team) were surveyed. Except for none questionnaires, final 241 out of 250 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 23.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows. First, the positive psychological capital of the gymnastics coaches in gymnastic teams are significant to career commitment of the head coaches and coaches of gymnastic teams. Second, the positive psychological capital of the gymnastics coaches in gymnastic teams are significant to job satisfaction of the head coaches and coaches of gymnastic teams. Third, the career commitment of the gymnastics coaches in gymnastic teams are significant to job satisfaction of the head coaches and coaches of gymnastic teams.

        초등학생의 체육수업 소외와 스트레스 관계

        본 연구는 초등학교 학생들이 경험한 체육수업소외와 체육수업스트레스의 변인간의 관계성을 알아보고, 체육수업 내실화에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 J시에 소재한 초등학생 6학년 아동 전체(남 127명, 여 153명)의 설문자료를 분석에 사용하였으며, 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 요인분석(factor analysis), 상관관계(correlation analysis), 중다회기분석(multiple regression analsis)의 통계적 검증을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 초등학생들이 체육수업소외(체육교사소외, 운동능력소외, 교과내용소외)는 학습내용스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육수업소외(친구관계소외, 운동능력소외, 교과내용소외)는 친구들과의 마찰 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육수업소외(운동능력소외, 친구관계소외)는 자신감부족 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 체육수업소외(체육교사소외, 교과내용소외)는 교사불만 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 체육수업소외(운동능력소외, 체육교사소외, 친구관계소외, 교과내용소외)는 시험부담 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 통계적으로 유의한 결론이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 초등학생들의 체육수업소외는 학습내용 스트레스, 친구들과 마찰 스트레스, 자신감부족 스트레스, 교사불만 스트레스, 시험부담 스트레스에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. This study searches relation between fantast of physical education class estrangement and Cheyuksueopseuteureseu that primary school students recognize, and is tendencious to contribute at physical education class main room Tuesday. Used question data of J city locating elementary school pupil 6 class child whole (127 others, 153 women) in analysis for this study, and drew following conclusion through frequency assay, interrelation, Jungdahoegibunseok`s statistical verification. First, elementary school pupils appeared that physical education class estrangement (gymnast, motor ability, faith subject contents estrangement) affects to Hakseupnaeyongseuteureseu. Second, was expose that physical education class estrangement (friend relation, motor ability, subject contents) affects in attrition stress with friends. Third, was expose that physical education class estrangement (motor ability, friend relation) affects in pride tribe stress. Fourth, was expose that physical education class estrangement (gymnast estrangement, subject contents estrangement) affects in teacher complaint stress. Fifth, conclusion that keep in mind statistically that physical education class estrangement (motor ability, gymnast, friend relation, subject contents) affects in examination burden stress appeared.

        체육전공 예비교사들의 교육실습 전 · 후에 나타난 교직관의 상대적 중요도 차이

        This study is to analyze a difference in relative importance of teaching profession view shown before · after classroom teaching practice of pre-service teachers majoring in physical education. For this end, an AHP survey was conducted. with regard to AHP analysis, Methods: pre-service teachers at 7 colleges of education were selected according to region (1 college in Seoul, 2 in Chungnam, 1 in Chungbuk, 1 in Jeonnam and 2 in Jeonbuk). The results of analyzing pairwise comparison questionnaires for respective 164 pre-service teachers before · after student teaching are as follows. First, with regard to relative importance of teaching profession view before student teaching, it was shown that ‘positive teaching profession view (0.381)’ had the highest relative importance, being followed by ‘negative teaching profession view (0.381)’ and ‘social teaching profession view (0.218)’. And it was shown to be the lowest in ‘teaching profession aspiration (0.152)’. Second, it was shown that relative importance of teaching profession view shown after student teaching was the highest in ‘teaching profession aspiration (0.401)’, being followed by‘ positive teaching profession view (0.266)’ and ‘negative teaching profession view (0.184)’. And it was shown to be the lowest in ‘social teaching profession view (0.149)’. Third, with regard to a change in priority and relative importance of teaching profession view in pre-service teachers majoring in physical education before · after student teaching, positive teaching profession view factor weight was decreased by 0.115. And negative teaching profession view factor weight was decreased by 0.065. Social teaching profession view factor weight was decreased by 0.069. However, it was shown that teaching profession aspiration factor weight is increased by 0.249. the significance of hands-on experience through pre-service teachers’ teaching practice and the necessity of follow-up study to enhance pre-service teachers’ competency as teacher and promote professionalism was proposed.

        체육교사가 지각한 교수열정, 교과열정, 교수효능감 및 교직헌신의 관계

        본 연구는 교사가 지각한 교사열정, 교과열정, 교사 효능감과 교사 헌신간의 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 4개 시도의 체육교사를 대상으로 (총 274명)변인간 구조적 관계를 검증 하였으며, 가설에 따른 직접효과 뿐만 아니라 잠재변인 간 매개되어 나타난 간접효과도 분석하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 체육교사가 지각한 교수열정은 교수효능감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육교사가 지각한 교과열정은 교수효능감에 통계적 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사가 지각한 교수열정은 교직헌신에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 넷째, 체육교사가 지각한 교과열정은 교직헌신에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 다섯째, 체육교사의 교수효능감은 교직헌신에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적으로 영향이 나타났다. 이러한 결과 교사가 가지는 교사열정, 교과열정, 교사효능감, 교직헌신은 학생들의 학습 동기, 학업성취, 학생들 자신의 효능감에 결정적 영향을 미치는 요인이 된다. 결론적으로 이 연구결과를 통해 교사열정, 교과열정, 교수효능감 및 교직헌신간의 긍정적으로 직 · 간접적인 관계가 증명되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의했고 후속 연구의 방향을 제언했다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify how teaching passion, subject passion, teaching efficacy and teaching dedication perceived by physical education teachers affect each other. Methods: For this purpose, questionnaire survey to 300 people who participated in job study and training for teacher was conducted and 274 questionnaires were used for analysis. Reliability analysis, Frequency analysis, Correlation analysis for Data analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 and Confirmatory Factor analysis and Structural equation modeling analysis were conducted using AMOS 18.0 as computer program for covariance structure analysis. In order to decide model goodness of fit through entire samples, Chi-square value, Root Mean Square Residuals, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation, General Fit index, Normal Fit index, Comparative Fit index, Tucker and Lewis Index, Average Variance Extraction, etc. were analyzed. Results: First, it showed that teaching passion perceived by physical education teachers has a positive effect on teaching efficacy. Second, it showed that subject passion perceived by physical education teachers has a statistically significant effect among variables of teaching efficacy. Third, it showed that teaching passion perceived by physical education teachers has a statistically significant effect on teaching dedication. Fourth, it showed that subject passion perceived by physical education teachers has a statistically significant effect on teaching dedication. Fifth, it showed that teaching efficacy of physical education teachers has a statistically effect on teaching dedication. Conclusion: The result of this study was demonstrated positive direct and indirect relationships between teaching passion, subject passion, teaching efficacy, and teaching dedication.

        체조 국가대표 선수들의 계층구조분석(AHP)을 활용한 자기관리 검사지의 가충치 변화 탐색

        The purpose of this study, twenty-eight Olympic Games, World Championships, Asian Games gymnastics medalists pairwise comparison (pairwise comparison) was performed. In this study, uniform, scoring, and specifically how to use a strip of self-management has been recognized in the field of sports athletes, researchers and field leaders to accurate measurement by utilizing AHP item self-administered test for the relative importance was quantified by calculating The results are as follows: Was assessed by Training Management (0.342) mental Management (.334),body care(0.256) (0.068), interpersonal management of the relative importance of factors for the self-administered Questionnaire top gymnast. Interpersonal management topic gymnast strip the self-management of the sub-factors of body care items and food before the fight ‘regulates’ the highest relative importance to maintain harmonious interpersonal relationships with colleagues ‘.’ It was rated with the highest relative importance. Was the highest relative importance to the topic training management training on a regular basis’, ‘believe in myself.’ Mental management topic was rated as the highest relative importance. AHP analysis, the expert group were self-administered test the relative importance of the items that give different. Reflect the needs of the sports venues and professionals as research suggests the possibility of utilizing the present study, considering the relative importance of the self-administered test tool gymnast. These studies to gain a foothold in the field to improve the performances of the players in various sports, including gymnastics, hope this helps.

        2010 Japan Cup 여자체조 이단평행봉 결승경기(III) 루틴 연기내용 분석

        본 연구는 2010년 7월 일본에서 개최한 Japan cup 체조대회에서 여자 이단평행봉 결승경기에 출전한 8명의 선수들을 대상으로 각 선수들의 전체 연기내용을 난이도분석, 연결보너스, 시작점수요소를 면밀하게 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 8명의 선수가 연기한 난이도 분석은 전체 난이도 수 평균 55.0±4.49로 나타났으며 A난이도~G난이도 중 8명의 선수는 D난이도 총 31개 평균4.57±1.72로 가장 많이 실시하였으며, 어려운 F난이도는 8명의 선수 모두 실시하지 않았고 가장 어려운G난이도는 (러시아)NT 선수만 1회을 실시하였다. 2. D+C 또는 D+D로 0.1점의 보너스를 받을 수 있는 요소의 연결은 총 18가지 계통의 10회를 실시한 것으로 나타났다. 연결요소 중 Hang on HB-Swing fwd with 1/2turn (180˚) and flight to hstd on LB(저봉으로 비행이동요소)와 Facing inward -Stalder bwd with release and counter movement fwd in flight tohang on HB(고봉으로 직접연결 비행요소)를 2명의 선수가 1회씩 실시하여 가장 많이 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 3. D+E 또는 E+E로 0.2점의 보너스를 받을 수 있는 요소의 연결은 총 10가지 계통의 요소를 5명의 선수가 각 1회 연기를 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 4. 시작점수가 6.00점대에 포함된 선수는 연결가치점은 TK(일본)선수가 0.6점을 받았으며 시작점수(start value)는 6.50점으로 가장 높은 점수가 나타났다. 그 다음은 MA(러시아)선수가 연결 가치점 0.3점과 시작점수 6.00점이 나타났다. This study has analyzed the difficulty, connective bonus points, and starting points of the entire performance (routine) of 8 competitors of the parallel bar finals at the 2010 Japan Cup, and has concluded the following results. 1. The average difficulty level of the 8 competitors presented itself to be 55.0±4.49, and among the difficulty levels of A~G, level D was performed the most frequent with an average of 4.57±1.72 among a total of 31, and level G, the most difficult level was performed only once by competitor NT (Russia). 2. D+C or D+D, the bonus connection of 0.1 points was performed 10 times over 18 systems. The connective aspects, Hang on HB-Swing fwd with 1/2turn (180˚) and flight to hstd on LB, and the Facing inward -Stalder bwd with release and counter movement fwd in flight to hang on HB was performed once each by 2 competitors. 3. D+E or E+E, the bonus connective aspect of 0.2 points was performed once each by 5 competitors over a total of 10 systems. 4. The competitor, TK (Japan), who received the highest starting point, of 6.50, received a connective value point of +0.6 points, and the following competitor, MA (Russia) received a starting point of 6.00 with a connective value point of +0.3.
