        무인차량 적용을 위한 차선강조기법 기반의 차선 인식

        This paper proposes lane recognition algorithm using lane prominence technique to extract lane candidate. The lane prominence technique is combined with embossing effect, lane thickness check, and lane extraction using mask. The proposed lane recognition algorithm consists of preprocessing, lane candidate extraction and lane recognition. First, preprocessing is executed, which includes gray image acquisition, inverse perspective transform and gaussian blur. Second, lane candidate is extracted by using lane prominence technique. Finally, lane is recognized by using hough transform and least square method. To evaluate the proposed lane recognition algorithm, this algorithm was applied to the detection of lanes in the rainy and night day. The experiment results showed that the proposed algorithm can recognize lane in various environment. It means that the algorithm can be applied to lane recognition to drive unmanned vehicles.

        미세플라스틱으로 인한 해양오염과 그로인한 생태계에 미치는 영향, 인간의 건강에 유해성을 끼치는 피해를 유발한다. 현재 국내의 해안은 미세플라스틱에 의한 오염도가 외국의 오염도보다 높은 수치를 기록하고 있다. 5mm 이하의 크기로 물리적으로 매우 작을뿐더러 시간의 경과에도 분해되지 않기 때문에 해양생물의 섭식 및 축적이 우려되는 바이며 플라스틱의 제조과정에 함유된 화학물질에 대한 위험성 또한 존재한다. 또한 재질과 크기에 따라 영향도 달라지기 때문에 정확한 비교와 분석이 어려워 유형에 따른 명확한 기준과 실험방법의 도출이 필요하다고 판단된다.

        운동 보조 및 운동 정보 모니터링이 가능한 오토 트레이닝 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for healthcare services that can periodically monitor health status and maintain health by increasing the weight training population. However, injuries in the absence of trainer are increasing with the increase in the number of members in the fitness training center. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can periodically monitor the user’s exercise state and assist in systematic and safe exercise even when the trainer is absent. In this study, we developed an auto training system that can effectively manage the exerciser while supporting the strength movement. The auto training system consists of a cable mount module, a control module, and a training information monitoring module. In order to evaluate performance of the developed system, the assistant force tests are carried out. Experimental results showed that the assistant force works well when the exerciser is out of power.

        실루엣을 적용한 그룹탐색 최적화 데이터클러스터링

        K-means is a popular and efficient data clustering method that only uses intra-cluster distance to establish a valid index with a previously fixed number of clusters. K-means is useless without a suitable number of clusters for unsupervised data. This paper aimsto propose the Group Search Optimization (GSO) using Silhouette to find the optimal data clustering solution with a number of clusters for unsupervised data. Silhouette can be used as valid index to decide the number of clusters and optimal solution by simultaneously considering intra- and inter-cluster distances. The performance of GSO using Silhouette is validated through several experiment and analysis of data sets.

        데이터 클러스터링을 위한 혼합 시뮬레이티드 어닐링

        Data clustering determines a group of patterns using similarity measure in a dataset and is one of the most important and difficult technique in data mining. Clustering can be formally considered as a particular kind of NP-hard grouping problem. K-means algorithm which is popular and efficient, is sensitive for initialization and has the possibility to be stuck in local optimum because of hill climbing clustering method. This method is also not computationally feasible in practice, especially for large datasets and large number of clusters. Therefore, we need a robust and efficient clustering algorithm to find the global optimum (not local optimum) especially when much data is collected from many IoT (Internet of Things) devices in these days. The objective of this paper is to propose new Hybrid Simulated Annealing (HSA) which is combined simulated annealing with K-means for non-hierarchical clustering of big data. Simulated annealing (SA) is useful for diversified search in large search space and K-means is useful for converged search in predetermined search space. Our proposed method can balance the intensification and diversification to find the global optimal solution in big data clustering. The performance of HSA is validated using Iris, Wine, Glass, and Vowel UCI machine learning repository datasets comparing to previous studies by experiment and analysis. Our proposed KSAK (K-means+SA+K-means) and SAK (SA+K-means) are better than KSA(K-means+SA), SA, and K-means in our simulations. Our method has significantly improved accuracy and efficiency to find the global optimal data clustering solution for complex, real time, and costly data mining process.

        T24 인체방광암 세포에서 pachymic acid에 의한 apoptosis 유발

        Pachymic acid는 복령에서 분리된 lanostane-type인 triterpenoid의 일종이다. 최근 pachymic acid가 항암 및 항염증 효능과 산화적 스트레스에 대한 항산화 효능 등과 같은 약리적인 효능이 있는 것으로 밝혀지고 있으나, 그에 대한 구체적인 분자생물학적 기전 연구는 매우 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 pachymic acid의 항암활성 및 관련 기전 조사의 일환으로 T24 인체 방광암세포 모델을 이용하여 pachymic acid에 의한 apoptosis 유발 여부를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 pachymic acid는 T24 세포의 증식을 유의적으로 억제시켰으며, 이는 apoptosis 유발과 연관성이 있음을 다양한 방법으로 확인하였다. Pachymic acid에 의한 apoptosis 유도에는 pro-apoptotic 인자들의 발현 증가와 anti-apoptotic 유전자 산물들의 발현 감소가 동반되었으며, MMP의 소실과 tBid의 발현 증가가 관찰되었다. 아울러 pachymic acid는 extrinsic 및 intrinsic apoptosis 경로의 개시에 관여하는 caspase-8 및 -9의 활성뿐 만 아니라, caspase-3의 활성도 증가시킴으로서 PARP와 같은 기질 단백질의 단편화를 초래하였다. 따라서 pachymic acid는 항암활성을 지니는 천연생리활성 물질로서의 잠재력이 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다. Pachymic acid (PA) is a lanostane-type triterpenoid derived from the Poria cocos mushroom. Several beneficial biological features of PA provide medicine with a wide variety of valuable effects, such as anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity; it also has antioxidant effects against oxidative stress. Nonetheless, the biological properties and mechanisms that produce this anti-cancer action of PA remain largely undetermined. In this study, we investigated the pro-apoptotic effects of PA in T24 human bladder cancer cells. It was found that PA could inhibit the cell growth of T24 cells in a dose-dependent manner, which was associated with the induction of apoptotic cell death, as evidenced by the formation of apoptotic bodies and chromatin condensation and accumulation of cells in the sub-G1 phase. The induction of apoptotic cell death by PA was connected with an up-regulation of pro-apoptotic Bax and Bad protein expression and down-regulation of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL proteins, and inhibition of apoptosis family proteins. In addition, apoptosis-inducing concentrations of PA induced the activation of caspase-9, an initiator caspase of the mitochondrial-mediated intrinsic pathway, and caspase-3, accompanied by proteolytic degradation of poly (ADP-ribose)-polymerase. PA also induced apoptosis via a death receptor-mediated extrinsic pathway by caspase-8 activation, resulting in the truncation of Bid and suggesting the existence of cross-talk between the extrinsic and intrinsic pathways. Taken together, the present results suggest that PA may be a potential chemotherapeutic agent for the control of human bladder cancer cells.

        디지털 중량제어기술을 활용한 고령친화운동기구의 인간공학적 분석

        노쇠의 관리를 위해 근력운동의 중요성이 강조되고 있고 다양한 운동기구들이 개발되어지고 있다. 최근에는 전자기 저항을 디지털 중량으로 변환하여 제어하는 디지털 중량제어기술이 주목을 받고 있으나 국내에서 고령자를 대상으로 하여 디지털 중량제어기술 기반 운동기구의 효과성과 안전성을 검증한 보고는 전무하다, 따라서, 본 연구는 디지털 중량제어기술을 활용한 고령친화운동기구의 인간공학적 분석을 통하여 이후 개발방향의 지표 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 총20명의 성인 남녀 (연령: 62.40 ± 2.09 세) 를 대상으로 적용 가능한 운동강도를 분류하기 위하여 운동기구의 부하를 레벨화하였고, 세가지 실험대상 동작시의 근 활성도와 심박수를 측정하였다. 또한, 국제 표준 ISO 9241-11에 준거한 설문지를 활용하여 소프트웨어부와 기기부의 안정성, 조작성, 효율성, 만족도 등을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 운동 부하, 근활성도, 심박수가 일관되게 증가하는 결과를 통해서 현장에서 적용 가능한 3단계의 운동 강도를 분류할 수 있었다. 모니터 사이즈의 확대, 메뉴의 한글화, 기구의 소형화, 소음의 최소화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한, 결과들을 고려할 때 향후 신제품 개발시에는 기구 크기, 표시부, 소음의 보완을 통한 고도화된 고령친화운동기구 개발의 필요성이 시사되어 진다. For frailty management, the importance of resistance exercise has been emphasized, and various devices have been developed. Recently, digital weight control technology that converts electromagnetic resistance to a digital weight is attracting attention, but there are no reports confirming the effectiveness and safety of the device for seniors in Korea. This study conducted a biomechanic-based ergonomic analysis of an elderly-friendly exercise device utilized in digital load control technology to suggest a direction for development. Twenty seniors (age: 62.40 ± 2.09 years) were included. The load of the device was classified into three levels, and the muscle activity and heart rate were assessed during three experimental motions. A questionnaire based on the International Organization for Standardization 9241-11 was adopted to evaluate the stability, operationality, efficiency, and satisfaction with the software and device. The program could be divided into three exercise intensities that can be utilized in the field depending on whether the exercise load, muscle activity, and heart rate were consistent. The monitor size needed to be enlarged to make the menu Korean, reduce the device size, and minimize noise. Considering these findings, the development of an advanced age-friendly exercise device by improving the size, display, and noise is suggested.

        최소자승법과 Kalman Filter 를 이용한 AUV 의 DGPS 기반 Localization 의 위치 오차 감소

        It is generally important to get a precise position information for autonomous unmanned vehicle(AUV) to run safely. For getting the position of AUV, the GPS has been using to navigation in a vehicle. Though it is useful to finding a position, it is difficult to precisely control a trajectory of the AUV due to large measuring error which may reach over 10 meters. Therefore to apply AUV it needs to compensate for the error. This paper proposes a method to more precisely localize AUV using three low-cost differential global positioning systems (DGPS). The distance errors between each DGPS are minimized as using the least square method (LSM) and the Kalman filter to eliminate a Gaussian white noise. The selected DGPS is cheaper and easier to set up than the RTK-GPS. It is also more precise than the general GPS. The proposed method can compensate the relatively position error according to stationary and moving distance of the AUV. For evaluating the algorithm by simulation, the DGPS signal with the Gaussian white noise to any points is generated by the AR model and compared with the measurement signal. It is confirmed that the proposed method can effectively compensate the position error as comparing with the measurement signal. The compensated position signal can be used to localize and control the AUV in the road.
