국내 노인 심부전 환자에서의 잠재적으로 부적절한 약물사용 현황에 대한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to assess the incidence of the potentially inappropriate medication (PIM)use in Korean elderly patients with heart failure, and to evaluate factors that influence PIM use. Method: Korean NationalHealth Insurance claims database between January 2009 and December 2009 was used. Using 2012 updated Beers criteria,PIM use in heart failure patients aged 65 years or older was examined. Result: The incidence of PIM use in elderlyheart failure patients was higher than in overall elderly patients. Among the 12,759 elderly patients with heart failure,46.2% of study subjects were prescribed PIM(s) at least once. The number of PIM per 10 medications that patientsreceived per patient was 1.53. The most commonly used PIMs in elderly heart failure patients were benzodiazepines(30.9%), non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) including COX-2 inhibitors (16.3%), digoxin (9.9%), andspironolactone (9.0%). Women (odds ratio, 1.20; 95% CI, 1.17-1.24), medical aid (odds ratio, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.08-1.13),and long-term facilities (odds ratio, 2.69; 95% CI, 2.44-2.96) were revealed to be important factors associated with PIMuse. In addition, patient`s age also seems to influence PIM use. Conclusion: Elderly heart failure patients are at agreater risk for adverse drug events attributed by inappropriate medication use. Efforts to increase awareness of PIMuse in elderly heart failure patients are needed. In addition, various comprehensive strategies and policies to identifyand prevent PIM use should be established nationwide.
주거환경만족도에 영향을 미치는 도시의 지역적 특성에 관한 연구

Unlike in the past, housing styles and characteristics have gradually diversified. Therefore, there is a growing interest in residential environments that can meet people"s needs beyond housing supply. The subjective satisfaction of the residents is the main factor for the sustainable development of the city. Therefore, this study aims to suggest implications for improving the satisfaction of residential environment through the empirical study. The 2014 housing survey data and GIS data were used for analysis. As a research method, multi - level logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of individual level and local level on the satisfaction of residential environment. As a result of the study, The more you stay in an apartment, the higher the overall satisfaction of the house. The higher the locational satisfaction, the higher the satisfaction of residential. In the second level of local variables, bus stops, libraries, and large commercial facilities showed a significant relationship. Through this study, various factors affecting the satisfaction of residential environment were identified. It also suggests that the planned supply and operation of the municipal infrastructure is necessary for residential satisfaction and housing welfare.
개별 및 근린환경 특성이 보행자 교통사고 심각성에 미치는 영향

Pedestrians can be always exposed to traffic accidents. This study aims to identify the effects of individual and neighborhood environmental characteristics on the severity of pedestrian traffic accidents. The research focused on pedestrian vehicle crashes which occurred from 2013 to 2015 in Daegu Metropolitan City. The dependent variable was coded as 0 for minor injury and 1 for fatal injury. The multi-level logistic regression model was used in order to consider both individual and neighborhood environmental factors. The neighborhood environmental characteristics were measured with the use of Geographic Information System. The main results showed that the individual characteristics had more explanatory power than the neighborhood environmental characteristics in explaining the severity of pedestrian injuries. The severity of pedestrian injuries was likely to be high when pedestrians were female, when drivers were male, and when drivers or pedestrians were old. These findings suggest that education programs are needed for both pedestrians and drivers. At the neighborhood level, the severity of pedestrian injuries was likely to be high in the neighborhood with high child population and high vehicle speed limit. Children"s safety zones were found to be negatively associated with the severity. This finding show the need of more safety facilities around high-speed roads, especially in the areas of high child population. This study suggests more concrete and effective policy research to build a safe city from traffic accidents.
도시재생 선도지역의 사업내용 및 기대효과 유형 분류 및 분석

도시는 다양한 콘텐츠를 담고 있는 유기적 존재로써 특히 최근에 관심을 받고 있는 도시재생은 콘텐츠 개발을 통해 경쟁력을 강화하는 사업이다. 따라서 도시의 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 도시재생 사업의 내용과 기대효과를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 11곳의 근린재생형 선도지역의 마중물 사업의 사업내용과 기대효과를 유형화하고 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마중물 사업의 사업내용은 물리적 재생이 가장 많으며 기대효과는 사회적 효과가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 사회적 재생의 사업은 주민의 역량강화를 위한 사업이 주를 이룬다. 셋째, 물리적 재생의 기대효과에서는 경관개선에 관한 기대효과가 많았으며, 넷째 사회적 기대효과에서는 도시재생의 기본 개념인 주민참여에 관한 내용이 많았음을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로, 단일 효과보다는 사업의 효과를 복합적으로 기대할 수 있는 사업개발이 필요하다. 향후 도시재생 뉴딜사업에서는 마을 고유의 자산을 활용하고 경쟁력 있는 도시콘텐츠 개발에 기반하며 다양한 효과가 나타날 수 있는 사업에 대한 연구가 필요하다. Urban regeneration is a project to enhance the competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the contents and expected effects of urban regeneration projects. In this study, we classified and analyzed the contents and expected effects of the 11 neighborhood urban regeneration pilot projects. The main results are as follows; First, physical regeneration is the most popular in terms of project contents, and social approach is the most typical for the expected effects. Second, the project of social regeneration is mainly focused on strengthening the capacity of residents. Third, the most expected effect of physical regeneration was about the improvement of landscape. Fourth, the most expected effect of social regeneration was the contents of residents’ participation. Finally, there is a need for the development of projects that can expect a combination effects rather than a single effect. The urban regeneration new deal projects need to pay more attention to projects that can have various effects based on the development of competitive urban contents.
