지식정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 인터넷의 활용이 각 분야에서 보편화 되면서 행정과정에 시민의 참여가 확대되고 사이버공동체 구성원 간에 쌍방향적 의사소통이 가능하게 되었다. 통계행정을 수행함에 있어서도 시민의 자발적 참여와 쌍방향적인 의사소통이 필요하다. 통계 행정의 혁신을 위해서는 통계생산 과정에 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 통계조사과정의 집중적인 정보화가 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 새로운 통계조사방법의 적용이 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 통계조사업무의 정보화를 추진함에 있어 인터넷에 의한 통계조사를 효율적으로 실시하기 위한 통계 사이버 거버넌스의 모형을 설계하고 그 형성요소들을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 인터넷 통계조사를 단순한 조사방법론적인 기법이 아니라 행정 정책학적인 거버넌스 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 거버넌스이론과 관련된 제도분석틀 및 경험적 연구내용과 인터넷조사과정의 체제분석을 통하여 통계 사이버 거버넌스 모형설계의 분석틀을 마련하고, 마련된 분석틀을 바탕으로 통계 사이버 거버넌스의 모형을 설계하고 그 형성요소들을 분석하였다. 그 후 통계청에서 실시한 인터넷 통계조사의 사례분석과 인터넷 조사방법에 대한 평가조사를 통하여 설계된 모형과 형성요소들의 적합성을 검증하고, 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. With the progress of knowledge and information society, Internet is used widely in the various field. Through the use of the Internet, citizens are able to participate positively in the process of public administration. Internet utilization in the statistical survey which is the most important statistical process is necessary to innovate statistical administration. The purpose of this study is to build a model of the statistical cyber governance and to find its components in the Internet survey. The model is designed according to the institutional analysis frames of rational institutionalism, the existing research on the governance and the system analysis of the Internet survey. To identify the model, Case studies are introduced about the real Internet survey of the National Statistical Office.
소결체와 저탄소강의 레이저용접 특성에 미치는 입열량 및 용접부 성분변화의 영향

A laser welding was applied between sintered tip of Fe-Co-W and low carbon steel shank for the diamond saw blade. The welding characteristics and formation of defects were investigated carefully for the weld fusion zone in different welding condition. Dendrite arm spacing in weld bead decreased with decrease of heat input. Co and W increased and Fe decreased in the weld fusion zone with increase of the heat input. The corresponding change of composition was observed with the change of beam position. The maximum and total length of crack decreased with increase of the heat input. The crack in weld bead was propagated along the dendrite boundary and was caused mainly by the segregation of constituent during the solidification.
TiCl₄ 농도와 교반강도가 수중 인 제거에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 TiCl₄의 농도(0.25-0.59 mM)와 급속교반속도(100-250 rpm), 완속교반속도(30-60 rpm)의 변화가 인 제거효율에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 응집제 농도가 0.25≤[TiCl₄]≤0.39 mM 범위에서 인 제거 효율은 TiCl₄의 농도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 처리후 인의 농도는 0.2 mg/L 이하였다. 응집제 농도 0.39 mM, 급속교반속도 100 rpm, 완속교반속도 30 rpm에서 인 제거효율이 약 99%로 가장 높았다. TiCl₄의 농도가 낮을 경우(0.25-0.27 mM) 인제거효율의 편차는 급속교반속도 변화(2-3%)보다 완속교반속도 변화(7-10%)에서 더 민감하였다. This study evaluates the efficacy of titanium tetrachloride (TiCl₄) on phosphorus (P) removal in synthetic wastewater. Jar test experiments were performed at various TiCl₄ concentration (0.25-0.59 mM), and intensities of slow (30-60 rpm) and rapid (100-250 rpm) mixings to determine the conditions at which P removal was most efficient. The P-removal efficiency was highest (about 99%) at TiCl₄ concentration ([TiCl₄])=0.39 mM with rapid-mixing intensity=100 rpm and slow-mixing intensity=30 rpm. The slow-mixing intensity was more sensitive than the rapid-mixing intensity to the P removal efficiency when [TiCl₄] was low (0.25≤[TiCl₄]≤0.27 mM).
연속주조에서 몰드 내 용강의 정상상태와 비정상상태하의 난류 유동에 관한 수치해석 비교

Numerical calculations have been carried out to investigate the effect of traveling magnetic field on the liquid steel flow in a continuous casting mold. It is a general procedure to add Lorentz force as a source term in momentum equation for steady state equations. However, in using traveling magnetic field, the changing magnetic field cannot be counted at steady state calculation. It has been in question if the steady state calculation results are in agreement with the one by unsteady state calculation. In this study, the steady state calculation is improved by utilizing new average Lorentz force value.
평형주형형 박슬라브 연속주조에서 노즐 형태가 공정에 미치는 영향에 대한 수치 모사 연구

In thin slab continuous casting process, the submerged entry nozzle (SEN) design is the prime controlling factor of the flow patterns of liquid steel which has an important effect on the surface and internal quality of steel produced. Four SENs were designed with different port angles and sleeve lengths. Solving three-dimensional thermo-fluid-dynamics by the control volume method with body-fitted coordinates system, horizontal velocity on the meniscus and temperature distribution were compared for each SEN. The solidified shell thickness was also investigated at each case. And also the inclusion path was traced to see the tendency of inclusion removal.

This study analyzes the types of external forms of detached housing buildings, and conducts the S.D test with it and is to structurize the image of external form of buildings. Types of 24 detached housing buildings are analyzed in this vein and the results are as follows: (1) Mass type in the primary cognitive factor of building is mostly simple or multiple box type. (2) As a result of analyzing the secondary cognitive factor of building, horizontal type is most and it shows that it is the favorable structure in the stability of form. Roof shape and side pattern are mostly gable and plat roofs and it is known that traditional gable roof and flat roof influenced by modern construction are shown in housing. (3) To examine the tertiary cognitive factor, surface shape is mostly flat type and it shows a little monotonous composition. Also finishing materials are concrete and brick. S.D test of detached houses doesn't show the extreme psychological test disposition and does somewhat affirmative evaluation. As a result of conducting the factor analysis based on S.D test, nine psychological factors including 「originality」, 「pleasantness」, 「harmony」, 「ornamentation」, 「openness」, 「balance」, 「rhythm」, 「stability」 and 「orientation」. These can be called psychological factor axis which can evaluate the modern detached house.
DV-Xα 분자궤도법을 이용한 Li, Fe 의 첨가에 따른 TiS2 의 전자상태 계산에 관한 연구

Discrete-variational(DV)-Xα method has been applied to investigate the electronic structures of layered compound TiS₂ intercalated with Li or Fe. The chemical bonding properties of the atoms were examined by plotting bond overlap population of electron states. The plot of density of status supported the covalent bonding properties by showing the overlap between the electronic states. There is a strong tendency of covalent bonding between Ti and S. In the presence of Li and Fe, the bond overlap population of Ti-S bonding decreases sharing the covalency with Li-S or Fe-S. The ionic character of the intercalating atom was negligible. The results of the calculation of TiS₂ indicate that DV-Xα method can be widely applied in the research area of electronic structures. It could also be used to develop a new practical material.
