선회다짐기 다짐곡선을 이용한 아스팔트 혼합물의 소성변형 특성 평가

지금까지 이용된 아스팔트 혼합물 배합설계는 주로 마샬다짐방법을 이용하여 시편을 제작하였고, 정해진 공극률에 맞추어 제작된 시편의 간단한 역학적 특성치를 이용하였다. 선회다짐기를 이용한 다짐방법은 아스팔트 포장의 시공과정 및 시공 후 발생하는 아스팔트 표층의 다짐정도를 실내에서 구현할 수 있는 다짐방법이다. 선회다짐기를 이용하는 슈퍼페이브 배합설계는 주로 아스팔트 포장의 공용성 측면에 맞추어 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 선회다짐기는 아스팔트 혼합물의 다짐특성을 평가할 수 있는 좋은 다짐방법임에도 불구하고, 주로 시편제작용으로만 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 슈퍼페이브 선회다짐기의 중요 특징중의 하나인 아스팔트 혼합물의 다짐 특성을 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하고, 이를 국내 아스팔트 혼합물 다짐곡선에 적용해 보는 것이다. 선회다짐기의 다짐곡선으로부터 얻을 수 있는 다짐특성지표는 크게 다짐에너지지수와 교통다짐에너지지수가 대표적인 값이다. 이러한 다짐에너지 곡선을 이용하여 아스팔트 혼합물의 소성변형 가능성을 평가하였고, 이를 적용할 수 있는 기준안을 제시하였다. For the time being, HMA test specimen were prepared by Marshall Compaction Method for hot mix asphalt design and evaluated the mechanical properties of HMA at the specified air voids. Gyratory Compaction can simulate the field compaction process and measure the degree of compaction just after field compaction in laboratory. Superpave mix design with Gyratory compactor has been used for characterization of performance. The curve of gyratory compaction can be used to evaluate the permanent deformation potential of hot mix asphalt. In this paper, couple of indices for hot mix asphalt have been showed for hot mix asphalt in Korea. The major properties from gyratory compaction curve are compaction energy index and traffic compaction index. The specific guide line for the potential of hot mix asphalt has been proposed.
성견 발치와에 매식한 2종의 Bovine Bone Powder가 치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 조직학적 연구

Several extraction cases with advanced bone loss as a result of periodontal disease, root or labial bone fracture, extensive caries, and periapical lesions occur esthetic, functional problems and severe bone loss. Therefore, to treat these cases used several surgical methods and socket preservation among this therapies have been evaluated simple, effective and good prognosis in the implant placement. Socket preservation therapy have been used with barrier membranes or/and graft materials. Deproteinized bovine bone mineral have been evaluated ideal grafting materials. Recently, calcium-phosphate thin film coated bovine bone powders were developed in our country, but the study for these material wasn't reported. When two types of xenograft materials were implanted in extraction sockets of Beagle dogs, the effects of these were analyzed after 4 weeks and 8 weeks histological views. The results of this study were as follows. 1. In control groups, 4 weeks after implantation, the extraction sockets were filled with connective tissue which has dilated vessels and epithelial growth. And after 8 weeks, irregular connective bundles were observed. But new bone formation was not seen. 2. In Bio-Oss groups, epithelial growth was not seen and bone powder was covered with connective tissue fiber. New bone formation was found around the interproximal bone. There was no special change seen after 8 weeks, connective tissue fibers became more regular, and bone growth near bone powder was not made well. 3. In Ca-P BBP groups, epithelial cells didn't grow in the extraction sockets, there was a lot of new bone made around the bone powder after 8 weeks, new bone around bone powder was replaced with mature bone. It is thought that bone powder grafting into the extraction sockets is very useful for conservation of ridge, and Ca-P BBP is more effective in bone formation than Bio-Oss.

열증착법에 의해서 온도 85$^{\circ}C$인 glass기판 위에 CdS 박막을 제작하였다. 두께가 200nm정도로 측정된 CdS박막은 공기 중에서 온도 25$0^{\circ}C$-55$0^{\circ}C$범위에서 각각 30분간 열처리 되었으며 이들 시료에 대하여 4-point probe, XRD, SEM, UV-Spectrophotometer 및 광발광 측정으로 전기적 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. 이들의 일련의 실험값은 열처리 온도 37$0^{\circ}C$ 근처에서 구조의 변화를 보여주었는데, 열처리 온도에 대한 비저항아니 XRD, SEM 의 측정은 cubic로부터 hexagonal구조로의 변환을 나타내었다. 특히 상온에서 측정한 광발광에서 green edge emission(GEE)피이크가 2.42eV를 나타내었는데 이 때의 발광 중심은 열처리할 때 생긴 S-vacancy에 보상된 산소로 이루어진 'CdO'의 악셉터준위에 기인하는 것으로 해석되며 그 이온화 에너지는 약 0.16eV이었다.
페놀폼 단열재의 물성 특성 성능 평가 및 기준용액에 따른 산성화에 관한 연구

This study discusses the performance evaluation of physical properties according to the criteria of phenolic foam insulations that are currently on the market, and whose demand is increasing among building insulation materials in Korea. The acidification test according to a reference solution, focusing on phenolic foam insulation, was performed on construction sites. The tests were conducted utilizing the test method in accordance with KS M ISO 4898. Additionally, a cone calorimeter test and an acidification test according to a reference solution were conducted to evaluate the acidification according to a reference solution as well as other physical properties of phenolic foam insulation. Samples accepted located at L, M, and N sites were divided into four cases, 1 to 4, based on the thickness of the sample. The samples in each case were classified into F (sample with film) and NF (after removing film) for the test. The test results showed that all cases exceed the performance criteria (0.1 to 0.22%) of absorbency in the test conducted in accordance with KS M 489. Subsequently, the absorbency tests were reconducted with the samples. The re-test results showed that the performance was reduced before and after absorbency. In the cone calorimeter test, Test Agency A found that Cases 2 and 4 with cotton were not acceptable, while Test Agency B found that Cases 3 and 4 with cotton were not acceptable, and in the acidification test with pH 5.0 reference solution found that all cases, except for Case 3 NF, had acidification with the pH reaching 2.257.
비드법 발포 폴리스티렌 단열재의 밀도와 열전도율의 상관관계에 관한 연구

This study analyzed the relationship between thermal conductivity and density of expanded polystyrene sheet. A database was developed based on the test results in recent three years and their performances were analyzed. In addition, their performance tests on density and thermal conductivity based on specimens sold in the market currently were conducted in six institutions including qualified testing agencies. As a result, the performance analysis results through the database exhibited that all apartments whose density was corresponded to Types 1 and 2 had the corresponding thermal conductivity values, respectively, and the performance test measurements through the specimens were also similar to the above analysis results.
페놀폼 단열재의 물성 특성 및 성능 평가에 관한 연구 - 현장 반입된 페놀폼 단열재를 중심으로 -

This study discussed the characteristics and performance evaluation on phenolic foam insulation whose demand is increasing in recent years for building insulating materials in Korea, In particular, this study focused on phenolic foam insulation used in building sites. The tests were conducted by utilizing the test methods in accordance with KS M 4898. In addition, cone calorimeter test, harmful gas emission test, indoor air quality test were conducted to evaluate the performance of the phenolic foam insulation. The test results exhibited that the absorptivity exceeded the performance criterion by 0.1 to 0.26%, and the insulation did not satisfy the cone calorimeter test in Cases 3 and 4 that contained the face plate. In addition, the formaldehyde emission was 0.024 to 0.459 mg/(m2·h) in all cases except for the two cases. The test results on the samples introduced in the site revealed that the institutional regulations on performance criteria of phenolic foam insulation and product performances are needed to be improved.
