뇌졸중 환자에 있어서 Mini-Mental State Examination과 Motor Assessment Scale을 통한 인지기능과 기능적 회복의 상관관계 연구

The objective of this study was to identify the effects of the cognitive performance of stroke patients on their motor function recovery after comprehensive rehabilitation management. The subjects of this study were 41 stroke in-patients of the Rehabilitation Hospital, College of Medicine, Yonsei University, hospitalized during the period from September 1, 1997 to May 5, 1998. The cognitive performance was measured using a Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and the motor function recovery using Motor Assessment Scale(MAS). The data were analyzed by the paired t-test, independent t-test, a one way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficiency. The findings were as follows: 1. There was a significant difference found in the motor function recovery level after the comprehensive rehabilitation management. 2. There was no significant difference found in relation to sex, age, cause of stroke, laterality of paralysis and the level of spasticity. However, there was a big difference between pre- and post-treatment regarding the treatment period. 3. In line with the cognitive performance level, there was a significant difference found in the motor function recovery level after the comprehensive rehabilitation management. 4. The correlation between the elements of the cognitive performance and the motor recovery was found to be high in orientation, attention, calculation, and language. Those elements were expected to give larger effects on motor recovery after the comprehensive rehabilitation management. Based on this study, the cognitive performance level was found to play an important role in bringing effects on motor recovery after the comprehensive rehabilitation management of stroke patients. And the evaluation on the motor recovery based on quality would be also expected to be examined, as well as the cognitive performance level test accompanied by Intelligence Quality(IQ) test.

본 연구의 목적은 그린홈 거주자의 주거선택요인이 무엇인지, 이들 선택요인이 주거만족도와 충성도에 순차적으로 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그린홈 거주자의 인구통계학적 특성 및 주거형태가 주거선택요인이 주거만족도에 미치는 관계에서 조절작용을 하는지를 조사하였다. 창원시 단독주택형 그린홈 거주자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수한 322장의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 그린홈 선택요인인 경제성, 지원제도, 유지보수, 설치용이 등은 주거만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타난 반면 설비효율 요인은 주거만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주거만족도는 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 성별, 학력, 거주지역, 월 평균 가구소득 등은 선택요인과 주거만족도간에 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 주택크기는 조절작용을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purposes of this research were to examine that selection attributes of GreenHome had influence on residental satisfaction and that residential satisfaction had influence on loyalty. Data from 322 GreenHome residents in Changwon city were collected through a structured questionnaire. The result showed that residential satisfaction were positively influenced by four selection attributes of GreenHome such as economy, support system, maintenance, easy installation, whereas residential satisfaction was not influenced by plant efficiency. In addition, loyalty was positively influenced by residential satisfaction. Also the moderating roles of gender, education level, place of residence, and average household income were partially found between selection attributes and residential satisfaction. The theoretical and practical implications of findings and limitations were discussed.

In this paper, magnitude and shape of the current flowing on AC line was analyzed when series AC arc and parallel AC arc occur. It was confirmed through experiment that when series AC arc occurs on the AC line, the shape of the current changes more than the magnitude of the current. In addition, in the case of the parallel AC arc, it was confirmed from the experiment that shouldering effect occurred and the line current flowing on the AC line had a distorted current waveform comprising multiple harmonic components, instead of a sinusoidal waveform. To detect series AC arc and parallel AC arc, Zero crossing period (ZCP) and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) result were used. As a result of analyzing the arc detection capability when the series AC arc and the parallel AC arc occur, in the case of series AC arc, arc detection in time-domain was more effective than in the frequency-domain when the line current was small and detection capability was similar at each domain when the line current was large. In the case of the parallel AC arc, it was confirmed from the experiment that the parallel AC arc was more easily detected than the series AC arc, because the parallel AC arc generates a more distinct current change comparing to the series AC arc.

This paper describes a diffuser-type polymeric micro pump with a hetero-shaped microfluidic channel for lab-on-a-chip(LOC) applications. The hetero-shaped micro fluidic channel is to generate the net flow by making difference in the fluidic resistance of input and output port. The channel consists of two regions with different cross-sectional shapes; a semi-circle (80 ㎛ in width) for input flow and a rectangle (200 ㎛ in width) for output flow. The micropump can be simply fabricated using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), which is widely used as a polymer material for microfluidic devices. Pneumatic pressure is periodically applied to the fabricated pump, which is evaluated in terms of duty ratio and frequency.

The purpose of this study is to announce the present condition, walking training, and adaptable training of a limb amputated patient. The study is a successful report of the limb amputated patient through the medical treatment of the physical therapy. A cause of the limb amputated patient, a truck driver, was that the patient was hit by a train when the driver alight from the truck. Then, the driver was surgical operated on left AK (Above Knee) amputation and left AE (Above Elbow) amputation by orthopedics at the Young Dong Severance Hospital on Dec.7, 1996. Two weeks after the operation (Dec., 22, 1996), the patient was trained at the Yonsei Medical Center Physical Therapy Hospital for the walking and temper adjust training. It was possible to do a flat surface walking and a slope surface walking without helping due to the patients optimistic personal character and motivation. However, the patient struggled to a dull surface walking and his weak endurance. the patient has several problems when the patient wears artificial legs and hands, fears on fall down, and mentally worries on noise when he walks. It is necessary to approach for this problems by many fields of the helpers, such as Rehabilitation medical doctor, physical therapist, occupational therpist, artificial limbs makers, psychologists, and etc. Therefore, in order for recovering from the amputated parts function after the surgical operation, more approved reports have to be for the amputated patients due to increasing traffic accidents, industrial disaster, cancer, diabetes, obstacles of the peripheral nervous system, and etc.
