        스테레오 영상 보정 알고리즘에 기반한 새로운 중간시점 영상합성 기법

        본 논문에서는 비교정 상태의 스테레오 입력영상에 영상보정 알고리즘을 적용한 새로운 중간시점 영상합성 기법을 제시하고 그 성능을 분석하였다. 제시된 방법에서는 먼저, 좌, 우 스테레오 영상의 각 화소 간들에 대한 유사도 및 모서리 검출을 통해 특징점을 추출한 다음, 이들 특징점을 이용하여 스테레오 영상간의 움직임 벡터와 에피폴라 선을 검출하였다. 그리고 스테레오 영상간의 수평선을 일치시킴으로써 좌, 우 스테레오 영상을 보정하고 최적으로 적응적 변위추정 기법을 이용하여 최적화된 중간시점 영상을 합성하였다. CCETT의 'Man' 영상과 스테레오 카메라를 사용하여 촬영한 '사람' 및 '자동차' 영상을 사용한 중간영상 합성 실험결과 본 논문에서 제안된 보정기법으로 교정된 스테레오 영상의 경우가 비교정 상태에 비해 'Man' 영상은 3.6㏈, '사람' 및 '자동차' 영상은 2.59㏈, 1.47㏈의 PSNR이 각각 개선됨이 분석됨으로써 본 논문에서 새로이 제시한 스테레오 영상 보정 알고리즘 기반의 중간시점 영상합성 기법의 실질적 응용 가능성을 제시하였다. In this paper, a new intermediate view reconstruction method employing a stereo image rectification algorithm by which an uncalibrated input stereo image can be transformed into the calibrated one is suggested and its performance is analyzed. In the proposed method, feature point are extracted from the stereo image pair though detection of the corners and similarities between each pixel of the stereo image. And then, using these detected feature points, the moving vectors between stereo image and the epipolar line is extracted. Finally, the input stereo image is rectified by matching the extracted epipolar line between the stereo image in the horizontal direction and intermediate views are reconstructed by using these rectified stereo images. From some experiments on synthesis of the intermediate views by using three kinds of stereo image; a CCETT's stereo image of 'Man' and two stereo images of 'Face' & 'Car' captured by real camera, it is analyzed that PSNRs of the intermediate views reconstructed from the calibrated image by using the proposed rectification algorithm are improved by 2.5㏈ for 'Man', 4.26㏈ for 'Pace' and 3.85㏈ for 'Car' than !hose of the uncalibrated ones. This good experimental result suggests a possibility of practical application of the unposed stereo image rectification algorithm-based intermediate view reconstruction view to the uncalibrated stereo images.

        호텔조리사가 인식하는 조직공정성이 개인, 집단, 조직 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This research analyzed empirically the effect of Organizational Justice on Creativity for cooks. The results of the analysis were generated as follows. First, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and individual creativity, it was found that interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on individual creativity. and informational justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on knowledge and experience, task motivation among sub-variables of individual creativity. Second, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and group creativity, all of the sub-variables of group creativity are proved to have positive influence on relationship, autonomy among sub-variables of group creativity. and informational justice, distributive justice, interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on cohesiveness among sub-variables of group creativity. and procedural justice interpersonal justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on diversity among sub-variables of group creativity. Third, as a result of verifying the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational creativity, it was found that procedural justice, distributive justice, informational justice among sub-variables of Organizational Justice have positive influence on Organizational creativity.

        Caenorhabditis elegans Connectomes of both Sexes as Image Classifiers

        Connectome, the complete wiring diagram of the nervous system of an organism, is the biological substrate of the mind. While biological neuralnetworks are crucial to the understanding of neural computation mechanisms, recent artificial neural networks (ANNs) have been developedindependently from the study of real neural networks. Computational scientists are searching for various ANN architectures to improve machinelearning since the architectures are associated with the accuracy of ANNs. A recent study used the hermaphrodite Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) connectome for image classification tasks, where the edge directions were changed to construct a directed acyclic graph (DAG). In this study,we used the whole-animal connectomes of C. elegans hermaphrodite and male to construct a DAG that preserves the chief information flow in theconnectomes and trained them for image classification of MNIST and fashion-MNIST datasets. The connectome-inspired neural networks exhibitedover 99.5% and 92.6% of accuracy for MNIST and fashion-MNIST datasets, respectively, which increased from the previous study. Together,we conclude that realistic biological neural networks provide the basis of a plausible ANN architecture. This study suggests that biological networkscan provide new inspiration to improve artificial intelligences (AIs).

      • Dental Treatment for Handicapped Patients in Day Care Units: 2 Years' Experience at Seoul National University Dental Hospital

        연구배경: 장애인의 치과치료는 일반인의 치과치료와는 달리 많은 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 이러한 장애인 환자의 치과치료를 위하여 서울대학교 치과병원에서는 치과마취과를 중심으로 임상 각과가 협진하여 외래마취 기반 하에 1999년부터 장애인 진료실을 운영하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 서울대학교 치과병원 장애인 진료실의 치료방법을 소개하고 그 동안 치료받은 장애인 환자들의 자료를 바탕으로 마취과적인 특징을 분석하였다. 방법: 2001년 1월부터 2002년 5월까지 치료받은 총 54명의 장애인 환자들의 치료기록지와 마취, 그리고 회복실 기록지를 검토하였다. 환자의 성별, 나이, 전신질환, 수술 전 시행된 검사, 치료에 참여한 협진과, 마취 유도제와 유지제, 총 마취시간과 회복실 체류시간, 그리고 회복실에서 관찰된 합병증을 조사하였다. 결과: 총 54명의 환자들을 대상으로 58건 치과치료가 시행되었다. 한 건의 의식진정 법을 제외하고는 모두 전신마취 하에서 치과치료가 시행되었다. 마취유도제는 thiopental sodium, 근이완제는 vecuronium과 succinylcholine가 가장 많이 사용되었으며 마취 유지를 위해서는 enflurane과 isoflurane의 흡입마취제를 이용하거나 TCI를 이용한 propofol 지속정주를 이용하였다. 총 마취지속시간은 $160.2{\pm}55.5$분이었으며 회복실에서의 체류시간은 $132.8{\pm}50.1$분, 그리고 완전한 회복을 확인하기 위해 병동에 단기 입원시킨 소아환자에서는 $58.7{\pm}16.8$분이었다. 회복실에서 심각한 합병증은 발생하지 않았다. 지속적인 감시를 위하여 4명의 환자가 입원을 권유받았으나 특별한 합병증 없이 다음 날 퇴원하였다. 결론: 서울대학교 치과병원 장애인 진료실은 외래마취에 대한 기존의 연구들보다 긴 마취시간과 회복실 체류시간을 보였다. 그러나 별다른 합병증 없이 일회 방문으로 장애인 환자들에게 필요한 치과치료를 모두 제공할 수 있었다.

        Hemophilia A is the most common congenital bleeding disorder, which is sex-linked disease, caused by a deficiency of clotting factor VIII. We experienced a case of alveolorrhaphy using iliac bone graft under general anesthesia for the correction of bilateral cleft alveolus in 10-year-old boy with hemophilia A. Factor VIII activity in this patient was 0.7%, on the severely deficient level, and aPTT was 100 seconds. Just before operation, he received 1,750 units of factor VIII intravenously for loading dose. After we confirmed his factor VIII activity improved to 95% and aPTT to 38.4 seconds, operation was begun. No more transfusion was needed during the operation. In his postoperative care, he received 50 units/kg a 12 hours for 3 days and 30 units/kg a 12 days for 2 days. His factor VIII activity was maintained at 57-139% during his hospitalization. He was discharged without any anesthetic complication. So we report this successful case of anesthetic management for the oral surgery in a child with hemophilia A.

        치과 환자에서의 $Perfusor^{\circledR}$ fm 자가통증조절기를 이용한 Propofol 자가진정조절법

        Background: Patient-controlled sedation (PCS) has been blown for a safe and effective sedative method on the same pharmacological concepts of patient-controlled analgesia. Many different kinds of infusion devices have been used but they often have too long nominal infusion rate and lockout time. $Perfuser^{\circledR}$ fm (B. Braun, Germany) is a new PCA device with 999.9 ml/hr nominal infusion rate and minimum 1 min lockout time. In this study, the feasibility of propofol PCS using $Perfuser^{\circledR}$ fm was examined in order to provide a safe satisfactory sedation for dental patients. Methods: Eleven healthy patients presenting for oral surgery were studied. Propofol PCS was performed using $Perfuser^{\circledR}$ fm, which was set to deliver a bolus dose of 5 mg with 999.9 ml/hr nominal infusion rate and 1 min lockout time. Propofol loading dose was randomly assigned to a bolus dose ${\times}$ 0, 2, and 3 (initial bolus). Patients were told to press the bolus button as often as they needed to relieve discomfort. Results: Total infused dose of propofol was mean 1.8 mg/kg/hr and D (Delivery)/A (Attempt) ratio was mean 72.8%. All patients was awake and there were no clinically significant intraoperative side effects during the sedation. Almost all patients were very satisfied with this type of PCS. Conclusion: Propofol PCS using $Perfuser^{\circledR}$ fm infusion pump provided good conscious sedation for dental procedures.
