Active Contact Flange (Active Contact Flange) is a device installed between the robot arm end effector and the robot arm to maintain a constant force between the workpiece and the tool. ACF is able to maintain a constant force in the surface machining operation, which gives positive results for control. In the existing surface processing automation operation, the force and the position are controlled simultaneously, so performance degradation is predicted. In this paper, we propose an ACF device that can control unstable forces separately. ACF can be expected to have more positive effects in terms of economy, efficiency, and environment compared to hydraulic cylinders using hydraulic oil. Since there is non-linearity in the air, this paper controls the force using a suitable sliding mode control. In the case of the existing PID controller, it is simple and has excellent performance, but it is difficult to control the uncertainty of the disturbance due to the fixed gain. Therefore, the sliding mode controller was applied to increase the control performance of uncertainty in disturbance, and force control was performed. As a result, force control was implemented without using a servovalve, and it was confirmed that it is possible to maintain contact force for surface processing.

In order to extract meaningful information from the excellent farming settlement cases of young farmers published by KNCAF, we studied the key words with text mining and created a word cloud for visualization. First, in the text mining results for the entire sample, the words 'CEO', 'corporate executive', 'think', 'self', 'start', 'mind', and 'effort' are the words with high frequency among the top 50 core words. Their ability to think, judge and push ahead with themselves is a result of showing that they have ability of to be managers or managers. And it is a expression of how they manages to achieve their dream without giving up their dream. The high frequency of words such as "father" and "parent" is due to the high ratio of parents' cooperation and succession. Also 'KNCAF', 'university', 'graduation' and 'study' are the results of their high educational awareness, and 'organic farming' and 'eco-friendly' are the result of the interest in eco-friendly agriculture. In addition, words related to the 6th industry such as 'sales' and 'experience' represent their efforts to revitalize farming and fishing villages. Meanwhile, 'internet', 'blog', 'online', 'SNS', 'ICT', 'composite' and 'smart' were not included in the top 50. However, the fact that these words were extracted without omission shows that young farmers are increasingly interested in the scientificization and high-tech of agriculture and fisheries Next, as a result of grouping the top 50 key words by crop, the words 'facilities' in livestock, vegetables and aquatic crops, the words 'equipment' and 'machine' in food crops were extracted as main words. 'Eco-friendly' and 'organic' appeared in vegetable crops and food crops, and 'organic' appeared in fruit crops. The 'worm' of eco-friendly farming method appeared in the food crops, and the 'certification', which means excellent agricultural and marine products, appeared only in the fishery crops. 'Production', which is related to '6th industry', appeared in all crops, 'processing' and 'distribution' appeared in the fruit crops, and 'experience' appeared in the vegetable crops, food crops and fruit crops. To visualize the extracted words by text mining, we created a word cloud with the entire samples and each crop sample. As a result, we were able to judge the meaning of excellent practices, which are unstructured text, by character size.

The precise alignment of two glasses is a typical procedure in LCD or OLED assembly. For this process, the vision system evaluates position errors between glasses by detecting the pattern markers printed in each glass and the X, Y, R stage moves one glass to another in order to correct the error. Commonly used 2-D moving stage, called the 4-Axes Parallel Stage, has 3 motors at each corner which respectively move in X1, X2, Y or X, Y1, Y2 direction. In this stage, 3 axes motions combine to make the X, Y, R motion. Therefore the required 3 axes feed need to be calculated from the X, Y, R errors using inverse kinematics. But the inverse kinematics conversion has too many possible cases because of the diversity in stage configuration such as the motors positions and directions. In this work, the multi purpose stage is designed to transform into any configuration that can occur in practical application. When the new configuration stage is designed, inverse kinematics conversion is derived and verified in desktop environment using multi purpose parallel stage. Through this work, stage control system can be developed more efficiently.

유전체 분석을 위한 시퀀싱 기술의 발전으로 유전체 데이터량이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 저장 및 관리 비용 절감을 위해 유전체 데이터 압축 기술이 연구되고 있지만, 국제 표준의 부재로 다양한 포맷들이 사용되고 있다. 최근, MPEG에서 유전체 데이터의 압축 및 저장 표준에 대한 필요성을 받아들여 표준화 작업이 진행 중이다. 본고에서는 유전체 분석의 기본이 되는 염기서열의 분석 과정을 소개하고, 유전체 데이터 압축 및 저장 기술의 표준화 동향에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.
