무선 센서 네트워크를 이용한 거주자우선주차 인증시스템의 설계 및 구현

도시에서 교통 및 주차 관리의 효율성은 삶의 질과도 직접적으로 관련이 있는 중요한 문제이다. 거주자우선주차장은 도시의 주차공간 확보에 큰 비중을 차지하면서도 개별 주차 구역이 작고 별도의 출입구가 없어 효율적인 운영을 위한 적절한 인증시스템이 부재하였다. 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 추가적인 관리인 없이 적은 비용으로 거주자우선주차장을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 인증시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템의 실험을 통하여 저전력 소모를 위한 슬립 주기별 센서 노드의 수명을 측정하였고, 간단히 측정된 조도값의 변화만으로 주차 여부를 판단하기 위하여 시간대별로 주차 유무에 따른 조도값의 변화를 실험하여 그 오차범위가 최소 45 이상이면 주차 여부를 확인할 수 있음을 보였다. An efficient management system for parking lots and traffic monitoring in a metropolitan city is a very important issue, which is tightly closed to qualify of life. While a residential permit parking program has been contributing to resolve the lack of parking places, there has been no autonomous authentication system due to no apparent entrance gate and smallness of each parking zone. In this paper, we propose and implement an authentication system for residential permit parking lot using wireless sensor networks, which is cost-effective and even no need for additional managing person. Through the experimental evaluation, we analyzed relationship between the life time of sensor nodes and the various values of sleep periods to minimize power consumption of the nodes, and also showed that the difference of luminance sensed by each sensor node is at least 45 or bigger between when the parking place is occupied or not, resultingly it can be used to decide whether a parking place is occupied or not by simply detecting the change of luminance sensed.

선박의 고강도화 및 극후물화가 진행됨에 따라 선체 구조물의 파괴 특성에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 최근 균열정지의 관점에서 취성균열 정지특성에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 연구결과에 따르면 65mmt 이상의 극후물 용접부에 대해서 취성균열 정지특성의 저하가 발생할 가능이 있다고 보고되고 있으며, 취성균열 정지특성이 우수한 강재의 개발 이외에 용접부 보강재의 부착, 보수 용접 실시 등 개선 방안을 마련하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 극후물 용접부 취성균열 전파기구에 관한 규명은 현재 전무한 실정이며, 강재 두께의 영향 이외에 용접 입열량 용접부 잔류응력 등의 효과가 복합적으로 검토되어야 한다. 아울러 극후물 용접부 균열정지 파괴인성의 평가, 대형파괴시험을 대체할 소형시험법의 개발 및 검증 등에 관한 연구가 요구된다.

Cutter-Sanborn 저자기호표에 관한 분석적 고찰

The purpose of this is to evaluate the contents through the anal us is of the merits and demerits, and its special quality of the Cutter-Sanborn Three-figure Author Table. table. The abstract of this study is as follows : With the results of the analysis of Cutter-Sanborn's Tabls, several advent-age were found in the area of enumerative-ordinal numbering system, mixed notation, and information retrieval. A defect is that each corporate author and serials and reference book's titles are difficult to be numbered, and there is serious diviation in percentages of the numbers assigned to each letter because each letter apportion rate was applied without any criteria. Such phenomenon decrease the effectiveness as author notation in several letters. The separation of headings are seriously unbalanced because the separation of heading is not consistent with actual publishing trends. This phenomenon made difficult individualization of materials in several letters.

지구상에서 가장 오래된 사막인 아프리카 나미브 사막과 칠레 아타카마 사막에서는 이슬을 수집하여 생존하는 딱정벌레와 안개를 수집하는 식물이 서식하고 있다. 폭발적인 인구증가와 과다한 수자원 사용으로 인해 사막화가 가속화되고 있는 현대에 이러한 자연의 지혜를 이용한다면 지속가능한 새로운 수자원을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 이 글에서는 최근 자연모사기술을 기반으로 공기 중 수분 수집을 시도하는 연구들과 상용화에 힘쓰는 비영리 및 영리 단체들을 소개하고자 한다.

이 논문은 정보봉사의 개념과 속성을 밝히고, 이를 토대로 정보봉사의 철학적 기반을 세우는데 목적을 두었다. 정보봉사의 개념과 속성은 용어의 어원과 정의 및 내용, 역사적, 사회적 관점에서 그 근거를 밝혔다. 이를 통해 정보봉사라는 용어가 정보봉사의 본질과 속성 그리고 활동내용에 가장 적합한 명칭임을 논리적으로 증명함으로써 정보봉사의 이론을 체계화하였다. 정보봉사의 철학은 용어의 어원, 정의, 기능, 그리고 역사적, 사회적 관점 등에서 일관되게 흐르고 있는 정신인 교육, 정보, 상담 지도라는 세 요소와 봉사라는 인본주의적 요소를 중심으로 그 기초를 세우는 작업을 시도하였다. The purpose of this paper is deriving philosophical foundations of information services by clarifying its concepts and attributes. Clarifying its concepts and attributes is based on the origin of the term information services, definitions and contents, historical and social perspectives. The theory of information services was reorganized by logically demonstrating that the term "information services" is most suitable name to represent its essence, attributes, and activities. The philosophy of information services has the key elements as instruction, information, guidance, and service in humanistic aspects which have been shown consistently in the origin of the term, definitions, historical and social perspectives. This paper tried to establish philosophical basis for information services that is focused on these elements.
