Generally, a leakage in a high pressure hose assembly can be determined if hydraulic fluid falls down through fitting which is swaged with a rubber hose. This study tried to visualize leakage, which is considered a failure occurring often in the hydraulic system. In the case of methods which verify leakage paths in the power steering hydraulic system equipped with a high pressure hose assembly, three types of leakage paths, which could be seen by cutting the swaging part, were generally found. However, it was difficult to find out leakage paths by using power steering oil. In this study, four methods, including the thermal burn image method, the hole drilling method of fitting metal, the white paint infiltration method, and the fluorescent infiltration method, were tried to introduce. Reappearance test methods in the high pressure hose assembly, which include a hole drilling, a white paint infiltration, and a fluorescent infiltration method, can be applied to find the failure mode and to approve the test before the mass production of the high pressure hose. Finally, we found the leakage path of the power steering hose by the fluorescent infiltration method and that can be useful to modify and old system.

Not only does the labor of manufacturers used most in the drying process after rice harvest, but it also is having huge influence in quality. Also, because drying storage of rice production around the whole country is scarce with original facility, it has become a very important matter that farms develop their own safe and high-quality facilities to store and dry rice. Therefore, this study developed a small scale accumulated storage and drying bin, assessed·analyzed drying properties, and conducted analysis of research on the property of quality when storing for a long time. As a result, the drying speed of the small scale accumulated storage and drying bin was adequate of 0.042%/hr and was shown that the experimental static pressure and theoretical static pressure corresponded. Also, it was shown that drying cost was up to about 6 times inexpensive that heated air drying. For the storage of the small scale accumulated storage and drying bin, average of moisture content was around 16.5 until early April and decreased to 15.7% in July. Inside storage was maintained to 12∼13% until early April and slightly increased to 14% after May. It was shown that inside storage had higher hardness and rate of cracking than the small scale accumulated storage and drying bin by storage conditions and germination rate was shown a little higher when stored in the small scale accumulated storage and drying bin.

Hydraulic hose can be divided with low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure hose according to applied pressure. Power steering system in passenger car can be divided with high pressure and low pressure hose. This study deals with the life prediction for high pressure hose to be given impulse pressure which was generated in turning the car. To adjust with external and internal condition, impulse pressure and oil temperature need to be controlled with impulse test system. The result, which is only controlled with the pressure and oil temperature, adapted Calibrated Accelerated Life Test(CALT) method to predict the life of high pressure hose and analyzed the swagging part by finite element method during impulse test.

This study deals with the life prediction for high pressure hose of power steering system by impulse pressure test. The case of producing high impulse pressure in the power steering system happens when turning the car. we got the experimental data with impulse pressure with same situation referred above. Also, this data adapted CALT method(Calibrated Accelerated Life Test method) to predict the life of high pressure hose. Based on this date, we predict the life cycle of high pressure hose for power steering system

전기철도 구간에서 전기동력차 및 전원공급 설비의 증가에 따라 차량 운행중의 정상상태 부하전류와 지락고장 등에 의한 고장전류의 증가에 따라 철도시설물에 이상전압으로부터 안전을 확보하고자 하는 대책으로 공통접지방식을 시행하고 있다. 그러나 시공의 현장에서 철도선로로부터 일정한 거리 또는 교량의 하부 등에 시설되는 울타리 등의 금속체에 대한 시공은 현장의 여건상 어려움이 많이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도선로의 연변에 시설되는 금속체에 대하여 차량 운행중의 정상상태와 고장상태에서 발생하는 전위분포를 측정하는 시험과 대지저항률의 변화에 따른 전위분포의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 인체에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 안전을 확보할 수 있는 접지설계 기준을 수립하고자 하였다. The power supply system of electric railway is consist of many electric facilities such as overhead contact line, power supply system, a signaling tract circuits, train control system and train communication system etc. Electric grounding systems are adopted for the protections of the human being and the damage of equipment from the overcurrent and the overvoltage by electrical accidents. In this paper, we deal with the standard of common grounding system for electrical railway system. Especially, grounding design for the metal structures in the electric railway. For the proposed paper, we tested the potential distribution of the metal structure in the electric railway system at the fields. And we analyzed the data from field tests and computer simulations for the effectiveness of the common grounding system in the electric railway system.

본 논문은 한국전자통신연구소에서 수행중인 고속 중형 컴퓨터 (주선산기Ⅲ) 개발 사업에 적용되고 있는 검증 방법(verification and validation)에 관한 것이다. 복잡하고 다양한 기능을 갖는 대규모 시스템 개발 사업의 효율적인 품질 향상을 위해서는 검증 활동이 필요하다. 이 글에서는 고속 중형 컴퓨터 개발에 적용되고 있는 검증 계획과 검증 수행 방법에 대하여 서술하고, 검증 결과에 대하여 실제 적용 사례와 경험을 기술하였다.

NTC 써미스터를 내장시킨 소형의 열전 냉각 모듈을 제작하고 LD와 같은 광통신부품에 적용하기 위한 온도제어 및 항온유지 특성을 분석하였다 BiTe계 열전반도체 21쌍으로 구성된 열전 모듈은 크기 $7.2 mm{\times}9 mm{\times}2.2 mm$이고, 내장된 써미스터의 빠른 응답속도로 인해 정밀온도제어가 가능하다. 열전 모듈은 성능 지수(Z) $2.5{\times}10^{-3}$/K, 300 K에서 최대 온도차(${\Delta}T_{max}$) 72 K, 최대 흡열량($Q_{max}$) 2.2W 값을 나타내었으며 온도 제어 정밀도는 대기 중에서 ${\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$내였다. 이는 광통신 부품의 작동 환경 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 항온제어용 소형 열전 모듈로서 적용이 가능하다. NTC thermistor embedded miniature thermoelectric module was fabricated for the precise temperature control of optical communication device such as laser diode (LD). The miniature thermoelectric module ($7.2 mm{\times}9 mm{\times}2.2 mm$) consists of 21 BiTe thermoelectric couples, the operating temperature is precisely controlled by embedded thermistor with quick response. The figure-of-merit (Z), maximum temperature difference (${\Delta}T_{max}$), maximum cooling capacity ($Q_{max}$) of the miniature thermoelectric module were $2.5{\times}10^{-3}$/K, 72 K, 2.2 W respectively and temperature could be controlled in range of ${\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$ accuracy in air. The fabricated miniature thermoelectric module is suitable for applications of the optical communication packaging.
