While there is a growing concerns that developments of new industrial parks are spread out to rural areas or otherwise undeveloped land at the outskirts of the urban area, very few studies attempt to empirically investigate the locational patterns of industrial parks in Korea. Using spatial dataset for industrial parks from 2001 to 2014 and eup-myeon-dong level population data in 2000, this study develops and applies a sprawl index for individual industrial park that accounts for its job accessibility or job-resident spatial matching. Results of the sprawl index analysis show that industrial park location became more inaccessible relative to populated places, especially, after the year 2008, when the special act for simplification of authorization and permission procedures for industrial parks was enacted. Measuring industrial park sprawl as accessibility among job potential and populated places gives planners and policy makers a better understanding how industrial park locations link to the strategies for increasing job opportunities for urban neighborhood and for promoting sustainability through slowing greenfield consumption and suburbanization of industrial activities.

과연 타르스키의 진리정의는 철학에 필수적인가?

최근에 이병덕 박사는 졸고 「열린 해석과 타르스키의 진리정의」 (이하 ‘박정일(1999)’로 약칭함)에 대하여 일견 매우 강력한 비판을 제기하였다. 그 비판의 핵심은 박정일(1999)에서 제시된 주장의 세 가지 근거가 모두 설득력이 없다는 것이다. 나는 이 글에서 이러한 이병덕 박사의 비판에 대해 답변하고자 한다. 나의 논점은 이러하다: 나는 박정일(1999)에서 타르스키의 진리정의가 철학에 필수적인 수단을 제공하지 않으며, 바로 이러한 의미에서 철학적으로 중요하지 않다고 주장하였다. 여기에 대한 이병덕 박사의 비판은 더 깊은 생각을 요구하는 자극적인 것이었지만, 나는 그가 대체로 박정일(1999)를 오해했다고 생각하며, 그리하여 그의 어떤 비판은 모호하거나 빗나갔고 또 어떤 주장은 오류라고 생각한다. 특히, 그가 제시하는 반대 주장 -이것을 의도한 것이라면- 의 논거는 거의 설득력이 없다고 여겨진다. 따라서 나는 여전히 박정일(1999)의 주장이 유효하다고 생각한다.

비트겐슈타인의 ‘의미체’에 관하여

비트겐슈타인의 철학에서 중요한 수수께끼 중 하나는 ‘의미체’(Bedeutungskorper)가 무엇이냐 하는 것이다. 이 글에서 나는 다음을 보이고자 한다. 『탐구』에서 단 한 번 언급된 ‘의미체’는 바로 『논고』에서 거론되는, 특히 논리적 상항의 ‘의미’이다. 이를 위하여 나는 다음과 같은 순서로 논의하고자 한다. 첫째, 우리는 먼저 비트겐슈타인이 실제로 ‘의미체’에 관하여 구체적으로 언급한 것을 살펴보아야 한다. 이러한 언급은 ?비트겐슈타인의 음성들에서 분명하게 제시되어 있는데, 우리는 이 언급에서 제시된 것을 ‘의미체 비유’라고 부를 수 있다. 둘째, ‘의미체 비유’에서 비트겐슈타인이 제시한 것이 과연 『논고』에 실제로 있는지 우리는 확인해야 한다. 여기에서 먼저 선행해서 해결되어야 하는 문제는 ‘∼’과 같은 논리적 상항이 의미(Bedeutung)를 갖는지 여부이다. 셋째, ‘의미체’와 관련된 생각이 전기 비트겐슈타인 자신의 것이라면, 이제 그의 의미이론이 후기 비트겐슈타인의 의미이론과 어떻게 연결되는지를 해명하는 것이 요구된다. 우리는 비트겐슈타인이 힐베르트와 바일의 형식주의라는 새로운 시각을 비판적으로 수용함으로써 (프레게의 생각을 수용한 결과 형성된) 의미체와 관련된 자신의 생각을 극복하였다는 것을 보게 될 것이다. 넷째, ‘의미체’와 관련된 생각이 실제로 비트겐슈타인 자신의 것이라면, 『논고』의 형성 과정에서 그러한 생각들을 확인할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 우리는 ‘의미체’ 문제가 비트겐슈타인에게는 『논고』의 집필을 포기하게 할 수 있었던 가장 심각한 문제 중의 하나였다는 것을 확인하게 될 것이다. One of the important puzzles concerning the philosophy of Wittgenstein is this: What is his “Bedeutungskorper” (meaning?body)? With regard to this problem, I will show in this paper that “meaning?body,” which is mentioned just once in the Investigations, is the “meaning” (Bedeutung) of the Tractatus, in particular, that of a logical constant. For this I will discuss in the sequence as follows. Firstly, we must take a look at the remarks that Wittgenstein adduced concretely. Those remarks are expressively given in The Voices of Wittgenstein, which we can call the “meaning?body simile.” Secondly, we must confirm that what Wittgenstein adduced in the “meaning?body simile” is embodied in the Tractatus. The problem which should be solved in advance is whether logical constants such as ‘∼’ have meanings (Bedeutungen). Thirdly, if the thoughts related with the “meaning?body” belong to early Wittgenstein, then we need to explicate how the early Wittgenstein’s theory of meaning is connected with the later Wittgenstein’s. We will confirm that Wittgenstein overcame the thoughts concerning Bedeutungskorper (which were the results that he had accepted the important basic idea of Frege’s theory of meaning) by partly accepting the new point of view of Hilbert’s formalism. Fourthly, if the thoughts concerning Bedeutungskorper are Wittgenstein’s, we must be able to confirm those thoughts in the prior development of the Tractatus. We will confirm that the “meaning?body” problem was one of the most serious problems for the early Wittgenstein that could lead to his abandoning the writing of the Tractatus.

Direct injection CNG engine is well known as the next generation of alternative gaseous power system with low emission and high performance characteristic. In order to estimate the feasibility of this engine, the basic performance characteristics of a heavy-duty single cylinder CNG engine are investigated by variation of engine speed and excess air ratio. The results shown that the test engine has high repetition because coefficient of cycle variation in indicated mean effective pressure is less than 5% as excess air ratio is smaller than the lean limit of 1.2. For full load conditions, 1400 rpm, the brake thermal efficiency are taken the maximum value of 30% at λ = 1.1

전기 비트겐슈타인의 프레게 의미이론 비판

In this paper I will try to show how Wittgenstein criticized Frege`s theory of meaning. Frege`s theory of meaning can be compressed as sense-reference theory. Frege distinguishes between sense and reference on all the linguistic expressions. In particular, he regards that a sentence has sense and reference. This distinction was raised from, so to speak, the problem of identity sentences. Wittgenstein`s “fundamental thought” of Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus is the key of his direct criticism of Frege`s sense-reference theory. That is, it is an attack on Frege`s thought that the reference of a sentence is a truth value and truth values are “objects themselves” (in Frege`s meaning). According to Wittgenstein, such an object does not exist and according to his picture theory, the function of a name and that of a proposition are fundamentally different. By the way, Frege can reply justly to this criticism that it is insufficient. In short, Frege`s ‘sense’ and ‘reference’ etc, are the technical terms. Hence Wittgenstein`s decisive criticism of Frege`s theory consists in accusing his theory of logical flaws. There is an another route to the sense and reference of a sentence which Frege introduces. In discourses of judgement stroke and content stroke in his Begriffsshrift and in those of horizontal stroke since his “Function and Concept”, Frege deals with the sense and reference of a sentence. Wittgenstein criticize that the sense of a complex sentence such as ∼p would by no means be determined by Frege`s determination.

The diagnosis of occupational mercury poisoning will depend on the exposure history, clininal symptoms and sings, laboratory findings and other informations such as laboratory results of other workers who have been worked under the same working condition. We diagnosed a 15 year-old male patient, who had been worked for 12 days at mercuny thermometer workshop, as occupational mercury poisoning by putting the above mentioned diagnostic bases together and reported here with brief rewiew of literature.

조직정치지각과 조직유효성의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과

1997년 외환위기 이후 노동시장의 유연성 강화를 위하여 비정규직이 도입된 이래 2012년 그 비중이 33.3%로 사회적으로 심각한 수준이다. 비정규직은 고용불안 등으로 인한 이직이 심하고, 조직내 정규직들이 중심이 되는 조직정치의 희생양이 되는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 정규직만을 대상으로 한 것이었다. 따라서 본고는 비정규직인 방과 후 교사를 대상으로 그들의 조직정치지각과 조직유효성과의 관계, 그리고 이 관계를 조직공정성이 조절하고 있는지를 고찰하고, 기존의 정규직을 대상으로 한 선행연구결과와 비교함으로써, 조직정치가 정규직뿐만 아니라 비정규직 근로자의 관리측면에서도 중요한 고려의 대상임을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 비정규직인 방과 후 교사의 경우, 조직정치지각은 직무만족에는 부(-)의 영향을 주었으며, 이직의도에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다는 점에서 정규직을 대상으로 한 선행연구와 일치하였다. 다음으로 조직정치지각과 직무만족과는 내적공정성과 절차공정성이 조절효과가 있었고, 조직정치지각과 이직의도와는 내적공정성만이 조절효과가 있었다. 또 정규직을 대상으로 한 선행연구에서는 조직공정성이 이직의도에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 본 연구에서는 비정규직인 방과 후 교사에게는 내적공정성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 점차 확대되어가는 비정규직 근로자 문제를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 노력한 만큼의 적정한 보상을 통해 이직의도를 낮춤으로써 조직유효성을 높일 필요가 있다는 시사점을 제시하였다. This study confirmed the meantime, research on organizational effectiveness of organizational politics is perceived as a temporary destination for after-school teacher, and analyzed for indicating whether the control effect organizational fairness. There were no moderating effect on the justice of the organization"s turnover, it would appear that there is a moderating effect of intrinsic justice for non-regular after-school teacher with previous studies is the difference between a regular targets.
