        Purpose. This study was performed on survey related optician's perception of NCS and required jobs to develop curriculum of department of ophthalmic optics Methods. This study was to evaluate the questionnaire survey of 63 opticians working in Optometrist in Daegu Metropolitan City from November 1, 2016 to November 18, 2016. Results. As for the opticians who know about NCS, 23.8% of the respondents answered that the opticians' perception of NCS is very low. For the four required jobs of the technical part, less than 5 years of optometrists ; optometry 73.7% > fitting 47.4% > ophthalmic dispensing 36.8% > lensmeter 5.3%, more than 5 years and less than 10 years of optometrists ; optometry 84.6% > fitting 53.8% > lensmeter 46.2% > ophthalmic dispensing 38.5%, more than 10 years of optometrists ; optometry 67.7% > ophthalmic dispensing 51.4% > lensmeter 19.4% > fitting 16.1%. For the four required jobs of the management, less than 5 years of optometrists ; product 57.9% > service 47.4% > manners 10.6% > sales 5.3%, more than 5 years and less than 10 years of optometrists ; service 76.9% > product 53.9% > manners 46.2% > sales 38.5%, more than 10 years of optometrists ; service 45.2% > manners 42.0% > product 32.3% > sales 19.4%. Conclusions. Although there were 108 required jobs of the technical part and 94 required jobs of the management part, the technical level of the department of ophthalmic optics was satisfactory, but the classes of the management part were insufficient. It will be necessary to actively reflect the needs of industry through curriculums reform.

        폐암의 표지자로써 Cyfra 21 - 1 의 유용성

        Background : Cytokeratins are epithelial markers whose expressions are not lost during malignant transformation. The utility of cytokeratin fragment (Cyfra) 21-1, a new tumor marker, was investigated in 110 patients with lung cancer. The aims of this study were to confirm sensitivity of Cyfra 21-1 in detecting non-small cell cancer, to assess the potential relationship between Cyfra 21-1 and disease stage of the lung cancer. Methods : We measured serum levels of four tumor marker (NSE, CEA, SCC Ag, Cyfra 21-1) in 110 patients with lung cancer. The measurement of serum level of Cyfra 21-1 was performed with a cut off value of 3.3 ng/mL. An immunoradiometric assay was used to detect a fragment of the cytokeratin 19. The patients were grouped according to the stage of the disease and tumor type. Results : Overall sensitivity of Cyfra 21-1 was relatively high (51.8%) than others tumor markers. Sensitivity of this marker was especially high for adenocarcinoma (63.2%) and squamous cell carcinoma (54.1%). In contrast, sensitiviy of Cyfra 21-1 was relatively low for small cell lung carcinoma (40.0%). Serum levels of Cyfra 21-1 were higher in advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer than early stage disease. Conclusion : We conclude that Cyfra 21-1 is a sensitive tumor marker of nonsmall cell lung cancer, especially adenocarcinoma and also may be a useful adjunctive marker for disease monitoring.(Korean J Med 62:415-421, 2002)

      • 제 6차 및 7차 중학교 과학과 교육과정의 생물의 구조와 기능 단원의 탐구영역에 대한 교과서 비교 분석 연구

        교과서의 다양한 탐구과정 및 탐구활동이 교사와 학생들에게 적절한 탐구를 제공하고있는가, 탐구가 학생들에게 통합적 사고를 할 수 있게구성되어져 있는가에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 제 6차의 탐구활동 총 횟수가 218개에서, 7차의 탐구활동 총 횟수는 381개로 증가하였다. 이것은 탐구 활동을 통하여 학생 스스로 과학적으로 생각하고 기본개념을 습득하게 하려는 데에서 찾을 수 있다. 2. 교과서의 탐구활동에서 기초탐구과정요소인 자료수집과 정리에 많은 시간과 노력이 차지하지만 수집된 정보를 다양하게 종합하고, 분석, 평가 및 일반화할 수 있는 통합탐구과정요소에서의 탐구문항은 낮은 비율로 나타났다. 3. 수준Ⅰ에서의 분석을 3.1 탐구 피라미드로 나타내었을 때 제 6차에서 기초탐구과정요소가 높게 나타났으므로 탐구활동 형태인Ⅰ으로 되었고, 그리고 각각의 탐구활동요소도 고루 배치되어 형태Ⅱ로 나타났다. 제 7차에서는 1학년은 기초탐구과정요소로 된 형태Ⅰ이며, 2학년은 통합탐구과정요소 중 자료의 해석과 분석으로 구성되어진 형태Ⅱ로 이루어 졌으며, 다양한 탐구활동요소가 나타났다. 4. 탐구지수는 제 6차, 제 7차 모두 높게 나타났으며, 7차에서 학년이 높을수록 높은 탐구지수로 나타났다. 탐구지수가 '매우 높음'으로 평가된 것은 탐구활동의 강화라는 바람직한 경향도 제시되지만 한편, 교사들에게 실험실습 및 탐구활동준비에 부담으로 작용한다는 것을 뜻한다. This study examines to what extent a variety of science textbooks provide practical chances for students to make a variety of investigation processes and activities, and if investigations are systematic enough to promote students' comprehensive and integrated thinking. The findings are as follows: 1. The sixth version of science textbook provided the total number of 218 investigation chances to students, and the seventh version 381 chances. So, there was an increase in the number of investigation activities. This means science textbooks has changed to attempt to encourage students to have more scientific thinking and obtain basic concepts. 2. The textbooks provided many chances for students to collect and adjust information and materials playing a basic role in scientific investigation. However, science textbooks do not require a lot of comprehensive investigation processes including synthesizing, analyzing, evaluating collected information in diverse ways. 3. The sixth version of science textbook consisted of levels Ⅰ(basic investigation factors) and Ⅱ(all integrated investigation factors). However, the seventh version of the textbook for the 1st year junior high school students consisted of only level Ⅰ in terms of scientific investigation, and that for 2nd year students was largely composed of level Ⅱ(interpretation and analysis of collected materials amongst comprehensive investigation factors). In addition, it is found that more various investigation factors and chances were provided. 4. Both of the sixth and seventh versions had high marks in regard to investigation indexes. Especially, in the seventh version, the higher academic years are, the higher investigation indexes are. On the other hand, the sessions marked as 'very high' means that teachers have to bear the burden of preparing a lot to carry out the very high-rate investigation activities.
