Objectives : Empathy has been conceptualized as the ability of emotional resonance and perspective-taking. Emotional awareness has been proposed as the basis of empathy. In this study we examined the relationship between empathy and mood awareness and their neural correlates in resting-state activity in normal controls and patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Empathy and mood awareness scale scores were compared between 29 patients with schizophrenia and 21 normal controls by voxel-based t-tests and voxel-based correlation analyses of resting-state $^{18}F$-FDG PET images. Results : Empathy and mood labeling scale scores were significantly decreased in schizophrenic patients. Mood monitoring was positively correlated with empathy score in normal controls, but not in schizophrenic patients. In normal controls, empathy was positively correlated with resting-state activities in the intraparietal sulcus and mood monitoring was positively correlated with the temporal pole, frontopolar cortex, inferior temporal gyrus, entorhinal cortex and the subgenual prefrontal cortex resting activities. The orbitofrontal cortex resting activity was positively correlated with mood monitoring-related subgenual prefrontal cortex activity in the normal controls. Patients with schizophrenia showed decreased orbitofrontal resting activity and loss of its correlations with mood monitoring-related regional activities. Conclusion : This study showed that alteration in the resting-state activity in schizophrenia may reflect dysfunctional empathy and distorted characteristic of emotional awareness. However, the resting-state activity may not reflect the relationship between emotional awareness and empathy.

원초적 확률주의자들은 명제가 경험을 표상한다는 것을 거부한다. 그러나 경험의 영향은 다른 믿음에 전파되고, 다른 사람과 소통될 수 있어야 하기 때문에 명제와 다른 방식으로 경험, 혹은 경험의 영향을 표상할 수 있는 대안을 찾아야 한다. 그들이 제안하는 경험의 영향을 표상하는 유력한 대안은 베이즈 인수이다. 왜냐하면 베이즈 인수는 사전확률의 영향을 제외하고 있으며, 교환성 역시 성립하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 베이즈 인수만이 그런 역할을 하는 것이 아니라고 주장한다. 즉 베이즈 인수의 대안으로 제시된 q(E|$N_p$) 역시 사전확률의 영향이 제외되어 있으며, 교환성 또한 성립한다는 것을 보인다. 그리고 더 나아가 q(E|$N_p$)는 베이즈 인수가 결여한 프래그마틱한 장점을 가진다고 주장한다. The radical probabilitists deny that propositions represent experience. However, since the impact of experience should be propagated through our belief system and be communicated with other agents, they should find some alternative protocols which can represent the impact of experience. The useful protocol which the radical probabilistists suggest is the Bayes factors. It is because Bayes factors factor out the impact of the prior probabilities and satisfy the requirement of commutativity. My main challenge to the radical probabilitists is that there is another useful protocol, q(E|$N_p$) which also factors out the impact of the prior probabilities and satisfies the requirement of commutativity. Moreover I claim that q(E|$N_p$) has a pragmatic virtue which the Bayes factors have not.

인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 매우 많은 정보와 다양한 컨텐츠가 개인 사용자들에게 제공되고 있다. 또한, 개인을 고객으로 하는 각종 포탈 사이트들이 많이 생성됨에 따라 고객 개인을 위한 고객화된 정보가 매우 중요한 하나의 컨텐츠로 작용하고 있다. 하지만, 현재 국내외 전자상거래를 주목적으로 하는 포탈 사이트의 시스템들은 고객에 관한 정보를 단순한 개인 프로파일로 활용하고 있을 뿐 고객 정보를 이용하여 더 많은 개인화된 새로운 정보를 창출하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 고객에 대한 정보를 세분화하고 분석하여 제3의 개인화 정보를 생성하여 자동으로 각 개별 고객에게 개인화된 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 고객의 이메일 오픈율과 마우스 이벤트 정보를 분석 및 계산하여 개별 고객에게 고객의 관심정보 및 관심 컴포넌트를 생성한 후 관심정보와 관심 컴포넌트를 이용하여 개별 고객의 관심 정보를 고객이 선호하는 이메일 규격 및 양식에 맞게 에이전트를 통해 자동으로 재구성하여 푸쉬해 주는 개인화 메일 자동 생성 에이전트 시스템을 개발하고자 함이 본 논문의 목적이다.

RFID 시스템에서 키 교환을 이용한 상호인증 프로토콜의 설계

유비쿼터스 사회를 만들기 위한 핵심 기술인 RFID는 시간과 공간을 초월하여 우리에게 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대되고 있지만, RFID 시스템이 가지고 있는 특성으로 인하여 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있다는 심각한 문제를 안고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 기존의 연구들은 보안상 문제점과 태그 및 백 엔드 데이터베이스의 과도한 처리능력을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서 제안하는 프로토콜은 해쉬함수와 XOR연산, 키 교환을 이용하여 스푸핑이나, 재전송 공격으로부터 안전 하면서도, 백 엔드 데이터베이스 안에서의 비교연산 횟수를 줄일 수 있는 경량화된 프로토콜을 제안한다.

The main objective of this paper is to vindicate the Bayesian belief updating rule, i.e. conditionalization. For this purpose, I introduce first what I call Irrelevance Principle, and show that this principle is equivalent to conditionalization. In turn, the principle is vindicated by means of Bayesian confirmation theory. That is, I suggest some theses that Bayesian confirmation theorists should accept, and prove that if Irrelevance Principle is violated, the theses cannot holds.

RFID 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 암호화 방법에 대한 연구

본 논문에서는 RF 송수신기를 이용하여 데이터를 전송하고, 전송받은 데이터를 이용하는 가운데 안전하게 통신하기 위한 방법으로 RFID 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 암호화 방법을 연구한다. 그리고 이러한 통신 프로토콜을 이용하여 안전하고 편리한 PC 보안 방법을 연구한다. 이러한 PC 보안 방법은 PC 가까이에 Tag를 소지한 사용자가 있는지 유무 판단을 하여 자동으로 PC를 보호한다. 또한 위조 변조가 불가능하며, 스니핑 공격과 스푸핑 공격에 대해 안전하다.
